I was originally going to wait and post this after my current Bleach RP died, but I figured what the heck, do it now XD. So here it is!

Manifest. An alter-dimension where reality does not exist, but all else does. One’s greatest dream and darkest nightmare can become real in Manifest, but one never knows which. The only ones who can control Manifest’s bizarre aspect are some of its stronger residents and the Knights. These beings patrol Manifest, destroying possible threats and preventing Manifest’s other denizens, known as Manifestations, from escaping into the Outworlds, the dimensions not part of Manifest.

Most do not know Manifest even exists. The exception are the Deliverers, beings chosen by the Knights to defend their Outworlds against Manifestations who manage to break free from Manifest. With the ability to access Manifest’s energy thanks to the spiritual bond to their Knight, the Deliverers are a last line of defense against Manifestations in most cases.

Only Knights and Deliverers are supposed to be able to freely cross from Outworld to Manifest. Manifestations that manage to reach an Outworld are always destroyed before they can cause damage. But given enough time, even absolutes such as these can be broken.

After a powerful Manifestation breaks free from Manifest and slays all Deliverers and Knights who try to stop it, others are drawn into the fray. Enter the Soul Reapers, spiritual beings whose job it is to save lost souls and destroy fallen ones. The Soul Reapers attempted to destroy the Manifestation, but never having fought one, they were incapable of defeating it. Only with the help of several more Deliverers and Knights were they able to slay the monster. But because they did not know the Soul Reapers, the Deliverers and Knights did not trust them enough to explain what had happened. They left immediately after the battle, and although the Soul Reapers didn’t appreciate this, there was nothing they could do. Eventually, they forgot about the incident.

Most of them did, at least.

Two of the Soul Reapers, higher-ranked members of Squad Eleven, had noticed that the energy wielded by the Deliverers was the same as that radiated by the Manifestation. Their own spiritual pressure was different, though, making it obvious that they were somehow drawing on a power outside of themselves. After seeing what it was capable of doing, the two agreed that such power would be beneficial to the Soul Society. They spoke nothing of this to anyone else, though, certain that others would be unable to see things as they did.

The years passed and the Soul Reapers remained vigilant for signs of a Manifestation. Finally, nearly seventy years later, the two got the chance they’d been waiting for. Sent out with a small party to dispatch a Hollow in the World of the Living, the two were present when a Manifestation appeared almost immediately after the Hollow was slain. The Manifestation was weak and easily overpowered. Though the other Soul Reapers wanted to destroy it, the two ignored them and struck a bargain with the beast. In return for being allowed to live, it took them with it back to Manifest. When they arrived, they were overwhelmed by the strange world.

The Manifestation that had brought to its world turned out to be surprisingly helpful. It explained how Manifest worked and showed the two how the world’s energy could be used by those capable of harnessing it. It told them of the Knights, the Deliverers, and its own kind. And the more they learned, the more the Soul Reapers desired to have Manifest’s energy available to the Soul Society. When they asked if it was possible for others to use Manifest’s power, the Manifestation told them it was possible, but only if Manifest were to merge with an Outworld. If that happened, the Outworld would eventually absorb Manifest and itself become Manifest. All inhabitants of the Outworld would then have access to the world’s power.

But the Manifestation, while weak, was devious and sly. It didn’t reveal that all the merging Outworld’s residents would either themselves become Manifestations or be killed by any various result of the Outworld’s changing. Nor did it tell them that Manifest’s current populace would be freed into the Outworld en mass. No, it told them only what they wanted to hear, explaining how they could set the merging of the worlds in motion. It then sent them back to their Outworld with a small orb of highly concentrated Manifest energy. The Soul Reapers were to shatter it in the world they wanted to merge with Manifest. This would cause a sort of vacuum to form between Manifest and the Outworld, through which Manifest’s essence and denizens would travel.

When the Soul Reapers returned to their world, they were attacked by a low-level Hollow that had been drawn to the odd energy caused by the portal. The two Soul Reapers battled it and defeated it with ease, then headed for the Senkaimon that would take them back to the Soul Society. Within seconds of entering it, though, they realized they hadn’t killed the Hollow, which was stronger than they’d thought. It followed them in, and in a last-ditch effort to slay the Soul Reapers, it ended up breaking the orb of Manifest energy.

Instantly the Senkaimon was transformed into a portal connecting both the Soul Society and the World of the Living to Manifest. Within seconds, Manifest’s energy started trickling into both worlds, a visible stream of purple-red substance that appeared to be a mix of gas and liquid. The three worlds were now connected by the warped Senkaimon, which couldn’t be closed despite the best efforts of the Soul Reapers within it.

It didn’t take long before Manifestations began to appear in the two worlds. At first only weaker ones could travel in the small amount of Manifest’s essence, but as the flow of energy grew stronger, so did the Manifestations traveling in it.

Currently, there is enough of Manifest’s energy that inhabitants of the Soul Society and the World of the Living are being transformed into Manifestations, and various disturbances are happening. Even now the Deliverers aren’t coming forward, and in the World of the Living, only they know what’s happening. In the Soul Society, it’s a different story. The two Soul Reapers, finally realizing their mistake, went directly to their Captain after escaping the twisted Senkaimon and explained what was happening. Because of their actions they were at first sentenced to imprisonment, but when it became obvious their help would be needed in the coming weeks, they were released on probation.

As time marches on, more and more Manifestations are appearing in the two worlds, and more inhabitants are being transformed. As more and more energy fills the worlds, the Soul Society and the World of the Living are slowly being drawn together. Soon the three worlds will clash and their conflicting realities will struggle to be the dominant one. Chaos will run freely and monsters will roam unchecked. If not stopped, the worlds may all be destroyed…or become something far too horrendous to comprehend…Will you step forward to help return things to rights, or will you work to see that a new world is born?

1) There is currently enough of Manifest’s energy for anyone (that is, major characters) to wield it. Manifest’s energy can be used for a wide variety of things, but only Deliverers have the capacity to use it repeatedly and/or for long periods of time. Even a Captain would only be able to use Manifest energy (also called Mani) once or twice a day.

2) Only Knights and Deliverers can travel freely to Manifest. All others must be taken by a Knight or a Deliverer.

3) There is only room for five Deliverers, and a person can only play one at a time.

4) Knights are NPCs and can basically be anything you want them to be. They can travel freely between the dwindling Manifest, the Soul Society, and the World of the Living. Think of them like this RP’s version of Pokemon.

5) Manifestations and Knights have a completely different spiritual pressure than beings from the Bleach Outworld. Because of this, even people with little to no spiritual pressure can see them.

6) Manifestations are like Hollows, in that 98% of them are greedy, selfish, and only want to eat anything they can get their jaws around. The other 2% are decent ones that actually have some sense of things like honor and friendship. Also, many Manifestations are simple things that act on base instincts. Like Hollows, the stronger a Manifestation, the more intelligent they become. Because of this, anyone becoming a Manifestation (that is, anyone who isn't a major character) will become a lower-ranking Manifestation.

7) The Manifestations coming from Manifest want the merging of the worlds to go on unimpeded. The reason Manifestations break into Outworlds is to devour others. If the merging of worlds is stopped, they'll be forced back to Manifest, where only other Manifestations and Knights exist. Therefore, even the simplest Manifestation will fight with everything they have to prevent the merging from being stopped.

8) You can play as Manifestations, or have your character become one later. Manifestations can manipulate Mani more proficiently than Deliverers, though only strong ones (meaning none below major character status) can do it. A person can only play one Manifestation at a time.

9) As the RP progresses, more and more of Manifest’s energy will fill the worlds. As this happens, stronger Manifestations will appear and more destructive happenings will occur. The closer the worlds come to clashing the worse these things will become. Being subjected to so much Manifest energy for so long will eventually become a drain to the Deliverers, though all others will not become overwhelmed.

10) The twisted Senkaimon cannot be closed. All attempts at closing it, in one way or another, will always fail. Though it’s extremely dangerous to do so, it can still be used to travel from the Soul Society to the World of the Living. The Senkaimon is always full of Manifestations coming into the two worlds, which is what makes this path such a hazardous one. This particular Senkaimon is more like the Dangai Precipice World, having been warped into something like a long dark tunnel. Hell Butterflies do not provide safety when using this Senkaimon.

11) For the sake of sanity, the twisted Senkaimon is located near Urahara’s Shoten in Karakura Town.

12) This is an extremely AU RP. As such, characters that died in the canon may very well be alive, and things that happened in the canon series may not have happened in this universe, or may have had different outcomes. This gives us more freedom in the characters we can use and the directions we take the RP.

13) This is set ten years after Aizen, Tousen, and Gin left the Soul Society and went to Hueco Mundo. Basically, ten years after the end of the Soul Society arc.

In this RP it’s possible you will die. If that happens, one of several things will happen. If your character led a life balanced between just and corrupt they will go to the Soul Society. If they lived a corrupt life they will go to Deathscape. If they live a just life they will go to the Afterlife. If they die before their time they will go to the Hereafter, whether they were just or corrupt. It is possible to return to life no matter where you go, but you will first have to undergo a series of trials to prove you’re worth a second chance at life. These trials should be grueling and extremely hard to carry out.

Dying can also be done in order to obtain a power or artifact from one of the other afterlife realms. For example, creatures from the world of the living cannot go to the Soul Society without first passing through a special portal that turns their physical bodies into spiritual ones. Dying may therefore be the only way for someone to get into the Soul Society to help an ally.

Keep in mind that if you attempt to die over and over you will eventually no longer be allowed a chance to return to life. This is especially true if you do it to keep gaining different powers, or to simply harass other players. In fact, if you repeatedly die your character will lose all powers they might have gained over the RP and will be forced to start over as if the RP had just begun.

1) Follow all of PE2K’s general forum rules and ToS (Terms of Service)

2) No bunnying (this includes killing or injuring a person’s character without permission and/or without giving them a chance to react)

3) No god-moding (even Deliverers!)

