Hi.

Before all, I'm a COMPLETE noob. I thought I was good having all Lvl.100 but then I saw all these things like EV training, natures, sweepers... and all that stuff. Although, I've done some EV spread.

I'd like to make a nice team that can beat up my friends. Right now my team is like this:

Charizard - Lvl.100 - Life Orb
EV Spread: 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spd
Nature: Modest - Likes to thrash about. (IDK if "likes to thrash about" is important)
Moveset:
Flamethrower Dragon Pulse
Focus Blast Fly

Jolteon - Lvl.100 - Magnet
EV Spread: 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spd
Nature: Mild - Often dozes off
Moveset:
Thunder Bite
Thunder Fang Thunder Wave

Milotic - Lvl.100 - Leftovers
EV Spread: 252 HP | 252 Sp. Def
Nature: Calm - Often dozes off
Moveset:
Aqua Ring Recover
Ice Beam Water Pulse

Roserade - Lvl.100 - Choice Specs
EV Spread: 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spd
Nature: Timid - Somewhat vain
Moveset:
Leaf Storm Hidden Power
Sludge Bomb Extrasensory

Gengar - Lvl.100 - noitem
EV Spread: 252 Sp.Atk | 252 Spd
Nature: Jolly - Mischievous
Moveset:
Energy Ball Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt Hypnosis

Gliscor - Lvl.100 - Quick Claw
EV Spread: 252 HP | 1/4 Def | 1/4 Speed
Nature: Timid - Often dozes off
Moveset:
Double Team Sandstorm
Poison Jab Iron Tail

So, this is it. A friend told me that I had too much "special sweepers". He did the EV spreading.

What do you think about it? What to improve?

Try putting this thread over here (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=76)

You'll probably get a better response and some great advice. As for me theres not much I can really tell other than what your friend said. Try throwing in some adamant natured pokes like a Metagross or Tyranitar or something.

The speed of your team is a VERY good strategy in my humble opinion. If I was you, I would switch the Charizard for a physical sweeper like Arcanine (EV spread Atk:252/Spd:252/HP:4)

I just want to say that you aren't a noob for not knowing EV training, nature, sweeper and all that stuff

People who dedicated a lot on that are so noobs

Nice Combination, but I rate it 7/10 because Life Orb can end up knocking yourself out. I never use Life Orb.

You need to evolve Haunter by trading, who can be obtained in Turnback Cave in Diamond, Pearl or Platinum, or Route 8 or the Safari Zone in Heart Gold or Soul Silver. Alternatively wild Gengar can be found in the Old Chateau in DPPt, provided you have a GBA pokemon game in your DS. They're very rare though.
