Journey for the Shadow Blade

Storyline

The Apocalypse Crystal was said to have been destroyed the last time that the ancient Pokèmon Jirachi awoke from its thousand-year-long hibernation. It was thought that Jirachi's imense power had totally obliterated the Crystal from the world. Of course, nothing could destroy the Crystal that easily. Nothing at all.

The Crystal, it turned out, had only been transported to a different dimension, and a strong one at that. There, it regenerated its energy, by fighting for survival. After acquiring enough power to teleport, the Crystal moved back to its original dimension. The Pokèmon dimension. The transportation from dimensions takes up a lot of energy, and therefore, the Crystal had to go back into hiding.

Among the many sinister organisations, none is more pwerful the Team Apocalypse. Their soul purpose is to capture the Crystal, and use it to awaken Rukario. With both Rukario and the Crystal on their side, they plan on putting the prophecy of the Armageddon into action, destroying the world, and rebuilding it to their liking. They use such brute force, that all the other organisation closed down, allowing Team Apocalypse free rule of the land.

Natrually, the Crystal does not wan't to do the biding of Team Apocalypse, so consequently, the Crystal went further into hiding. There is only one sole object that can match the raw power of the Crystal. And that is called the Shadow Blade. But the Shadow Blade itself is not a happy birdie. If its weilder does not have suficient amount of mind power, the Shadow Blade's dark nature shall swallow up the wielder.

There are only five people in the entire world who can use the Shadow Blade. You are one of them, but before you join, please remember, you must put your heart into this, and not abbandon (sp?) the quest.

Other Information About the Role Play


One liners will not be tolerated in this Role Play. It can be comedial, but remember to always be descriptive in anything. Battles, emotional scenes, the works.

You may have more than six Pokèmon, and utilise a box. However, you may only carry six Pokèmon at a time

The Role Play begins in Pallet Town, and everyone knows each other.

This Role play is based in the future, and many new cities and settlements have sprung up, while others have been demolished

"Viridian City Ruins"
Viridian City as been left comletely destroyed by Team Apocalypse's intentions. There is nothing left of this wonderful city but barren land. Hidden, however, beneath the city are complex underground living quarters where people who are fighting against Team Apocalypse (The Rebellion) have made their base. The Role Play will include journeying int the underground living quarters.

"Jacaranda Town"
Jacaranda Town is a small town that has sprung up just south of Celadon City. It is a Kanto version of Fortree City, because the people of this town have learnt to live life in tree houses. The centre of the town is a large Jacaranda Tree (giving the town its name) which all of the inhabitants worship. The Role Play will include finding out what makes the people of Jacaranda Town worship the tree

"Indigo Plateau Transformation"
Indigo Plateu was destroyed by Team Apocalypse, so no more League tournaments could be held there. Of course, the inhabitants of Indigo Pateu did not tolerate this, and have built a second city on top of the ruins in memory of the first. This new city (also called Indigo Plateau) is no where near as magnificent as the original one, but is a start. The Role Play will involve going there to fend off the continuous attacks by Team Apocalypse.

Wave was found abandonned by the side of a road. Jake immediately took it as his responsibility to heal the Squirtle to full health. Wave gave up his freedom in repayment for what Jake did

Zapper was being beaten up by a couple of thugs when Jake caught them at it. Using his evolved Charmeleon, he took down the thugs, catching the Pichu as a reward.

Storm was found as a Hoothoot when Jake was out training his Pikachu. Hoothoot was an easy capture seeing as Pikachu had the advantage. This is the first Pokèmon that he caught via a battle

Nightcrawler was an Eevee when Jake first met it, but he soon had to protect it from a rival tribe of Pokèmon consisting of Ryhorn and Rydon. It evolved the minute Jake caught it

Personality: Jake is a very open person, and is willing to get into conversations with almost anyone. Apart from that, Jake is also a very good thinker, and can therefore make out traps before they are even laid! With this ability at hand, Jake is a very nice person to have as a friend. Jake will do anything to protect his Pokèmon, and will often put his life on te line for them. This shows true devotion to his Pokèmon. He will neve allow anyone to insult his Pokèmon and get away with it. His Pokèmon aare his life, and he will do whatever it takes to keep them happy

Description: Jake is a rather tall boy, exceeding six fet. He wears a long, loose red tank-top that has a black image of a Mew on it. His top ios accompanied by baggy black track-pants that sag way too low. The track pants have a red line down the side, and his pockets are often bulging with little goodies. His eyes are emerald in colour, and sparkle whenever he has an idea (which ususally turn out to be suicidal). He has a shock of black hair that falls in front of his eyes in spiky bangs

He's not afraid to battle , just that he battles when he wants too.It depends on what mood hes in.He hates enemys , but has one.Poacher Jack , Jack is a pokemon poacher who poaches in a forest near Sam , Sam finds a lot of pokemon in cages , and in that forest.

Midnight used to be a shiny Eevee although Sky did not know it. He always played with Sky's other Eevee which is now, Espeon. These two were found abandoned in a forest close to Sky's house. He evolved when Sky was attacked by some Beedrill at night.

Moonlight used to be a normal Eevee and played with Midnight. She and Midnight were abandoned in a forest close to Sky's house. She evolved after Midnight, because she was jealous so she went out to train in the morning but she was hurt, then Sky came to help her and she evolved.

Elec wasn't really caught but befriended. As an Electrike, it was starving and Sky fed it, a lot! Sky walked home and noticed Elec followed him so he caught him and evolved it into Manectric.

