It’s time for a Pokemon news round up! Here’s the latest updates for this week.

The Kanto Cup is a wi-fi tournament for Japanese players of Pokemon Black and White 2. It is now open for registration. Registering ends February 22nd, the tournament begins February 23rd, and ends February 25th. This tournament allows only Kanto native Pokemon, with the exception of Mew and Mewtwo. It is a single battle format. All participants will receive a Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise C-Gear skin.

International players may receive three new Pokedolls for their Dream Houses via special password. Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina will be available until March 7th. The password is: PGDDFTW.

Also in Japan, a new Deoxys event has been announced. It is a redistribution of the Masuda’s Deoxys event. It will be available for download at various Japanese stores from March 20th to May 6th. It is level 100 and will have the moves, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Psycho Boost, and Recover.

In international news, those who registered their B2/W2 games to the same account as their B/W account will be able to receive BW C-Gear Skins on their B2/W2 games. Victini, Reshiram, and Zekrom are the available skins. You can also receive the Tepig, Oshawott, and Snivy Pokedolls for your Dream house.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity will be released in Europe May 17th, 2013. It is due in America March 24th, and came out in Japan November 23rd of 2012.