4) Keep cursing to a moderate level

5) Romance is allowed, but keep it forum-friendly

6) Only three characters per person

7) Please post relatively often, in order to prevent the RP from dying because of inactivity

8) Post literate replies, please. No things like random chatspeak and smilies unless your character is sending a text message containing these or something. Also, for the sake of my sanity, please try to not make each of your posts one- and two-liners. That really doesn’t contribute to moving things along.

9) At the beginning of each post please include:

Character Name
Location (Soul Society, World of the Living, Manifest)
What Your Character Is (Soul Reaper, Quincy, Human, Deliverer, Manifestation, and so on)

10) If you sign up for a canon character, please be active! If you sign-up as a canon character but do not post for a week or longer, that character will go to the first person who asks for it. This is to encourage fairness for all people who wish to play certain popular characters.

Race (add here if you’re signing up to be a Deliverer):
Personality (2 paragraphs please):
History (2 paragraphs again, please):
Description (both human form and any other forms your character possesses; pictures are fine but include a text description as well):
Weapons (includes powers; nothing crazy):

XD Enkaku, only this time, there are more things going wrong. On top of that, in this one the main threat is one you can't fight physically ^^.

There are some notes I forgot to add, so I'll say them here and then add them to the first post:

*Manifestations and Knights have a completely different spiritual pressure than beings from the Bleach Outworld. Because of this, even people with little to no spiritual pressure can see them.

*Manifestations are like Hollows, in that 98% of them are greedy, selfish, and only want to eat anything they can get their jaws around.

*The Manifestations coming from Manifest want the merging of the worlds to go on unimpeded. The reason Manifestations break into Outworlds is to devour others. If the merging of worlds is stopped, they'll be forced back to Manifest, where only other Manifestations and Knights exist. Therefore, even the simplest Manifestation will fight with everything they have to prevent the merging from being stopped.

There were some others but I forgot them again XD. I'll add 'em when I remember 'em.

Also, you guys are reserved. Now to go make my characters 8D.

To be honest, as cool as the Fell War Saga RP is, I think this is even better. Sorry about fazing out of the last one, though. I was a little lost before but now I know what I'm doing.

I'd like to reserve Sajin Komamura. I'll probably be able to finish his sign up relatively soon.

Haha, thanks. I've been wanting to do an RP with Manifest for a while, but I had to change it around a lot to keep people from abusing Mani and all that good stuff. And don't worry about FWS, it happens sometimes :P.

I'll add your reserve ^^. And yay, Koramura! He doesn't get enough love lol.

Double-post, away!

Name: Kilara Zinnir (often goes by Kil)

Age: 22

Gender: Female

Race: Human Deliverer

Description: Clickeh! (http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k191/Simon18/Warriors/5baacdc5dfb01dad495560ac15e1679b.jpg)
Kilara is 5’6” tall and weighs 120 pounds, slender and subtly muscular. Her blond hair hangs down a bit past her knees, and her eyes are a pale jade flecked with violet specks near the pupil. She wears a sort of “dress” that ends a few inches above her knees, with sleeves that aren’t attached to the main outfit. She wears knee-high white boots, and a silver choker encircles her neck. Hanging from the chain is a blue pendant with an inverted silver triangle attached to the bottom, and strange silver earrings decorate her ears.

While it’s not quite the optimal clothing for fighting in, it allows for ease and range of movement. For colder weather, Kilara dons thick white pants and a heavy black coat designed specifically for warmth.

Not pictured are a bluish-white hip-pack and Kilara’s preferred weapon, a long sword. The hip-pack carries Kilara’s money, several maps, and basic first-aid supplies. Kilara’s long sword looks more like a katana and is completely black. Kilara wears its sheath belted around her waist, with the sheath itself resting against her left hip.

Personality: Kilara is friendly and kind-hearted, and she likes to talk and tell tales. She hates senseless violence, which is why she gladly accepted the position of Deliverer when it was offered to her. In this way she was able to help prevent the Manifestations from breaking into her Outworld and slaying anyone they could get a hold of. Despite not being a fan of violence, however, she knows there are times when one has to fight to uphold one’s beliefs and defend one’s values and loved ones.

Kilara much prefers words to fighting. If a conflict can be resolved peacefully, she’ll do her best to see to it that things are settled with as little bloodshed as possible. Many people take this to mean she’s timid or weak; many a foe have learned the hard way that Kilara is a fierce opponent who is very skilled in wielding the sword she carries.

Kilara is the kind of person who would rather give someone the benefit of the doubt and as such tends to be too trusting. She’s been lucky so far, as no one has betrayed her beyond a minor broken promise or some such thing, but those who are close to her worry that her trusting nature may one day hurt her badly.

Kilara also has loyalty issues. She’s not lacking in that aspect; indeed, she has far too much of it. She’ll risk life and limb to protect someone she’s only known for a few minutes and oftentimes goes out of her way to help complete strangers, without expecting compensation. Those she knows well or cares for deeply tend to fret over her fiercely protective nature. Enemies learn quickly that injuring or kidnapping a friend or loved one of Kilara is both the best and worst way to get to her. On the one hand, nothing will stop her from finding the one responsible short of being physically restrained in some manner; on the other hand, when she finally finds the one responsible, she tends to be so enraged that she makes an army of rabid bears look like fuzzy cuddly rabbits. Ironically enough, she gets mad at those she loves when they put themselves in danger to help or save her.

Kilara, unlike most other Deliverers, doesn’t feel it’s right to keep the inhabitants of her Outworld ignorant about what’s going on. She feels that everyone should be warned of what’s happening so her fellow humans at least understand the things going on around them. That being the case, she tends to explain what’s happening to those she saves, hoping that the information will be of use to them in the future. This makes many Deliverers view her with some amount of disdain; some go as far as to brand her a traitor and declare that she be imprisoned for her actions. Kilara ignores them all, knowing that until the current situation is dealt with, no such actions can be taken against her.

Kilara definitely prefers being with other people as opposed to being by herself. When that’s not an option, she usually summons a Knight for companionship.

History: Kilara was born in Karakura Town to parents who were both spiritually aware. Before her conception, her parents actually used to go out and help Soul Reapers against various Hollows, but once Kilara was born, the two felt it would be irresponsible to risk their daughter becoming an orphan and gave up the practice.

Even before her first birthday, her parents could sense a trickle of spiritual pressure in their daughter. Whether inherited from her parents or simply her own was impossible to tell, but her mother wanted to ensure that their daughter never realized her powers. She was worried her daughter would want to go off and fight Hollows like her parents had done, and though he didn’t quite agree with the choice, Kilara’s father agreed to hide it from her.

As she grew older, Kilara’s spiritual pressure grew in strength. By the time she was in preschool she was able to see spirits and Hollows clearly, though she was too young to understand it. Those around her assumed she was talking about imaginary friends when the little girl mentioned spirits to others, but as she grew older and started describing what some of them looked like, her teachers started to worry about her. After all, what child has a bloody middle-aged man with his head half-torn off as an imaginary friend?

Eventually, Kilara was withdrawn from public schools. People kept telling her parents they should get her evaluated by a psychiatrist, as something was clearly wrong with her. By this time Kilara was ten and understandably very upset that no one ever seemed to believe her. Her father convincer her mother it was time to tell their daughter the truth or risk her ending up mentally damaged from her encounters with the dead. And so, for the first time in ten years, Kilara’s parents told her about their past and explained what was going on with her. After it was said and done, Kilara surprised her parents by not being angry that they tried to keep everything a secret from her. She was annoyed a bit, yes, but other than that, she was just relieved to finally have some answers.

Kilara’s spiritual pressure soon surpassed that of both her parents, and as a result, when Hollows emerged into the World of the Living, Kilara was sometimes their target. Because they were worried for her safety, her parents decided it was necessary for her to learn how to fight. She received training from her parents, as well as from Soul Reaper friends. She was trained in the way of Hakuda, the Soul Reaper method of fighting unarmed, and was also trained in how to wield a sword. Eventually she became proficient in both manners of fighting, and by the time she was fifteen, she was out helping destroy stray Hollows.

Then one night, a Manifestation broke free from Manifest. Kilara was the first to become aware of its presence, though she was confused at first. It felt nothing like a Hollow, and when she tracked it down, it looked nothing like a Hollow, either. It resembled a man bent over, with arms sticking out along his back and faces scattered all over his body. His skin was a strange blue-purple color and seemed covered with scales. His face was bare, nothing more than smooth skin, and he had no hair. Kilara had never seen anything like it and though she was scared at first, she was forced to fight the thing when it became aware that she was near.

But the strange beast was unlike anything she’d ever faced in the past. It easily dodged her attacks and kept doing the most bizarre things. It could create shields to deflect her attacks or make powerful bursts of air that blew her away. Sometimes it made streams of blue fire, and at other times it encased itself in an orb of stone. Every attack she tried was either avoided or turned away, and it seemed the creature had no end to its tricks.

Then another strange beast appeared, this one looking like a black saber-tooth cat with red markings. It attacked the thing Kilara had been fighting and dispatched it was surprising ease. When it turned to her, Kilara at first thought it was going to come after her, but instead it told her she fought well for someone who didn’t understand how the Manifestations battled. When it asked her if she’d like to be able to fight them properly and help defend against them, Kilara accepted immediately.

The strange beast, a creature called a Knight and who went by the name of Dioji, swiped a paw at Kilara and tore deep gouges into both her arms. The wounds didn’t hurt, though, and indeed they seemed to almost tickle. They healed quickly, and as they closed, Dioji explained that he had bound their souls together. In this manner, Kilara could siphon Manifest energy from him and use it the same way Manifestations and Knights did. She was forbidden from telling her parents of this, though; the knowledge of Manifest’s existence was strictly limited to Deliverers. Her parents wouldn’t sense anything different about her, which would help prevent them from knowing their daughter had changed.

Kilara’s Deliverer training was the hardest thing she’d had to endure. For hours every day, Dioji would make her come to Manifest, where she would learn the various ways to properly control Mani, the energy of Manifest. She was also subjected to the world’s natural level of Mani; while something that didn’t bother Knights and Manifestations, it put a terrible strain on Kilara, who wasn’t used to it in the least. For the first few months of her training, Kilara always went home feeling drained and weak, her muscles sore from her training. Her parents noticed this and misunderstood it, thinking she was out fighting Hollows that were too strong for her. They constantly badgered their daughter, who simply told them she would be fine and they shouldn’t worry.