Personality: Sky is nice and out-going. He is also smart, very smart! He can calculate anything and can spot traps or something anywhere. He usually doesn't look smart but he is. He does not care what happens to him if one of his friends or pokemon is in trouble and will save them at any cost.

Description: Black shirt with buttons undone with white t-shirt underneath. He has faded black jeans and he is normal height, about 5'6. He also wears a black pendant with a broken moonstone given to him by his father. He cherishes it deeply. His eyes are a deep blue and he has dark, brown spikey hair that goes up to his neck. He also has black shades that he keeps in his pocket.

Gender: Male
Personality: Tamer is so nice, yet he rarely trust people because he had troubles in the past in trusting (Since he was an orphane homeless little kid when he found Pyros, the Growlithe, which is his current Arcanine now). He loves Pokemon a lot, and loves nature, ready to do anything for both. But he started to regain trust in people and having faith in them since he met nice people in his journies ever since he was 10. He also became a happier person when he won many Pokemon competitions and tournaments.
Description: Dark gray, baggy pants. white T-shirt with a buttonless, opened red shirt over it. Tamer also wears gloves, black leather ones and a chained necklace with a Pokeball hung on it. He also wears a red and white bandana on his head and a white and red shoes, he also carries a black backpack and has six pokeballs hung on his belt. Tamer isn't too tall, yet not too short (He never actually cared so no one knows his hight). He isn't also chubby at all, yet not skinny with a fairly built body. He has spikey, long dark brown hair, hazel colored beautiful eyes and tanned skin.

History: Pyros is Tamer's starter Pokemon, and his very best friend in this life. When Pyros was just a puppy Growlithe Tamer found him being spanked and hit by other children in an alley, Tamer defended the puppy and fed him then left but Growlithe kept on following him where ever he went. And with time, they became friends, and Tamer kept him and started doing Pokemon battles with him, rarely loosing as a team. After couple of years Growlithe has evolved into Arcanine and now, Pyros has been Tamer's friend for eight years. He is so loyal that he would be ready to sacrefice his own life for his friend, Tamer, and vice-versa. (NOTE: He stays out of the Pokeball, until Tamer is forced to withdraw him in some special cases)

History: Tamer's most spoiled and beloved Pokemon. As a Chikorita this Pokemon used to adore Tamer, and still does. The jealousy of this Pokemon can sometimes make it do strange and funny things, and at other times even beat stronger Pokemon than her self. It gets jealouse mostly from Pyros being released all the time to Tamer's side, which makes her at times trying to prove her self better than Arcanine. It was a recent captured Pokemon, three years with Tamer, but he rarely trains her because he loves her as a Pokemon more than a war machine.

History: One of Tamer's most deadly Pokemon. Marwak is filled with rage and anger over the loss of her parents as a Cubone when Tamer first found her. Tamer faught that Cubone and DURING the battle it evolved into a Marwak beating both Pyros and Skywalker, only Bloomy did the job perfectly to prove her self to Tamer and she did. Marwak has been with Tamer for almost a year and a half now, and yet, the Marwak doesn't trust Tamer enough.

History: Tamer's fifthly caught Pokemon. Champ was a caught as a Poliwhirl in a very deadly battle, but at last, Pyros managed to beat the Pokemon down. As soon as Tamer caught him he used the Water Stone he had found earlier to evolve him and he has evolved into a Poliwrath. Tamer had and still having hard time to tame him and this is why he rarely uses him. Tamer hopes that Poliwrath would be tamed as soon as possible so he can actually channel his energy making him one of the most feared Pokemon in Tamer's party.

History: Tamer's last caught Pokemon, almost only three or four weeks ago. He still hasn't used it much in battles but Tamer understand the abilities of such a Pokemon. Fizzy is so mischiefous and funny, making Tamer and the entire party laugh sometimes from its silly games and stupid pranks on random people, Tamer and Tamer's party. He is so loved by Tamer and Fizzy loves Tamer too.

The shortest day of winter had just begun. Pallet Town, being just north of the equator was not snowing. However, the winds were bitting cold, and the sun was hidden behing a thick blanket of clouds that seemed reluctant to leave their fixed position.

Leaning against the wall of the laboratry was a young teenager, about sixteen years of age, with a green and black backpack hung loosely over his right shoulder. In his left hand was an open photograph album, and plastered accross his face was a silly grin.

The album was open to a page with a large picture of four boys, their arms around each other. They each looked around ten, but judging by the state of the picture, it was lonely. On the farthest left was a boy that they called Sky. On the right of him was a guy called Jake. He was the same guy who was holding the album. Next to Jake was a guy called Pyro. And finally, stood Sam.

All four of them were the best of friends, ever since they went to pre-school and they had heard of Team Apocalypse's intentions. They wanted to stop them once and for all.

Stowing the album in his bag, Jake glanced over at the slight rise, he saw a head pop over the horizon.

At the same time , sam was glancing at his high school photos.He thought all of his friends were dead..
He tried not too cry , but just had too let out a tear .

His girlfriend called him on his cell phone , she says she has very good news and very bad news, its urgent.

Sam rushed as fast as he could go too his house , he had a fax message.It was from his friends , saying about the four crystals and what he needs too do.
He was dissapointed yet joyful at the same time , he knew he had too risk his life for the world.
He got his pokeballs and his whip.
"It's time"He whispered too his girlfriend."I have too leave.I shall be back , i promise"

And with that Sam set off his journey too find his long-lost friends.
