I do. I used all of my GBA Pokemon games to breed Pokemon and trade them for Platinum.

Almost every time I Pal Park all the pokemon on my Emerald file, I proceed to then restart the game and play through it again with a different team - same with LeafGreen, but that's beside the point. Either way, it doesn't get less fun to play at any point, and I've been adding challenges to the runthroughs like monotype runs - haven't actually completed one yet, but working on it....the variety of pokemon allows me to almost never use the same pokemon repeatedly (provided I don't use starters, which I usually don't), though my teams do seem to have an affinity for Salamence....

I'm unable to due to none of my game boy and Nintendo Gamecube and DS systems failure to work properly. Well only the Gameboy Advance SP which shuts off every time I place it down. Still needs a new battery. Don't know how much I can stress this but it hasn't worked well at all in the past 2-3 years and the Nintendo Gamecube isn't plugged up and I have nowhere to plug it in. I'd still need to play the games because I am not finished with them as I've never reached the Battle Frontier in Emerald and the Nintendo DS system has no way to be charged with a broken charger so I'm pretty much stuck without any heavy duty game playing. All it is is my broken computer, the TV, internet, and my iPod and that's pretty much it and my attempt at getting Wifi since I don't really know how to get it either.

I'm actually been playing my Emerald pretty much exclusively for the past couple weeks. Since I only play Pokémon games, I switch it up pretty often, just for variety's sake. The older games still have their charm. Heck, you need to GBA games to truly catch them all, at least legitmately. So, yes, I still play this.

I do. I have Diamond and LeafGreen, but I beat them both, and they aren't interesting anymore. But Emerald... it's so neat! I especially play for the contests, the game corner, and the battle frontier.

Ruby and Sapphire? I still have them but since Platinum came out I only use it to migrate pokes from Hoenn. All the good 'mons I had in Hoenn are now in Sinnoh.

I actually still play my Emerald quite a bit. I started it over not too long ago. Sure, I play my DS games more, but I always have a GBA game in the other slot, and right now that game is Emerald. I like to mix it up a bit just for variety's sake. They are still good games, so yes, I still play this!:razz:

I'm playing Firered atm making teams that the gym leaders would use. Atm I'm starting with Brock so I made it at the beginning my Pokemon were Onix, and Geodude. Then i added more rock Pokemon. Which are Omanyte, and Rhyhorn for now. It makes it more interesting. But Misty messed me up in Cerulean lol.

Ok i love the three games i have a ruby and an emerald i woldent play dimand and perl if my Life depended on it i think the these are the only ones to play, the classics but not to classic like red and blue i dont think there bad but i cant stand the graffics it kills me.

Yep, I`ll still play a little Hoenn here and there. Although I can`t say I have lately, but it`s not like I never will again. Plus, Emerald probably has my highest leveled Pokémon ^^`

I love the R/S/E Games. They're awesome. I just love the storyline, the Pokemon are good, the trainers are good, the Gym leader levels are fair, not a cakewalk, yet not impossible. You can dive underwater too. Even the graphics. The graphics aren't super fancy 3-D, but classic Pokemon style, the way I like it.

I don't play them seeing as it is almost pointless. Nothing to do and most of the Pokemon there either
1) Suck completely
2) Are obtainable in D/P/Pt
3) Are uber

I mostly play it to use it in my friends Emerald to clone Pokemon before transferring them. I like to have a spare copy of a Pokemon in case it gets lost. Other then that I never play them.

I originally didn't like R/S/E at all and I wasn't too enthusiastic when they came out either. But yesterday I happened upon some of the R/S/E game music on YouTube and I loveeee it. I found Sapphire and started playing it again. xD

The third generation was my least favorite, really. Plus, the obnoxious text size of Ruby and Sapphire always bugged the hell out of me. Sinnoh was far more interesting, but I really don't think anything will ever overpower that tingly feeling I get when I hear any of the tunes from way back when.

I played Emerald back in 2007-2008 to transfer some stuff through Pal Park. I haven't gone back to it since, though I do remember having lots of fun with the Battle Frontier the first year I had the game.