This went on for nearly five years. After the first year, Kilara had grown accustomed to Manifest’s bizarre lack of reality and its Mani, but her training took much, much longer. Mani was difficult for those not born into it to control, and even though she felt it was taking far too long, Dioji constantly assured her that she was making more progress in less time than most other Deliverers he’d trained. He told her that her previous training and her years spent fighting Hollows were partly why she was learning her Deliverer powers so quickly, and said that her immense spiritual pressure helped things along as well. Even so, by the time Dioji finally declared her training complete, Kilara was more relived that she’d been in a long time.

After that day, Kilara’s life was pretty much spent either fighting Hollows, fighting Manifestations, or doing things with her parents. She felt bad that she had to hide her duty as a Deliverer, feeling she was lying to her mother and father, but Dioji’s warning that they’d want to get involved in fight they couldn’t win prevented her from telling them the truth. So she kept it a secret, even though she didn’t like it. Then the day came when she sensed Mani suddenly spilling into the World of the Living.

Instantly, she and her parents sensed the warping of a Senkaimon near the outskirts of town. Only Kilara, being a Deliverer, felt the Mani that was causing the Senkaimon to twist, and only she felt it when that Mani started trickling into the World of the Living. She rushed off to see what was happening, closely followed by her parents. When they came to the Senkaimon, weaker Manifestations were already emerging from it. Kilara had no choice but to fight them off, and despite her anxiety, it was now her turn to reveal a truth she’d kept hidden. She told her parents about Manifest and everything else, and though her parents were unhappy with the whole thing, they accepted everything with relative grace.

It was only a few hours later when Dioji arrived, explaining to Kilara what was going on and telling her the other Deliverers were being informed at that moment. Not even a day later, a group of Soul Reapers who knew Kilara and her parents came to tell them the same thing, but Kilara told them they already knew the details. All three were asked to become Substitute Soul Reapers to help with the rising number of Manifestations breaking from Manifest, as well as the sudden increase of Hollows, and Kilara’s parents accepted. Kilara herself refused, having no idea what would happen if a Deliverer should also become a Soul Reaper.

A month has since passed, and the situation in the World of the Living and the Soul Society has only gotten worse. Hollows have been appearing more frequently, knowing the Soul Reapers are constantly having to fight against Manifestations. Residents of both the World of the Living and the Soul Society have been turning into Manifestations, adding further turmoil to the issue. Kilara has been doing her best in the past weeks, but recently both her parents have become Manifestations, and although they both retained their minds and continue fighting against the hordes assaulting their Outworld, their transformation has left Kilara shaken.

Weapons: Mani, long sword (not pictured)

Additional Info: Kilara’s bond with Dioji means she can summon him at will. He normally goes back and forth between the World of the Living and the Soul Society, giving his aid where it’s most needed, but will come to Kilara the moment she calls him.

Name: Dioji

Age: Unknown

Gender: Male

Race: Knight

Description: Clickeh! (http://i247.photobucket.com/albums/gg148/SerenitySoraXTalaHyuga/DemonKora.jpg)
This Knight is named Dioji. He is a massive saber-toothed cat with fur as black as complete darkness, broken up by red stripes on his upper body and face. He stands about eight feet tall at the shoulders and weighs about four-hundred pounds. His top canines are roughly six or seven inches long, giving him a fierce appearance. He has a red mane and a red tuft at the end of his tail; his wrists are wrapped in what appears to be cloth, but is actually bone. His piercing yellow eyes have a constant glow.

Personality: Dioji, despite his fearsome appearance, is actually quite mild-mannered most of the time. He can be surprisingly lazy, loafing about when there isn’t someone or thing to be fought. He is fiercely protective of Kilara, though, and his normally laid-back demeanor becomes a savage one that can scare those who don’t know him. When not protecting his Deliverer, Dioji likes to talk and play the occasional prank, though currently he hasn’t had much time for such things. Out of all the Deliverers he knows, Kilara is probably his favorite.

Dioji is an NPC, just doing this so people know what he looks like and how he acts and stuff. Hmmmm, maybe I'll bring Kuramori into this >:D...

Third time's a charm, ne? I decided to edit Kuramori's SU from FWS because this is far too epic not to include her in XD:

Name: Kuramori Iochi

Age: 377

Gender: Female

Race: Soul Reaper

Description: Kuramori is about 5’6” tall and weighs roughly 125 pounds. Despite her healthy weight, she looks almost painfully skinny; most of her weight seems to be concentrated in her muscle, not in fat and flesh. She has pale gray-green eyes, which are usually partially obscured by her short, unkempt red hair. Her hair always looks as though it’s been hacked off with a dull blade, with it cut shorter in many places than the rest of her hair. She wears the traditional Shihakushō all Soul Reapers wear, but hers is bloodstained and tattered to the point of nearly being indecent. She doesn’t wear shoes of any kind, going barefoot no matter where she walks.

Around her waist is a heavy silver chain, attached to which is the sheath of her Zanpaku-to. The sheath looks battered and, like Kuramori’s clothing, is covered in the old stains of blood. It was once a pristine white, but has faded to an ugly, dirty grayish color.

She’s covered in scars from past battles, though the worst by far is one on her back. It stretches from between her shoulder blades to just above her tailbone and is about two inches wide. It was given to her when she escaped execution not very long ago (see History).

Her overall appearance is one of a woman who cares little for what she looks like; indeed, she seems to be amused by the reactions of people who see her.

Personality: Kuramori is, in a word, insane. And not in a figurative sense, either, but a very literal one. The woman belongs in a high-security asylum of some kind. She can switch between any kind of mood instantly and without warning, being creepily cheerful one moment and frighteningly infuriated the next. There’s no way to tell what might set her off; things that would scare someone might amuse her greatly, and something that might make someone happy can leave her terrified.

When not suffering from these extreme mood shifts, Kuramori is a disturbing person who says the most chilling things every time she opens her mouth. She usually doesn’t follow a conversation, but when she does, it’s usually to insert one kind of morbid comment or another. Normally she likes to ramble about painful ways of killing people. Sometimes, the things she says are so awful it could make someone along the lines of Kenpachi Zaraki uneasy or downright disgusted.

She seems to enjoy hearing stories of suffering, death, and mutilation, oftentimes laughing at things she reads in a newspaper or sees on the news. Her favorite segments are the ones that are graphic in one way or another.

Kuramori has no sense of love, compassion, or mercy, and is completely devoid of morals and shame. In battle she becomes even more of a monster than she is out of a fight, purposefully torturing her foes and mutilating them before finishing them off. There are times when she will draw out a victim’s death, enjoying their agony as much as possible before slaughtering them as painfully as she can.

Kuramori has a deep-seated hatred of other Soul Reapers, and this is the only stable part of her personality. No matter the situation, if she comes across other Soul Reapers, she will inevitably be filled with infuriated loathing and strive to destroy the other. This is due largely to what her broken mind sees as a betrayal against her by several Captains (see History).

History: Kuramori had an average childhood. Her family was one step above poverty, eking out a living in the Rukon District by selling useful things such as clothing. It was discovered early on that she had a rather high level of spiritual pressure, and when she was old enough she went to attend the Soul Reaper Academy. No one was surprised when she easily reached the top of her class, excelling at pretty much everything except Kido. For some reason she simply couldn’t focus enough to perform even simple binding spells. Her other talents more than made up for this single lacking, though, and she graduated from the Academy with high marks. Afterward she joined Squad Eleven, having learned over the course of her training and studies that she was fond of the fight. She quickly ascended to the highest rank one can achieve without being a senior Seated officer, and though she could have easily taken Third or maybe even Second Seat, she was happy with her current position. Instead of having high ambitions, she spent her free time playing with Yachiru and basically spoiling her stupid.

Kuramori, though, was attached firmly to her family. So firmly, in fact, that when an uncle she barely knew was killed in a raid one day, she nearly fell apart. Seiama Izei, a higher-ranking member of Squad Eight, was sent into the World of the Living with a few others to slay a low-level Hollow terrorizing a small village. It turned out the Hollow was not as weak as first thought; it was a Gillian that had managed to compress its spiritual pressure to appear like a normal Hollow. Seiama and the others were quickly slaughtered, and when Kuramori learned of her uncle’s demise, she was struck by a terrible grief that lasted for nearly a week, despite having only met the man three times in her life. Only the threat of being kicked out of Squad Eleven prevented her from losing it then.

There were no more issues like this until roughly two months ago, when a group of Ryoka, assassins who were unhappy with the Soul Reapers and how they were running things, tried to take over the Rukon District to use as their headquarters. It was nearly twenty minutes into the raid before the Soul Reapers realized something was wrong. Kuramori and several other members of Squad Eleven were sent to deal with the problem, but upon arriving they saw at least half of the Rukon District had been killed. Fortunately, the Ryoka were taken into custody before too many more people died; sadly, Kuramori’s parents and younger sister had been among those murdered.

When Kuramori learned of this, she snapped. Her mind shattered and her heart fractured into tiny bits, leaving her mentally and emotionally broken. At first it was thought she was simply experiencing the grief of losing one’s family, but it soon became obvious something was wrong with Kuramori. The grief had rapidly mutated into madness, and by the time anyone noticed, there was no hope of repairing the Soul Reaper’s mind. For a while she was allowed to remain a part of Squad Eleven, but when she unexpectedly attacked her Captain and Lieutenant, she was imprisoned.

What no one was aware of was that Kuramori had long ago achieved Bankai. Her Zanpaku-to was a Void-class weapon, and using its Bankai, she managed to break out of her cell. No longer concerned with hiding her true strength, Kuramori gleefully tore through the Soul Reapers that tried to stop her. Her Bankai overwhelmed so many that it wasn’t long before Captain-Commander Yamamoto himself appeared before the wild Soul Reaper. He was accompanied by Kenpachi, Byakuya, and several other Captains. Undaunted, Kuramori tried to fight them all, at times laughing, at times crying.

