Depends on the level. and the Castform would be fully trained but its EV's could suck and its moveset could suck worse.

if you ask me id rather have a level 100 shiny magikarp that changes type randomly throughout the battle and knows energy ball, volt tackle, fly and explosion. and it has wonder guard.

oh, and it has to be nicknamed FISH APOCALYPSE.

then id go with the chimchar. infernape beats all of the other options combined :P

Chimchar. Infernape has all the good moves, and it's easy to reset stray ev's. Energy Ball on Torterra sucks, Pikachu is too frail, and Castform is meh.
