This is the revamped and remastered version of the previous one. If you were apart of the original, you may repost your character from the previous thread here. Freelancer members can also do the same and they have first dibs on their previous mark. They may also choose to change it.

Tides of Freelance~Nigh Ruin

Why it happened...

Everyone’s heard about the end of the world. People have been predicting it since the beginning of the world. Funny how Pokemon don’t seem to predict it, at least not for themselves. A government advisor looked into this further, analyzing the recent happenings of Xatu behaviors, weather patterns, general wild Pokemon activity, and even astronomical signs. They all pointed to something terrible in the future. The end of the world.

Of course, one person just finding evidence of another ‘end of the world’ plot would just be run out of office right?

Think again.

The man’s findings were put into official’s hands immediately, raising more questions: What if the end of the world only meant human demise? Were Pokemon to live on forever on this planet? Would this explain the non human deities in legends and myths abroad? All these questions were brought to leaders around the globe. Paranoia set in, and those officials who resisted the ideas, were fired and sent out of office. Permanently.

What the cause was of the slight insanity, no one knows, but the world was about to be turned upside down in the most unimaginable way yet.

The government issued a secret operation to quarantine all Legendary Pokemon they could possibly capture. A few years later, the majority of them had been quarantined with the help of mercenary hunters, even other Trainers just in it for the money. Soon the average Pokemon began to feel the disturbance, and even try raiding buildings of authority and government. This caused a law, making Pokemon Training require a hefty license, and then soon, just out right owning a Pokemon in your own home. Those who did not follow these laws had their Pokemon taken and relocated far from their owners. These Pokemon were used by the government in order to go out, with the help of hunters, to capture whatever Legendary Pokemon that escaped them in the past, and put them with their fellow legendaries under suppressed quarantine. These high security areas were highly advanced to keep at least 4 major legendaries and 3 minor legendaries. Their powers became null and void, in these facilities, but they dared not to act aggressively towards the humans, knowing that’s what they needed them to do in order to just put them out. Though a scare few legendaries that have eluded capture and are hiding in their own realms, far from human contact, they struggle to keep the balance of power and nature in the world as it slowly falls to it’s demise.

Now...

Years turned into decades, and thus the government has swept away any resistance and opposition to the government’s actions. Wild Pokemon are scarce now, they either hide or have been eliminated for showing signs of a contagious disease the government made up to keep the public at bay. The ways of Pokemon and human interaction are nearly dead, schooling is merely theory, the natural state of the world is growing more rampant with natural disasters occurring more frequently, and being blamed on the unseen wild Pokemon. The Pokemon League was shut down, Gym Leaders put out of a job, the Elite Four and Championship title just an olden days story.

One thing is for sure, the balance of power has to be put back, before every Legendary Pokemon rots to their death in cold, underground cells. They’re losing their power quickly, and thus what gives them reason to be alive. Thus the ruin of the world begins.

What’s there to stop it? The few free legendaries are losing what power they have to try and keep the world intact, thus are dying as well. The only thing that’s left is a small group of selfless humans, those around the world who know what’s really going on, and those who want things back to the ways of the days they were taught about in preschool. They don’t believe the lies of the government, and underground are training Pokemon in order to find out what happened to the Deity Pokemon, and have things back to the way they were in their grandparents age. They hide under the law, practicing in underground facilities. This group of people are known as the Freelancer’s. They’ve never met in person, but all Freelancer’s know each other by announcing their Legendary mark, after being asked by another Freelancer.

Then there are those who are left to keep the world as it is, following government orders without question. Enforcer Neutralization Division of Government, or ENDoG’s, a specialized unit out for capturing rebellious humans and Pokemon, searching for the stray legendaries that eluded them so long ago, and ‘keeping the peace’. Access to any Pokemon, aside from the Legendaries captured, and military force, there is little standing in their way.

So, will you join an unorganized group of young people who have never met face to face before known as Freelancers? Or will you help out your reliable government in bringing security to your world?

The choice is yours. The world starts to end, or the government starts to end.

RULES:
This is a literate RP so a paragraph is minimum in a post.
No flamming, spamming, god modding, bunnying without permission.
No legendaries on your Pokemon team, or that just messes up my story.
Gen 5 pokemon now allowed, including for legendary marks.
There isn’ a post order but don’t shoot off ahead, give everyone a chance to post.
You may change out your Pokemon team at any time.
Traveling takes three posts: one for departure, one for the travel, and one for arrival (This MUST be followed)
Mild romance is okay. Mild swearing is okay
Headers are a must, I like being organized
Have fun or I’ll come to you in your sleep and have karma get you.