Despite her strength, even she was no match for half a dozen Captains. She was overpowered, though not before inflicting some injuries on the others, and was slated to be executed for her actions. On the day she was to be killed, though, two members of Squad Eleven interrupted with news about the corruption of a Senkaimon and their part in the occurrence. For a moment everyone was distracted, and in that moment, Kuramori was struck by a fit of madness so raw that she actually managed to perform Kido. Screaming the incantation, Kuramori unleashed a Sokatsui, much to the shock of everyone present. Her executioners were blown away and her bonds destroyed by the attack, and before anyone could recover, Kuramori fled to the twisted Senkaimon she’d heard the others talking about. She vanished into it, emerging in Karakura Town and immediately rushing off just before three people, a family by the looks of it, arrived at the scene. Certain she’d be pursued, Kuramori hid her spiritual pressure and fled until she no longer had the energy to move.

Afterward, the deranged Soul Reaper recovered and went about doing as she pleased in the World of the Living. She did her best to remain hidden, constantly worried that the Captains of the Soul Society would come for her. This paranoia made her insanity all the worse, attracting a number of Manifestations. Surprisingly enough, their presence seemed to calm Kuramori, and instead of indiscriminately killing them, she allowed them to live. One of them was stronger than the others and possessed a fair amount of intelligence, as well as the ability to control Mani to an extent. As the weeks passed, this Manifestation showed Kuramori how she could wield the ever-increasing amount of Mani, and when it learned of her past, it told her she could use the power to exact revenge on the Captains that had wronged her.

Ever since hearing this, Kuramori has been planning revenge on those who stopped her the night she broke out of her confinement cell. She’s been going over possible deaths for them in great detail, sometimes getting so absorbed in her ideas that she loses track of reality. She seeks to ensure the merging of Manifest with her Outworld, wanting to power of Mani to get revenge on Zaraki and the other Captains who she feels betrayed her. Since learning how to control Mani, even just a bit, she has become far more confident in her ability to slay those she hates, and has actively been out murdering Soul Reapers, Deliverers, and pretty much everyone else as a means of furthering her ability to use Mani.

Powers: Zanpaku-to, extremely limited Mani, see Additional Info for others

Kuramori’s Zanpaku-to is a Void-class weapon and is the only one of its kind. When Kuramori’s mind broke, it happened so quickly and thoroughly that her Zanpaku-to became as twisted as her mind. This seems to have given the weapon more strength than usual. Also, unlike just about every other Zanpaku-to in existence, Kuramori’s has a very bland name, simply being called Collapse.

Sealed state- When sealed, Collapse looks like a regular katana, save for being completely black. The hilt is battered and missing small chunks, though, thanks to Kuramori’s habit of attacking her enemies recklessly.

Shikai- When Collapse is in its Shikai form, it increases in size by about half and the blade grows roughly five feet in length, giving it a longer reach. Its special power is a simple yet deadly one; in addition to causing normal injuries, Collapse can tear open voids on its victims. Like miniature black holes, these voids drain a person’s spiritual pressure over time and also tear away bits of the victim’s flesh surrounding the “wound”. If left untreated, these voids can expand enough to completely cover a victim, leaving them to die a horribly painful death. Thankfully, most people die from having their spiritual pressure drained all the way. Unfortunately, those with higher spiritual pressure will probably last long enough for their bodies to be slowly eaten away by the injuries voids inflicted upon them. Collapse’s release command for Shikai is “Devour”.

Bankai- Collapse’s Bankai is perhaps one of the most deadly and hard to control. When Kuramori utters the release command of “Engulf”, Collapse shows its true strength. It reverts to a sphere of Void energy that is blacker than infinite darkness and exudes a bone-chilling cold that only Kuramori is immune to. Initially this mass is about the size of an average human, but Collapse can absorb Void energy to increase its mass, at times becoming large enough to cover small villages or towns. Collapse can alter its shape and take on any form it likes, though whatever it becomes will be relative to however much mass it has at the moment (with its normal size, it would become either a very small elephant or a very large mouse, for example).

Collapse has no special moves or attacks for its Bankai form. Instead, it has special properties. First, its offensive ability is to engulf a foe and exert crushing gravity, while somehow also being completely devoid of gravity. This results in a bizarre reaction of the foe being crushed by the overabundance of gravity and torn apart by the complete lack of it at the same time. Basically this reduces the foe (or whatever Collapse has targeted) into so much squished scrap. Those who have higher spiritual pressure than Kuramori are unaffected by Collapse’s power, instead only being held in place by it. Also, being part of the Void, as it were, Collapse can only be struck with spiritual attacks or items. Anything not specifically made of or containing some sort of spiritual energy will pass harmlessly through it.

Even before Kuramori became crazed, Collapse was hard to control in its Bankai state. Now, thanks to the perversion of Kuramori’s mind and soul, Collapse is nearly impossible to control. It usually runs rampant, which tends to annoy Kuramori. On the other hand, Collapse spreads gory slaughter when its released, and this gives Kuramori a great deal of amusement. It’s sort of a love-hate relationship these two have. Nonetheless, Collapse’s Bankai form is a drain on Kuramori, so she only uses it during lapses in judgment (which happen often), or when she has come across another Soul Reaper. Other than that, she’s usually smart enough not to go around needlessly releasing Collapse to Bankai form.

Additional Information: Kuramori has the following aspects as her abilities and/or powers-

*Master Swordsmanship Specialist- While she is an expert on various methods of swordplay, Kuramori prefers rushing in to recklessly hack at her opponents. Before she lost her family, she spent hours perfecting this method of sword fighting. Despite it looking like mindless flailing of her sword, Kuramori actually channels a steady stream of spiritual pressure into her Zanpaku-to so her blows are more rapid and deal more damage than they normally would. While this is her preferred method of fighting, Kuramori will draw out a battle as long as possible if she wants to make her opponent suffer. Her swordplay becomes much more complex and difficult to counter, as her strikes tend to come from the shadows.

*Hakuda Master- Shortly after joining Squad Eleven, Kuramori took on the task of perfecting her Hakuda. She mainly wanted the training in order to push herself farther and become stronger; it was pretty much an added bonus to learn how to effectively fight hand-to-hand. Despite easily being able to match Captain-rank Soul Reapers in one-on-one bouts, she prefers using Collapse to her bare hands in battle.

*Shunpo Master- Kuramori decided early on that being faster meant more than brute strength. If your foe can't hit you, they can't damage you. She can run from one side of the Seireitei to the other in just a few seconds, but moving that fast for too long tends to leave her drained. Since becoming insane, Kuramori only uses Shunpo to avoid fatal blows from her foes and to inflict a rapid series of strikes with her Zanpaku-to.

*Immense Spiritual Pressure- Kuramori's spiritual pressure became quite apparent when she was very young, and since then it has only increased. Thanks to her self-imposed training, her time at the Soul Reaper Academy, and the various pressures of being in the Combat Division of the Soul Society, Kuramori's spiritual pressure has become so powerful that she could have easily taken Third Seat of her squad. Since losing her sanity and all traces of reason and self-restraint, Kuramori's spiritual pressure has increased even further.

*Enhanced Speed- Even without the use of Shunpo, Kuramori is extremely fast. She usually relies on her natural speed to get from place to place, as it takes much less energy than Shunpo does. When she was a member of Squad Eleven, Kuramori used to have races with Yachiru in order to push herself to becoming faster, as well as to keep the young Lieutenant occupied when she wasn't hanging around Kenpachi.

*Enhanced Agility- On top of being fast, Kuramori is astoundingly agile. She uses this agility, combined with her speed, to fight from the shadows when she wishes to taunt and torment her foes. She can appear to melt into the darkness, reappearing from any direction only long enough to attack for a few seconds before withdrawing back into the shadows. When stalking around her victim, Kuramori tends to sing extremely graphic and disturbing songs to unnerve her opponent between attacks.

*Enhanced Durability- Kuramori wasn't the most durable of Soul Reapers back when she was a member of Squad Eleven, relying her speed to keep her from being injured. Ever since losing her mind, though, Kuramori can take several powerful hits and simply not give a damn. She ignores pain and injuries, even life-threatening ones, instead putting all her focus into tearing down her foes. Because of this, she can take more damage than she would have in the past. The only time she really pays attention to her wounds is if they somehow keep her from fighting, such as both legs being broken.

Name: Captain Sajin Komamura
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Race: Anthropomorphic wolf

Personality: As a gentle giant, Captain Komamura is deeply loyal to Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto and the Soul Society, and greatly appreciates favors from his allies. However, he’s also serious, and particularly mindful of his different appearance compared to those around him. For a long time, he was very reluctant to reveal his true form to those around him, but in time, he obtained the courage to show himself. While Captain Komamura is gentle and compassionate outside of the battlefield, he becomes determined, ruthless, and calculating when locked in combat.

In terms of the presence of Manifest energy, Captain Komamura sees its potential, but he doesn’t trust it. However, he doesn’t deny the rumor that the only way to truly stop the Manifestations is to use their own power against them, realizing the logic behind this new, enigmatic presence. Still, to him, the Manifest energy has its strengths, but he’s definitely extremely mindful of its possible side effects, and that if he finds the need to use it, he should only use it when its absolutely necessary.

History: Komamura had spent most of his early life as an outcast, hiding himself from the rest of society by covering his face and hiding his true nature. However, it was Tōsen that first gave him the feeling of being accepted, despite the fact Tōsen was blind. After Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto accepted Komamura into the 13 Court Guard Squads, he felt deeply indebted to him, especially considering how he needed to make a special exception for Komamura’s case.

It was especially hard on him when Captain Tōsen betrayed the Soul Society by joining forces with Captain Aizen and Captain Gin Ichimaru. He never truly understood Tōsen’s motives for doing so, but he still intends on trying to find a way to bring Tōsen back to the light. However, he doesn’t forgive Aizen or Ichimaru for what they’ve done, believing if it hadn’t been for them, Tōsen may not have been influenced to turn against the Soul Society, and he blames them for leading his once trusted friend down the wrong path.

