Pochama is Piplup in Japanese. Sorry about that, I'm used to referring to him by said name. I'll edit the first post with the English version. :P

All I can say is that Piplup better freakin evolve, soon. I'm getting tired of the writers trying to puch this bull crap idea that a pre-evolved poke. Bollocks!!!

Not possible anymore. Piplup used an Everstone and it will never evolve.
