The Vending Machine

Welcome to the PE2KASB Vending Machine, where you can win some nice and handy items easily, for a small fee. We've got a wide range of items, drinks, pokemon dolls and even some Pokemon!

Let's have a look at the rules first.

Rules
-A try at the Vending Machine costs $5.
-You may visit the Vending Machine twice in a day with the price increasing by $2 for your second try. So it'll be $7 for your second try of the day. You may have all two tries at once, but the entire price must be paid. If 24 hours have passed since your last try, then it will be counted as another day and you will have to pay $5, if it is less than 24 hours, it will be considered the same day, and you will have to pay $7.
-Please register your transaction at the Bank (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99944) as soon as you post.
-Once you post, a 521-sided die will be rolled (or a random number generator will be used, if I don't have access to AIM), and the roll will decide what prize you get. This will be covered up in more detail later on.
-You must keep a record of all your items which are being saved for future use in your Trainer Stats.
-Any Pokemon obtained must be registered at the Registration Headquarters (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99957).
-Any cheating or abuse of the system will lead to bans/infractions.
-The prizes can be claimed whenever you wish (except Mystery Gift, see below for details), but try to collect them as soon as possible.
-All other PE2K and ASB rules apply.
-Please refer to the rules for the Trading Booth as well.
-Please read the rules for the Inventory (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2915159&postcount=3) also.

All these drinks can be exchanged for their corresponding money value from the Exchange Store. However, these may also be used for another purpose. Many thirsty Pokemon hand around the Vending Machine. You may help these poor thirsty Pokemon, by giving them a drink and there's a chance that they might join you on your journey!

You can try and capture any Baby/Basic Stage Pokemon using this method. (Note that Basic Stage Pokemon who have a Baby Stage cannot be captured, but their Baby Stage can be captured. For example, Electabuzz can't be captured, but Elekid can be.) In order to try and capture a Pokemon, you must have all four drinks which'll be given to the Pokemon. There is a 55% chance that the Pokemon will be captured. This will also be decided by a dice roll. Using a Drink Pack for this purpose gives you an added 5% chance to capture the Pokemon, making it a total of 60%.

Unfortunately, these can't be exchanged for real Regis so you only have the choice of exchanging them for money. If you collect three Regi Dolls, you can exchange them for a price of $35.

Note: If you exchange ti for money, the money goes straight into your Bank Account and cannot be used to buy items from the Exchange Store.

Others

Nothing: Self Explanatory
Cash: You may also win cash prizes, ranging from $1 to $10, which are decided by a die roll.
Rare Candy: Evolves a Pokemon to its next stage. (Example, Charmander to Charmeleon) (An additional price of $3 must be paid to claim this)
Rare Candy Pair: Evolves a Pokemon from its lowest stage to its highest stage. (Example, Charmander to Charizard) or allows you to evolve two Pokemon to their next stage. (An additional price of $5 must be paid to claim this.)
Mystery Egg: As the name suggests, it's a Mystery. Nobody knows what's inside it. It might be an elusive Pokemon or it might be fake and nothing may come out of it. The only way to know is to get one and wait for it to hatch. A Mystery Egg takes 24 hours to hatch, after which it can be collected.
Secret Key: An item used to change the forms of Rotom.
Baby/Basic Stage Pokemon: Self explanatory (Note that Basic Stage Pokemon who have a Baby Stage cannot be captured, but their Baby Stage can be captured. For example, Electabuzz can't be captured, but Elekid can be.)
Meowth's Attack: A mischevious Meowth tends to hang around the Vending Machine at times. If you encounter this Meowth, it will steal all your items including those that you have got in your previous visits and haven't been used up yet. Beware!
Two Items: You may also win two items. If you are rolled 2 items, two 511-sided dice will be rolled, which'll determine your prizes.
Mystery Gift: Another unknown prize... It might be anything, yes, anything. A fully evolved Pokemon, maybe even two, or simply a chance to evolve your Pokemon. It might even give you control over the ASB :O. However, to open your Mystery Gift, you must pay an additional fee of $5. Please keep in mind, that it might even be nothing, so it's a risk. If you choose not to open your Mystery Gift, you return with nothing. The Mystery Gift must be collected within 48 hours, after which it is lost.

Exchange Store

Here you can exchange the items you've found for money, which can then either be added to your bank account or used to buy other items here. Only money obtained from the Vending Machine can be used to buy these items, and not money from any other sources. The corresponding money value of each item has already been mentioned above. Certain items like the Drinks and Dolls may also be exchanged for Pokemon.

Trading Booth

This is a facility which allows you to trade items/pokemon you've obtained from the Vending Machine with other members. Only items/Pokemon which have been obtained from the Vending Machine can be traded. An item may be traded for another item or money. This is especially useful if you're looking for a specific doll, or don't need an item, like the Secret Key.

Please follow the rules below for trading:

-Only the person who wants to trade an item can post in the thread, not someone who is looking for a specific item.
-The person may also specify what item he wants or the price which he will be charging, in money.
-Please keep all negotiations to PM/VM/IM, but do not post in the thread. This is to prevent the thread from getting too cluttered.
-Once two people have agreed on a deal, the first person must edit his post, stating who he is trading the item to and in exchange for what. The second person then posts in the thread agreeing, quoting the first person's post. They two persons must now wait for an approval.
-Both the persons who are involved in trading must pay a fee of $1.
-Any trades found unfair will not be approved.

Just wanted to infrom you that it's only a single stage evolution. Of course, that's perfectly fine, but maybe you didn't know that it give you a lowest stage to highest stage evolution :o Or did you mean Swinub? It'll be good if you post here confirming. Otherwise Approved.

A few changes have been made. They are as follows.

-Reduced the increase in price for the second visit by $2. So it'll be $5 for the first visit, $7 for the second visit and $10 for the third visit in a week.
-Increased the rate of capture of a Pokemon by feeding it all four drinks by 20%, so it'll be 55% chance with the normal 4 drinks and 60% with a drink pack.
-Reduced the amount of dolls necessary to be exchanged for a Pokemon of the species to 2 from 3, as it's already tough to get even 2 of the same dolls.
-Reduced the cost of the items in the Item Exchange Store to the following:

No, you cannot buy points. Besides, it is not possible to buy dolls, they can be obtained only through rolls. Only items available in the Point Exchange Store can be bought.

If, however you want to try and catch a Ditto (or any other Baby/Basic Pokemon), you can try and feed your Drink Pack to it (just say which Pokemon you want to feed it to; it can be any one), and you might catch it :o