The Senkaimon’s corruption is something that deeply concerns him, knowing very little about how the portal was created in the first place. As a result, he’s uncertain if there’s in fact anything that can be done about it, or if its even possible to remedy the situation. Regardless, he hasn’t given up hope, but he knows very clearly that the Manifestations are an unnatural presence within the “Outworlds” and need to be sent back to where they came from. In truth, he knows that if the worlds permanently merge, the end result could be catastrophic, if not apocalyptic.

Captain Komamura has the appearance of an anthropomorphic wolf, and stands 9’5” and weighs 662 pounds, towering above most other Soul Reapers as a strong and muscular giant. Meanwhile, his fur is a light brown color, and he wears the standard Soul Reaper Captain haori. However, some noticeable differences include his shoulder pads and his plated boots to replace the sandals worn by most other Soul Reapers.

Due to Komamura’s size, stature, and build, he is exceptionally strong and has seemingly unending endurance, but his mobility and agility are lower. Meanwhile, he knows some Kidō, but he generally focuses more on his physical strengths, and only uses Kidō as a support when it feels its use is necessary.

Tenken (天譴, "Heavenly Punishment")
Captain Komamura’s Zanpakutō takes on the form of a normal katana, with the only noticeable differences being the “squared-off” hourglass-like appearance on the cross-guard.

Shikai - Unleashed by the "Roar" (轟け, Todoroke) command, Tenken’s power lies in his ability to create “phantom” representations of Komamura’s actions, representations that mimic his attacks, but are larger and are considerably more powerful.

Bankai – Tenken’s Baikai form leaves his katana in its same form, though it will glow with spiritual energy. The special ability summons forward a massive 100 foot tall colossus in the form of a samurai in dark armor. As with Komamura’s Shikai, the armored giant mirrors Komamura’s movements and strikes, though the Bankai deals far greater damage. Its weakness, however, is in the fact that any damage dealt to the Bankai is inflicted upon Komamura himself.

Additional Info: Due to the pact of wanting the situation to return to its natural order, Captain Komamura has a Knight companion named Kang, who takes the appearance of a Siberian Husky, and serves as the Captain’s agent to allow him and any of his compatriots to travel to Manifest. They both share the mutual interest in trying to resolve the situation by returning Manifest to its natural state.

In the meantime, Captain Komamura has been only minimally training the use of Manifest Energy, wary of using it due to the suspicion that it may result in it turning those that use it into Manifestations themselves. Because of that, he doesn’t entirely trust it, despite what others may say about it. As a result, he only uses it only when he absolutely had to and no other viable options seem available. Kang understands why Captain Komamura might feel this way, but he does assure him that something else seems to be the reason why Manifestations are assimilating those around him, and that its not because of the use of Manifest Energy.

Looks good, Neo, you ish accepted. Also that is an AWESOME picture of Komamura and his Bankai.

*Clears throat.* Some of you know that lately I've been watching the Bleach musicals. Well, I'm currently on Live Bankai Show Code 002, and there's a song in this one that plays in all the other musicals I've seen so far. This is by far the longest and, imo, best version of this song, which is one of my favorites. I dunno, seems like it's make a good theme song for this, despite the fact that Deliverers and Manifestations and stuff obviously aren't in it.

Mou Hitotsu no Chijou (Another World) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DViloSLR9N4&feature=related)

One of the best. Freaking. Songs. Out of the all the Bleach Musical numbers. Go listen and be inspired! ^^

EDIT: Grimmjow's last name always reminds me of beer XD. I thought the Arrancar were supposed to be Spanish, not German/French lol.

To quote a certain orange-haired protagonist; "What the hell?"

Name: Ichigo Kurosaki

Age: 27

Gender: male

Race: Human/Shinigami/Visored/Whatever-he-is.

Personality: As a Human teenager, Ichigo's personality is much more complex. Stubborn, short-tempered, strong-willed and impulsive, he attempts to maintain a detached and "cool" image, despite claiming not to care about what other people think about him. He generally keeps his face set in a permanent scowl, with his eyebrows drawn together. His outspoken, hot-headed demeanor is a trait Ichigo himself acknowledged, and that if somebody picks a fight with him, he cannot help fighting back. He coldly refers to his teachers as “instructors”. He is shown to be genuinely compassionate and empathetic about others, as seen by him promising to bring a Plus flowers and a toy plane or soothing others when they become upset. Ichigo is also a capable student, ranked 23rd in his high school. He studies regularly and does not neglect his schoolwork, claiming that he has "nothing better to do at home", though he actually works as hard as he does simply to overcome the misconceptions many have about him, which are based on his hair color and fighting. Ichigo hates fortune telling, horoscopes, feng shui, psychics and anyone whose trade involves taking money from people for things that they cannot see. He has difficulty remembering people's faces and names. Ichigo becomes extremely shy and uncomfortable around nude or immodestly dressed women, a fact both Rangiku Matsumoto and Yoruichi Shihoin have teased him for. Ichigo has some trouble with authority and traditional respect, often quite rude and disrespectful when talking to those older than himself, calling Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto "gramps" and referring to several of the Shinigami captains by their given names.

When it comes to fighting, Ichigo has a complex sense of honor; he regularly seeks to exact revenge for the actions of his opponent, such as instilling the fear of being murdered in Shrieker and cutting off the right arm of Yammy Llargo in retaliation for him ripping Yasutora Sado's right arm apart. He would often taunt and belittle his opponents when fighting, sometimes even attacking without warning. Ichigo has a strong desire to win his fights and to win them in what he views as a legitimate manner. To this end, he has refused the aid of his inner Hollow, even when knowing that it would allow him to win. Similarly, after regaining control of his body, he tells Ulquiorra to cut off his limbs so that they may have a fair fight and refuses to kill him when he is dying; saying that it was not the way he wanted to win.

Ichigo has even shown that he despises those who mistreat their allies in any way, even if they are his own enemies. He is disgusted when an individual berates his/her own allies, such as when Yammy calls Ulquiorra Cifer, Nnoitra Gilga, and Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez "trash". He also expresses anger towards those who go as far as attacking their own allies, expressing that he cannot forgive those who murder their own comrades.
Despite Ichigo's strong sense of honor, his will to win can waiver at times, which directly affects his overall energy levels and fighting abilities. His absolute resolve is depicted by his eyes glowing bright blue and his body being engulfed in a bright blue aura. The same is included with his Hollow powers, in which his eyes glow yellow and his aura turns black. Ichigo’s abilities at their peak allow him to hold his own, if not contend, against the toughest opponents. His will to protect his friends is shown to be so great that, even when battle-worn, he can fight at deceptively high levels, as seen when he effortlessly caught Grimmjow’s punch when in his released state. However, at the same time, his lack of resolve to win can also impede his spiritual energy and fighting prowess, shown when he goes into a state of depression and self-loathing when he loses a major battle or lets a friend down; after losing his fight against Yammy and Ulquiorra, thanks to the crippling fear of his inner Hollow, Ichigo's will became so weak, he was unable to even defeat a weak Hollow until Rukia helped restore his resolve.

History: History can be found here. (http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Ichigo)

Ten years later, Ichigo has still yet to recover his Soul Reaper powers. After graduating high school and moving on to other things, he went through various different careers, from delivery boy to clerk to bouncer, though his personality ended up getting him fired from every one of them eventually, and he was usually put to janitorial duties at his father’s clinic. He didn’t really miss the abilities he had while he was a Soul Reaper, and he was glad to be rid of the Hollow that made itself so much at home in his body. Over time, his spiritual awareness has slowly returned, to the point where he can once more see Plus clearly. This also came with the ability to once more see Hollows, and though he no longer has his powers, Ichigo has yet to show any hesitation in defending the living or those who have passed, putting himself in mortal danger despite the pleading from his friends, who took up the hunting of Hollows after Ichigo’s powers faded.

Ichigo is apparently unaware of the incident currently happening; though he can see the new monsters even better than he can Hollows, he’s reasoned they’re just another brand of Hollow coming to Karakura town in order to kill and feed on the high number of spiritually aware people. He has continued to be something of a protector to the people of Karakura town, keeping many an innocent Human or Plus from falling victim to a Hollow attack, either by holding off the Hollow himself or getting the victim away from the area. In addition to this, those he sees being harassed by others usually get saved by him, and it has positively impacted his reputation. He still permits Kon to remain in his house, but he also still tends to treat him more as an object to be thrown and punted than an ally.

Description: Ichigo (http://planetrenders.net/renders/albums/userpics/53786/Ichigo_SwordRequest.png) Bankai (http://www.freewebs.com/probleachexpert/bankai%20ichigo.png) | Ichigo Kurosaki is a bit taller than average, with a thin yet muscular build. He has natural orange hair, and generally wears whatever he deems appropriate for that day, almost all of which is casual in nature. He has also been seen sporting a pair of large headphones in recent weeks, as well as a pair of sunglasses reminiscent of his former Zanpakuto partner’s.

Weapons: <Former abilities and items listed here>
Substitute Shinigami Badge: Given to Ichigo by Ukitake before leaving Soul Society for the first time, the pendant he commonly carries on his belt signifies him as a substitute Shinigami, allowing him to remain active in the Human World. The pendant gives Ichigo the ability to separate his soul from his body in the absence of Rukia's glove or Kon. It also alerts him to the presence of Hollows in Karakura town, like Rukia's phone. Ukitake informs Ichigo that the badge can also be dangerous, telling him that it has built in protection making it invisible to normal Humans.

Master Swordsmanship Specialist: In terms of fighting style while in his Shinigami form, Ichigo relies mainly on swordplay, and thus would be considered a swordsmanship specialist. Aside from his initial training with Urahara, he is basically on a "learn as you go" training regimen thus his skill has developed by fighting rather than formal instruction, becoming even more capable with every fight. His overall skill has been shown capable of competing on equal grounds against the swordmasters of Byakuya Kuchiki and Kenpachi Zaraki's caliber. While usually performing right-handed, Ichigo appears to be ambidextrous as he has shown proficient skill wielding Zangetsu in his left.

Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Physically, Ichigo is in top form even when he is not in his spiritual body. Ichigo has been trained in martial arts since he was a small child both professionally and by his father. He has repeatedly shown great agility and coordination in his attacks. In addition to having powerful kicks and punches, Ichigo has also shown proficiency in counterattacks, takedowns, and body locks. He has repeatedly been able to catch an opponent's weapon strikes with a single hand. It should be noted that he was able to effortlessly dispatch three lieutenants with Shikai released Zanpakutō in rapid succession merely bare-handed.

Shunpo Expert: Though not particularly versed in its various techniques, Ichigo has become proficient enough of the technique itself to keep up and even surprise high-level Shinigami with his speed. Even Byakuya Kuchiki, one of the most proficient users of Shunpo in Soul Society, complimented Ichigo's growing mastery of the technique. During his first demonstration of this skill, he was able to quickly move to knock out three lieutenants and grab his sword before any of them hit the ground.

Vast Spiritual Power: Despite his origins, Ichigo has been noted on several occasions to have tremendously vast levels of spiritual energy well beyond other Shinigami. He is capable of defeating a Gillian before awakening his true power with only his sealed Zanpakutō. Even at less than half strength, his spiritual energy is still comparable to a Captain-level fighter. His spiritual power is noted to be heavy, which surprised Renji Abarai, a lieutenant-ranked Shinigami. Ichigo constantly gives off reiatsu at the level of a captain. It is so overwhelming that even when worn-out in battle, he can continue fighting effectively while still capable of unleashing Getsuga Tenshō or even unleash and maintain his Bankai. Because Ichigo's spiritual energy constantly being so high even at its base level without him consciously being aware of it, he rarely becomes exhausted in battle, thereby meaning the sheer resilience and amounts of energy Ichigo has is monstrous. Ichigo's spiritual energy is still rather difficult for him to control as he has no formal training in controlling it and upon the instances of Hollowfication his reiatsu fluctuates wildly, with it being unreadable at its lowest point and at its highest point more powerful than that of the 4th Espada Ulquiorra Cifer's.

Enhanced Strength: Even without his Shinigami powers, Ichigo has shown himself to be deceptively strong, as shown from his ability to smash a man's head through a concrete floor. When he is in his Shinigami body, Ichigo's already impressive strength is greatly enhanced. His overall abilities are great enough that he was able to fend off three Shinigami lieutenants with a single punch each; one of which shattered one of their Zanpakutō at the same time. His strength is also great enough to stop repeated axe blows from Jidanbō and hurl Rukia several meters into Renji’s arms and still send them both skidding several meters more, achieving both feats with a single-hand. He is strong enough to hold back the Sōkyoku, a halberd with the destructive force equivalent to one million Zanpakutō combined, just using his Zanpakutō.

Enhanced Speed: Even before learning Flash Step, Ichigo has repeatedly shown himself to be a very agile fighter. Ichigo has demonstrated great reflexes in battle, able to quickly dodge a strike with no wasted effort and he can instantly counterattack right after. He is able to strike quickly without warning and in rapid succession. His speed also allows him to follow the movements of faster opponents to better analyze their movements or blocking difficult and otherwise fatal strikes.

Immense Durability: While only a teenage Human, Ichigo has shown himself to be a highly resilient man, as shown from his ability to safely break free from a binding spell (albeit a low-level one) and withstand an assault from a large Hollow. When in his Shinigami form, Ichigo's physical durability is strengthened to the point he can continue fighting effectively even after receiving many injuries and can survive attacks that would easily kill normal Humans effortlessly. It was stated by Rukia that a Shinigami's life force is their spiritual power. As such, Ichigo is able to withstand attacks that would be fatal to most Shinigami. Uryū once stated that Ichigo was a monster in this regard.

Advanced Growth Rate: According to both Aizen and Urahara, Ichigo's most astounding ability is his growth rate: he grasps the basic control of advanced techniques in days where it would take several years for even the most gifted Shinigami. Shortly after getting Shinigami powers and with no previous training, began learning advanced spiritual energy sensing techniques by sheer instinct, as he proved he can use a spirit ribbon to find Yūichi Shibata. Another example of his growth rate is the amount of time he took to learn the Bankai of his Zanpakutō, which he learns in two days. He also gains considerable experience in the use of Flash Step while training with Yoruichi, which was done over the same period as his Bankai.

Keen Intellect: Despite his somewhat punkish attitude, Ichigo has shown himself to be analytical, perceptive, and deductive. In his high school, Ichigo's grades are almost always near the top, despite his work as a substitute Shinigami. Aside from that, Ichigo appears to be able to determine the pattern of his opponent's battle methods and correctly deduce a proper counter-strategy to defeat his opponent's attacks.

Shikai: The Shikai form of Zangetsu looks like an oversized elegant cleaver rather than a formal "katana". He has no tsuba and no proper hilt; what Ichigo holds is the cloth-wrapped tang. The sword is as tall as Ichigo is, 1.75 meters, and has a black blade with a silver edge. The cloth wrapping on the tang seems to react to Ichigo's will, changing length at a thought or twining about the blade in an impromptu sheath. When in combat, the cloth falls away when necessary, shrinking back to a manageable size. The cloth can also be used to swing the weapon like a flail and toss it at opponents for mid-range combat, but this is rarely done. The cloth also can be done to wrap up wounds, as Ichigo does during his fight with Ikkaku Madarame, but this is also done rarely. Ichigo has also on more than one occasion used Zangetsu's wide blade as a shield from incoming attacks. Unlike most Zanpakutō, which can be sealed into their original form, Zangetsu is always in its Shikai form. Yoruichi Shihōin has stated that his Zanpakutō is a full-time released form type because of Ichigo's vast but uncontrollable spiritual energy upon generation of it, implying that it is simply a type of Zanpakutō that without proper control of his spiritual energy, once in Shikai form, it remains in its said state.

Shikai Special Ability: Zangetsu is largely used for melee combat but possesses one known special ability.

Getsuga Tenshō: At the instant of the slash, Zangetsu absorbs his spiritual energy and releases highly condensed spiritual energy at the tip of the blade, magnifying the slash attack and then flies forward. This slash takes the form of a crescent moon or in the shape of a wave. Ichigo uses this ability without knowing its name several times but masters the technique later on during his Bankai training. As stated by Zangetsu, knowing the name of an attack heightens its power compared to its strength when the wielder does not know its name. The Getsuga Tenshō is a powerful technique with great force, capable of causing large-scale damage and destruction. While it is currently the only attack Ichigo knows from Zangetsu, Ichigo has used this technique in several different manners, such as striking the ground to create an omnidirectional blast to knock away incoming attacks or slashing at the ground to upturn it and crush everything in its path.

Bankai: Tensa Zangetsu: It is considered completely out of the ordinary for any Zanpakutō. Unlike most Bankai forms, which usually create some sort of massive creature or effect, Ichigo's Bankai actually shrinks his sword down to a daitō with a black blade instead. The cross guard has four prongs bent out to form the shape of the manji. The blade itself can endure even the strongest of attacks, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks; it can even withstand getting crushed by force. Instead of the cloth his Shikai form had, a short length of chain with a broken link at the end dangles from the base of the hilt. In addition to his sword, Ichigo's robe is replaced with a long-sleeved, ankle-length black coat with red lining that is closed at his chest, then left to flare out into ragged ends, much like that of Zangetsu himself. This coat is part of Ichigo's Bankai and the damage it can take is directly proportionate to the remaining strength and level of Ichigo's Reiatsu.

Bankai Special Ability: Tensa Zangetsu, much like its Shikai form, is used heavily for melee combat, but also possess a certain special ability.

Hyper-Speed Combat: Ichigo takes all the power of his Bankai and compresses it into a small, condensed form. Then, he uses the power of the Bankai to perform high-speed combat. His new speed is so great, that it also enhances his Flash Step prowess and allows him to create dozens of afterimages to confuse his opponent.

Enhanced Strength: Ichigo's Bankai also allows him to further enhance his natural great strength as shown from how effortlessly he blocked a punch from Yammy Llargo, an Espada known primarily for his immense strength. He is strong enough to cut through Yammy's Hierro with relative ease. The sudden boost in strength upon releasing allows Ichigo to break free from any attack that binds him and prevents him from moving.

Enhanced Getsuga Tenshō: Tensa Zangetsu retains the use of Getsuga Tenshō and can be used in the same manners, but can be used in an enhanced form. When used in Bankai, these potent blasts are black with a red outline and their path can be controlled, with explosively augmented power and speed. Ichigo can also keep Getsuga Tenshō within Tensa Zangetsu to augment his sword swings.

Enhanced Spiritual Power: His reiatsu is so intense and rough as well as thick and heavy that it can suffocate Humans just by being in the general vicinity of his released Bankai. Ichigo's reiatsu was solid in his Bankai despite him only recently acquiring it. In addition, his already immense spiritual energy has grandly and explosively increased, and now has a deep black spiritual energy with a crimson outline. It has come to a point where the red-outlined black energy emanates off of Ichigo's body when his spiritual pressure is exerted, replacing his blue aura. Ever since Ichigo defeated his inner Hollow and affirming his place as a Visored, he produces a black aura with a red outline that surrounds him as he initiates Bankai, rather than a white aura that shoots high into the sky.

Enhanced Bankai Duration: Furthermore, the fact that all of his energy is "compressed" means that usage of his Bankai doesn't expel as much spiritual power as other Bankai from the point of activation; thus allowing him to use Tensa Zangetsu at a much longer duration than any other Bankai users of his level.

Additional Info: At this point, Ichigo's powers are still shot save for spiritual awareness. This will change eventually.

Name: Byakuya Kuchiki

Age: Unknown

Gender: male

Race: Shinigami

Personality: Byakuya Kuchiki is the 28th head of the noble Kuchiki clan, one of the four great noble families in Soul Society. As such, Byakuya acts in an aristocratic manner — he seems always serene and apathetic towards other people, even when he is actually deeply conflicted. He is also extremely calm, even in battle, and is very seldom surprised by even the most drastic of actions. However, when he was younger, he was quick to anger and very hotheaded, as noted by his grandfather. Due in part to his status in Soul Society, he generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations that he is faced with as seen from how he rarely views his opponent worth his time. Despite this trait, Byakuya is a very perceptive man and is fully aware of the limits of his abilities and usually anything he states in comparison to an opponent is justified.

