Also, an announcement was made that several legendary Pokemon will be allowed in the 2010 Video Game World Championships. The Pokemon allowed in the 2010 tournament are Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. The Pokemon still banned from the tournament are Mew, Tyranitar, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Rotom, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, and Shaymin are still banned.
