Can't read Japanese, and there's no picture. Plus if I recall, Misty's Togepi long evolved and then Misty had to give it up to preserve its existance. I never got over that one, could never bring myself to see that particular episode. I'm guessing novice or rookie trainer, might be a contest episode involving Dawn as another filler.

Are contest episodes still considered filler? I figured they'd be part of the main story now, just really boring and generic.

Haha, I love how they're going nuts with adding in some of the Jhoto Pokemon we never get to see anymore.

=D Jhoto Pokemon forever. And I don't know weather to be excited about this upcoming Togepi adventure, or to be a little worried. Their plots lately have been very... how should I put this? ... uh... well... I can't to say the least. xD