Byakuya strongly believes in law and order. As the head of one of the great noble families and as a captain in the Gotei 13, he always works hard for a peaceful society. He feels that if someone in his position does not follow the rules as a good example, then no one will follow them. He believes that to maintain the order, all law-breakers must be punished, even if that goes against his own wishes. In spite of his icy and regal manner, Byakuya cares for and protects those important to him. After the events of the Aizen incident, he admitted that law isn't perfect and became more lenient, as well as more protective, of his adoptive sister, Rukia.

Byakuya is popular among the female Shinigami of Soul Society, and was voted number one in the "captain we desire to release a photo book for" poll taken by the Shinigami Women's Association. He likes Japanese cherry blossoms, night-time walks, spicy food, and bananas, but he does not like sweets. Similar to Sosuke Aizen, he excels in calligraphy. He, apparently, is very fond of calligraphy, being the representative or possibly president of the Calligraphy Society.

As astonishing as it may seem, Byakuya seems to have a comedic side, as he not only attends the lieutenant's meeting when Renji's absent, but also implies that he attends the meetings of the Shinigami Women's Association when Rukia's absent. As he puts it, "part of a captain's responsibilities is to make sure the lieutenant's responsibilities are taken care of," to which Renji asks if he also goes to Rukia's meetings, which is only responded with a secretive smile. He also once jokingly remarks that he uses Senbonzakura to cut his hair. In one of the omake chapters, Byakuya claims that life in general is not supposed to be entertaining, and even makes up an idea for a game that is not really meant to be amusing.

Having descended from noble stock, Byakuya is easily offended if his name is not used properly. As such, he views Ichigo Kurosaki in disdain for always referring to him improperly, although he has never said anything to him to change that. On one occasion, Byakuya calls Ichigo to his mansion in order to have a talk with the young substitute Shinigami, but they were interrupted by Yachiru's appearance, who asks Ichigo to follow her elsewhere. After Ichigo's disappearance, it is revealed that Byakuya wanted Ichigo to refer to him properly, and to stop calling him by only his first name. When Byakuya talks with Ichigo, he calls him by his full name, Ichigo Kurosaki.

Byakuya has shown open disdain for those who have been disgraced or who he finds to be annoying or overconfident. This is shown when he uses unnecessary force against Ganju Shiba, who was little to no threat to him, just because he was a member of the formerly noble Shiba family. He also shows that he bears a grudge toward Yoruichi Shihoin for being better than him at Shunpo as well as annoying him by constantly rubbing his face in it, with this particular grudge spanning 110 years. This goes even as far as him even disliking having to use techniques taught to him by Yoruichi.

History: History can be found here (“http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Byakuya”)

In the ten years that has passed since the events surrounding Aizen, Byakuya has changed little. He remains the captain of Squad Six, and if anything his combat skills are even more polished than they were previously. However, with the start of the current incident, it became evident that, in his own quiet way, he was furious at the two who had been too idiotic to leave well enough alone, and outright stated the two should be executed for their actions against the command of their captain, the other twelve Captains, and the Central 46. However, he also agreed that they knew more about the world that was threatening to engulf their own than anyone else, and gave the suggestion that they be the ones to lead the charge from the front lines after they had given a report on all they knew.

In addition, while he was in the Human world, Byakuya was to search for the rogue Shinigami Kuramori and capture or kill her, whichever he was able. He was sent to Karakura town to work with the two misfits and ex-captain Kisuke Urahara in devising a plan to stop Manifest from consuming their world. His skills and Senbonzakura have proven an invaluable resource in holding back the swarms of Hollows now using Karakura town as a bridge to the rest of what remains of the World of the Living, and his Kido is put to good use maintaining a barrier between the land that bridges to the World of the Living and Soul Society, in order to keep the two worlds from mixing irreparably. He is also on the trail of the Shinigami Kuramori as he works to maintain a relative stability in the World of the Living, several times coming very near to finding her.

Description: Byakuya (“http://www.freewebs.com/anime17/Byakuya%20Kuchiki.jpg”)has slate grey eyes and long black hair, which he keeps up in the intricate headpiece that signifies his nobility. In addition to the Squad 6 haori he wears, he usually bears the standard Shinigami robes with the addition of a green scarf that has been worn by all heads of the Kuchiki family. He has stated one could buy several mansions in the Soul Society with it.

Weapons: Master Swordsmanship Specialist: Byakuya is masterful at swordsmanship, capable of flawless precision and lethal attacks without much effort.

Shunpo Master: Byakuya is probably best known for his usage of Shunpo. Although having been taught by, but never beating "Goddess of Flash" Yoruichi Shihoin, he is still easily one of the most proficient users of this skill in all of Soul Society.
Senka: a special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponent's back, directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu" and "Hakusui" in one strike (effectively cutting them off of their spiritual energy flow). This attack is his favorite to use. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.
Utsusemi: Way of Onmitsu, 3rd of the Shihou. It allows for a movement at great speed, leaving an afterimage behind. It is a technique taught to him by Yoruichi Shihoin.
Kido Master: Byakuya has displayed his knowledge of high level Kido spells, able to cast several in quick succession without the incantation and with almost no effort and still possessing formidable power. He has been shown to use spells up to level 81 and possesses advanced knowledge of Kido application and consistency. He can use low-level spells with devastating effects, as well as a counter to attacks. He even uses a low-level lightning spell to burn a hole right through Ichigo's shoulder.

Hakuda Combatant: While used less often, Byakuya has shown a highly proficient skill in this area. In the anime, Byakuya was able to effortlessly knock out several Shinigami guards stealthily with a single strike each.

Immense Spiritual Power: He is capable of exerting a vast Spiritual Pressure, which, in league with his already admirable combat skills and finesse, makes him one of the most formidable captains. His spiritual pressure is so great it can be felt from a great distance and it has the tendency to make people perspire in fear. In the anime, his spiritual pressure is white. It is implied by Koga Kuchiki that he is among the few immensely strong heads of the Kuchiki clan, further elaborating on his power level.

Master Tactician: Byakuya is a highly perceptive fighter, being able to almost immediately determine an opponent's attack patterns and weaknesses. He is also a crafty tactician, as demonstrated from how effectively he uses his Kido to confuse his opponents. He can discern the motives and abilities of his opponents and effectively uses his knowledge to end the battle in his favor.

Enhanced Durability: While not having the most imposing appearance compared to other Shinigami captains like Kenpachi Zaraki, Byakuya has shown to be a very resilient fighter. During his fight against Ichigo, despite gaining several major injuries, Byakuya was still able to continue fighting effectively and even ignored his wounds to the point that he seemed unfazed by them. At the end of the fight, he was still able to perform an impressive Flash Step to leave. During his fight with the 7th Espada, Byakuya's durability proved great enough for him to willingly damage himself to escape from his enemy's possession attack and continued to fight as if he was unaffected.

Senbonzakura: A regular katana, with a simple cross guard, which is a simple open frame, much like a four-pane window. It has a white-colored hilt and white sheathe.
Shikai: It is triggered by the command "Scatter".
Shikai Special Ability: In its Shikai, Senbonzakura's blade separates into a thousand slender, tiny blade fragments, which then fly away from the hilt, leaving only the sword's handle in Byakuya's hand. The release can be negated before it completes, such as when Yoruichi Shihoin wrapped the blade in cloth during Byakuya's short battle with Ichigo. However, if the release completes itself, then Senbonzakura is rendered near-unstoppable. While the blades are supposedly too small to be seen normally, they reflect light in such a way as to appear as cherry blossom petals. By swinging Senbonzakura's hilt, Byakuya can control the blade fragments at will, allowing him to shred opponents at a distance and break through almost any defense.

Bankai: Senbonzakura Kageyoshi: is essentially a much larger version of Senbonzakura's Shikai. To activate it, Byakuya needs to drop his sword straight down. The sword phases into the ground, as though it were a pool of water. Energy ripples expand out, turning the surrounding area dark, and within seconds, two rows of a thousand giant blades rise up from the ground. Those thousand swords then scatter and countless flying blades pierce the enemy. No one knows the exact number of blades generated and no one can see the movements of those blades or even dodge them. The number of blades is great enough that Byakuya can use them for defense as well as offense at the same time. He commonly forms them into large masses, designed to obliterate opponents instantaneously. As it moves through the air like torrents of waves, it gives the appearance of cherry blossoms flowing swiftly along with the wind. Byakuya's defensive use allows him to cover himself entirely in these tiny blades, and form a body shield. Unlike his Shikai, his Bankai is entirely mentally controlled. While Byakuya can control the blades with his mind alone, using his hands allows him to do so more effectively, making the blades increase in speed three fold. Similar to his Shikai, its attack is triggered with the phrase Scatter.
Bankai Special Ability: Byakuya's Bankai has several forms, achieved by arranging the blades in different patterns. Each form presents a different advantage, such as increasing offense at the expense of defense. This makes Senbonzakura Kageyoshi one of the most versatile Bankai in the series. These techniques are activated by saying the name of the technique, followed by the name of his Bankai, Senbonzakura Kageyoshi.

Senkei: The true form of Senbonzakura is created by his blood, which glows and turns into spiritual energy, mixing with the tiny blades of his Bankai. This unites the scattered petals into complete glowing swords, numbering in the thousands, that form four rows. These rows float just above the other, and circle around Byakuya and his opponent in a continuously moving, column-like array. It abandons defense in favor of a concentrated offense. Though visually menacing, this form is not meant for attack from all sides; rather, it is to concentrate his power into fewer blades, thus increasing his attack power. While Byakuya can mentally control these swords as he does his regular blades, he commonly calls them to his hands for actual melee combat. When in his hand, they lose their glow, and take the form of his sealed Zanpakuto. While they seem solid in this state, the swords can just as easily dissipate back into the multitude of tiny blades that they are made up of. It seems to take fewer blows from a Senkei blade to gravely injure an opponent than the multiple cuts needed from the unfocused Bankai. The Senkei also cages himself with his enemy, allowing neither combatant to move very far from each other, though the area is still large enough for maneuverability. The most effective use of the Senkei form is that it allows for use of all the swords at the same attack level, making it highly versatile as a way to effectively defeat an enemy unaware of the danger of the situation. It is extremely rare for him to use this ability, doing so only when he has sworn to cut down the opponent with his very own hands. Ichigo was the second being to ever witness the ability.

