Let's start with Toxic for an early handicap. If he uses Substitute or Protect, use Swords Dance. Attack with Leech Seed next. If he used or already had a Substitute, use Seed Bomb. If he used Protect, use Swords Dance. Then barrage him with Seed Bombs. If he protected himself, Swords Dance :3

All right Auten. Start of with a Substitute and let that Bulbasaur use Swords Dance. On the second turn, if he uses Seed Bomb on your substitute, use Ice punch to deal some good damage to him. If you didn't get a substitute up, now will be the time to do so. In the last action, if you still have your substitute up, then use another ice punch. If your substitute was downed for some reason, then use Protect. Remember, I want you to avoid that Toxic and leech seed at all costs.
