BTW, that Swampert needs Refresh or Rest, and Curse would be good too. Leftovers if Refresh, Chesto if Rest.

Toxic-Staller/Shuffler? This may be effective in a TSS Team.

Your Swamert's set should definately have Rest. It's a Tank. A standard Swampert would also have Curse with two physical attacks, most of the time EQ and HP Rock or Flying. A good item for a Tank is Leftovers.

He is a Sweepert, not a tank. But I think Leftovers will do the job too. Just a few more sets so I can choose. Still want to know what the standard is too, if there is such for Persian.
