Your Pokemon in Team from beginning?

You know, people catch weak pokemon at beginning of their adventure and when some time pass and reach far in game and catch few new pokemons to make their team strong, i want to know which pokemon you have in team from beginning, and which pokemons you deducted from your team and capture new ones replacing them?

about mine:

i was having a pidgeot from beginning and kicked him later on ^^
but my empoleon was in my team at end

I pretty much did small research about how to add diversity and flexibility to my team.

I started with Turtwig, added Bidoof, Starly, Shinx, Jirachi (I actually bought this game to get the Jirachi :tongue:) with the late addition of Ponyta, once I found out that Ponyta/Rapidash are the only fire pokemon before nationaldex (assuming you don't start with Chimchar).

I carried Staraptor, Torterra, Luxray, Jirachi and Rapidash up to the Elite Four, replaced Bibarel with Floatzel when I needed to spread out a lot of my HM moves to other pokes.

Hitting the Elite Four head on, under level, I dropped Floatzel and used Dialga.

Umm well I started with Chimchar, Shinx, Meditite, Abra, Magikarp and Sneasel :happy: i still has them all in my team :biggrin:

Well I have Chimchar (Now Monferno) Shinx (Now Luxray) Starly (Now Staravia) and Gible (Now Gabite).

I usually use 1-2 Pokemon from early stages of my journey, but I changed it up a bit in Platinum and actually used a bunch more. My team currently consists of Espeon, Empoleon, Togekiss, Staraptor, Luxray, and Bibarel (HM slave), and I've replaced a Lopunny with Togekiss since I figured I'd need more diversity, but apparently it didn't make too much of a difference. xP

My end game team is: Empoleon, Skarmory, Garchomp, Blissey, Alakazam, Dusknoir. I started off wih Piplup, and...obviously she stayed. Caught a Budew, evo'd it until I got a Roserade, which I kept up until...I after the E4, he retired after that. Same thing with Rotom really...I switched him for Dusknoir since he's fragile, and I needed a Tank. I don't know anyone without a Staraptor on their team, and I had one too. (: Switched for Skarm. Last one I dropped was Gastrodon, and that was to replace him with Garchomp...good choice me. ^^; I still have all my little retirementee's, they are just on anoher team. x3