Gokei: This form increases the number of tiny blades immensely. It creates a spherical formation of innumerable blade fragments, which swirl around the opponent like a cloud. It then flies into them from every possible angle, leaving no blind spots and no possibility to escape. It then collapses on itself, obliterating the opponent. It was strong enough to completely obliterate a very large building from the inside out, and the resulting shockwave generated by the attack is so powerful that Byakuya himself has to Flash Step away.

Shukei: Hakuteiken: This condenses each and every single one of his blades into a single, potent sword, drastically increasing its cutting power. The spiritual energy and pressure of this form released is immense. The blade appears bright white and its aura takes the form of a bird, earning it the name Hakuteiken. Pure white wings form on Byakuya's back, as well as a halo-like circle, made of concentrated spiritual energy. The blade in this form is dangerous enough to cause aggravated injuries in one single blow. The wings are capable of being used for flight. Whether or not this form allows only one single attack or more is as yet unknown.

...NES2, just shut up while you're slightly behind, we're not idiots, and I'm pretty sure everyone here is in or has been in school, where we're taught this at a pretty young age. Can you go without the stupid commentary on other's ideas when they aren't your own for once, please?

And on a more on-topic note, sorry, but I'm out for this one, I can't totally wrap my head around the plot and I'm short on time anyway, but awesome that you're doing another Bleach RP, DoH. :)

11-16-2010, 04:27 AM
Hey, I've been looking for a new RP to get into and this one is looking pretty great. Could you reserve me as a Deliverer please? ^^
I just have one...no, two questions. Are Deliverers human or can you create something similar? Is there anything else to know about them or the Knights that we can't get from your SU?

Save me a spot as a soul reaper. This sounds like it could be fun.

Deliverers can be any race. And not really, everything you need to know is in the first post. As for Knights, like I said, they're NPCs, so you can do with them what you like so long as it's not totally ridiculous lol. If you mean Dioji, he's an NPC too, meaning anyone can use him. He just comes with a pre-set attitude and stuff.

And I'll reserve you ^^.

Save me a spot as a soul reaper. This sounds like it could be fun.

No prob, been a while since we've RPed together. Should be fun! 8D You are reserved as well.

And awwww, Winter, it would have been epic to have you on board, but I understand not being able to join. If you should get some free time though, maybe I can explain stuff to you and you can join :3.

metal, those look good, you're accepted. Lol Byakuya ish after Kuramori XD. Wasn't expecting that right off the bat. Also lol @ your first sentence. Bleach Rock Musicals are frigging epic ^^.

Also, I remembered what one of the notes I'd forgotten was. You can die in this like just about any other RP. I'm trying to decide how to go about it, though. Should I just use the same stuff from FWS, with the Deathscape and everything, or make up something different and perhaps less complicated?

This seems pretty awesome. I have never been in a Bleach Rp before, but this looks awesome. I just had one question; are we aloud to make our soul reapers captains of the squad, such as if i wanted to make mine captain of squad two instead of Soi Fon? Or are squads 3, 5 and 9 open for charecter spots? If not, that's okay, but I was just wondering.

11-17-2010, 03:18 PM
Yeah, sorry, DoH, homework is a pain recently and I have limited comp. time to begin with to the point that I haven't been able to reply to Fell War recently either without the post being totally crappy. Sorry, hope you guys have fun though.

Well, that depends. 3 might still be open, but then again, if someone who wants to play Gin says he comes back after the thing is Aizen, that spot wouldn't be open anymore. I'd say 5 and 9 should still be open. I know they put some crazy guy as Captain of Squad 5 I think it is, but this is AU, so your character can be the replacement Captain instead if you like. The thing is if someone comes in wanting another spot currently held by a character in the canon, it wouldn't exactly be fair to let someone else come in and claim that spot. For example, if someone wants to play Kenpachi, but you've got a different character as Squad 11 Captain, the person playing Kenpachi has to try to come up with a reason why he suddenly isn't Captain anymore and stuff. So, I'd say make your character a Captain of either Squad 5 or 9 if you wanna ^^.

Yeah, sorry, DoH, homework is a pain recently and I have limited comp. time to begin with to the point that I haven't been able to reply to Fell War recently either without the post being totally crappy. Sorry, hope you guys have fun though.

It's cool, I understand completely. Do you need to drop out of FWS? If you do, someone else can maybe take over your characters until you get more comp time, and if you want to you can come back and your chars won't have been left behind or killed off or anything,

Hot dang that took forever! Anyway, this is finished, let me know if there is anything that needs to be changed. I should also have a manifest charecter up later.

Name: Jecht Cekuls

Age: 523

Gender: Male

Race: Soul Reaper Captain of Squad 9

Personality: Jecht is a quiet man. Sometimes, he can go a couple days on end without saying a single word to anybody. Since he was appointed by Head Captain Yamamoto, he has kept the same stand point with his squad. He is quite young for being a captain, and it is possible that his in-experience can hinder his ability to lead well, but he does his best and is able to lead his squad most effectively. Like the other captains, he cares deeply for his squad and would gladly give his life to save them, luckily it has not come to that. He is a calm fighter, but relentless and ruthless one. He is focused on the task at hand, but never forgets about those around him. After his childhood, he vowed to never let anyone close to him die ever again and always stand up to those that threaten his vow.

Jecht is also a gifted artist. He has been practicing in different types of artistic expressing since he can remember. With this skill under his fingertips, as well as being able to motivate people without the need of words, he it is obvious to see why he was picked as the new captain of Squad 9.

History: Jecht started off like most people in the Rukon District. He was poor, and fought for survival. He was by himself for a long time, until another boy joined him. Together, they taught themselves how to wield a sword by using sticks. As the years went by, they grew stronger, and one day Jecht and his friend got themselves in some trouble. A street gangs had control of a street, and were a pretty ruthless bunch. As Jecht and his friend passed by, the gang approached them. They pushed them around for a bit, and Jecht naturally cowered. His friend, however, did not. He stood strong and held his ground, eventually he got into a fist fight with one of them.

It was at this point that the gang got violent and started to beat him. Jecht attempted to intervene, and the blades came out. Jecht got grabbed by one of the goons, felt the knife go in and got spun around. He knew his throat was cut, and all he could do is watch helplessly as his best friend was dragged off as his eyes closed. When he woke up, he was in a bed, with weird paintings everywhere. There were of him and his friend looking happy. The caretaker, and nice onlooker, had taken him in quick and gave him care. She didn’t like children hurt. He learned when he was sleeping he had painted all these through his sheer force of will. This was when he knew that he should become a shinigami and stop others from feeling the same pain.

Description: Jecht is a tall man, being 6 feet. He has jet black hair that, for some reason, slicks forward and spikes upward at the front. He has a define face who most women would think is “good looking”, but other than that, nothing to big to be of importance. He has sky blue eyes that can pierce your soul, and have been able to hold people in their place when Jecht has been enraged, how rare it is. He has a scar on his neck that goes from the base of the left side of his neck and spirals around the front of it and ends half way up the back of his neck.

He has a slim build, weighing about 175. He wears the standard captain formal wear, except the edges of his haori is covered in different color paints. Under his formal wear, he has a skin tight sky blue shirt, like his eyes, that doesn’t hinder his movements as much as his formal wear. He wears the standard sandals as well.

Sealed Form: His zanpakuto is his main weapon of choice, rather, his only weapon. He is terrible at Kido, and never uses it. In its sealed form, it is like a normal Katana, with the only difference being the hilt. The hilt has three “Lightning Bolts” that come up from the hilt and touch the blade at about 1.5 inches.

Shikai: When he activates the Shikai form of his sword, Kaminari no kami (“Thunder God” I hope, I did use Google translator lol), he says “Shock”. At that instant, there is a bright light that emits from his sword that flashes for a brief moment, enough to temporarily stun all those who look at it, except for himself. After the flash, his sword has a brief aura of lightning before it dissipates. Shikai also makes his sword’s width large. It becomes about 4 times the original width (Think about 4 Zanpakuto on top of each other). There is a distinctive line that runs exactly half way between the bottom of the blade and the top. Above this line, there is a grip-like indent that is above the hilt Jecht holds to wield the sword. In Shikai form, his zanpakuto has the ability to excite the electrons around his sword when he moves his sword extremely fast or strikes. These electrons move in a random path, but can be directed by Jecht to go towards his opponent. Basically, he creates lightning that spreads towards his enemy. The lightning forks at the end, so the chance to hit is improved.

Bankai: When Jecht wishes to use his bankai, he grabs the second grip and literally pulls the sword apart, giving himself two blades and simultaneously says Bankai. There is another flash of light and after this flash he exclaims the new name of Kaminari no hōkō no kami (The Roar of the Thunder God, again, used Google translator). His bankai has the same abilities as his Shikai has; however, he is able to control where the lightning he emits hits as well as controls the vibrations his lightning bolts emits. Not only does his enemy have to worry about being hit by lightning, they also have to worry about the vibrations it gives off, which can be used in a number of ways.

Additional Info: His shinigami powers include:

Shunpo Master
Immense Spiritual Power
Master Tactician

*Headdesks several dozen times.* I am SO sorry I've been absent for the past few days. I've been trying and trying to get to a computer, but a lot of crap kept coming up and getting in the way ><...

Jecht, that looks fine, you're good to go. I'm going to go ahead and start the RP now, since I'm sure people are getting a bit impatient for it ^^'...

EDIT: Before I forget again, since no one objected, I'm gonna use the "Dying the the RP" thing from FWS for this I suppose. I might come up with something less complicated later.

11-26-2010, 03:49 AM
I'm really sorry it's been so long since I asked for a reserve. I really was working on my SU, but things got crazy coming up to Thanksgiving. ^^;
