The quotes thread isn't just for E-Convos, it's for, y'know, quotes from the forum too. And I don't think Hosh would have made that thread if the old E-Convos thread hadn't gotten locked like a million times and then stayed locked. D:

But it was locked for a reason, and I think if this is gonna work again there needs to be strict rules so that it doesn't end up locked again and ruined FOREVER. D':