Info about the RP:

The following are illegal by law in the current time:

Pokemon Battling/Training
Pokemon in public outside the home <- (*This law being processed in Isshu region therefore not in affect as of yet)

Owning Pokemon without a license

ENDoG’s are exempt from these laws unless given any reason to believe of treason. (Woot for rhyming XD)

ENDoG’s are also allowed carrying fire arms. (Don’t go overboard people)

The Isshu region has no ENDoG influence in t for the following reasons:

The ENDoG political representative and the Isshu PM are at an impact regarding the presence of ENDoG forces. Their legendary Pokemon are confined in Isshu by Team Plasma in a Safari Zone type of environment and aren’t being treated as poorly as those in the other regions. Laws about Pokemon handling are still in affect but are more lenient*. (See above)

Freelancers greet/ask if another person is a Freelancer by asking ‘Mark?’ at the very beginning on a conversation at first meeting. The other must reply with the legendary mark they have chosen, and must use the same one every time. ENDoG’s have no information regarding this special greeting.

The dying legendaries are passing their power into the humans that call themselves Freelancers. Slowly but surely. With great power comes great responsibility. (Thank you Uncle Ben) Each power is different for each Pokemon, however making a huge list of powers for legendary marks that may not even be used just uses up time, so I will give Freelancer players their power after their mark has been decided. All marked Freelancer players are also a bit harder to kill. Meaning you can survive wounds that a normal human may not, though that level varies. (However if you took a slug shot from an auto shotgun from three feet away to the heart...yeah that’s something else...) Certain types have certain universal abilities:

Flying: More agile than a normal human. More graceful and far more persuasive
Dragon: Have overall more physical power over a human being.
Psychic: Your intuition is often right about the future. AKA you can take a guess about what's going to happen and it's vaguely correct. NOT precisely correct. Eg. ‘I know something bad is going to happen around a town with a port’
Ice: Durable in colder weather, naturally more sensitive to heat. Harder to freeze to death.
Dark: Night, it is your domain, everything generally works better for you than in the day.
Grass: Hiding out in nature is no problem, more endurance than the usual human. Easily approachable.
Water: Getting sick/chills/ hypothermia from anything water related has no affect. Longer holding breath under water.
Fire: Heat doesn’t harm you. Dryness doesn’t harm you. Hyperthermia is not an issue.
Electric: Can survive lightning strikes, taser’s have no affect. Much faster in outrunning a human.
Ground: Very sturdy, you can take what you can give. Heavy lifting isn’t an issue.
Rock: Very high level of endurance, however can be worn down by very long negative effects.
Steel: Smarter in areas involving tech, also sturdy, immune to poisoning. Weathering not an issue except rain.
Normal: Empowered in a group of familiar or enemies. Rounded improvement of human abilities.
Ghost: Easier to harm, however, can fall into a stasis where the person’s heartbeat and pulse falls so low that the person may appear dead, however is not.
Fighting: Your presence around others empowers them, better people skills, easy to convince others.

Aside from this, every legendary mark has their own unique power. Freelancers can also use offensive powers based on the skills their mark can learn. Though most aren’t actual attacks, eg. Thunder/Thunderbolt, basic electricity manipulation. Using a legendaries ‘signature move’, eg. Heatran’s Magma Storm, Diagla’s Roar of Time, are much more apparent in uniqueness. However using such powers often results in heavy loss of energy and stamina. You’re only human after all. Higher the base power for a technique, the more energy drain. Freelancer players can't use the full extent of their powers right away. They gradually increase throughout the RP.

Players may ask in advance about what unique power a specific legendary has.

The following Legendaries are not in captivity but are hiding else where for the following reasons:
Giratina: Fled and hiding in the Reverse World as no human can get to it yet. (Very extensive and specific process to get there)
Celebi: Hiding in various points in time
Mew: Transform ability is keeping it hidden
Deoxys and Jirachi: Hiding in space
Shaymin: Not ALL of the Shaymin have been captured, some still hide in various parts of the world.

I will be playing a mystery character that I’m not going to make an SU for immediately that is a true leader and mastermind behind the ENDoG forces. The higher up no one except the specially selected know about.

Name: Shay Miru
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: Shay stands at 5’6, weights around 120 pounds. A young female athletic body is hidden under a slate grey hoodie that seems just too big for her, and black slacks with a single white line down the sides of the leg. Even wearing a hood, she wears a faded teal Gatsby hat with a blue tie around it on her head. Her skin is slightly tan, despite the heavy clothing, and is quite the looker in past male views. Her face is calm and flawless, greyish blue eyes seem to glow under her shaded face, giving her that enigmatic ambiance. Should she not be wearing her sweater, underneath is a carmine, form fitting tank top with rune-like markings all over it in a dull red that is just a few shades from the carmine it’s printed on. The popular choice of black fingerless gloves and wrist bands to match are also part of her swag.

Accessory wise, Shay only has two things: a back pack, and a necklace. The backpack is a medium sized, worn out school bag that has seen better days. Despite it’s rugged look, it’s lasted over the years. What was a bright blue is not a faded and washed out cerulean hue, trimmed in grey, having used to have been white. Frayed fabric in the corner most of the fabric, and few zippers that have stood the test of time hide various carry-on items in their pockets. The necklace is a simple silver chain and a trinket as it’s main centre piece. A pewter S in the shape of a general dragon, coiling around itself that Shay received after completing the Dragon’s Den test, despite the government laws. It never has come off her neck and never will.

Personality: Shay is not much of a people person. At first she acts arrogant towards others, and is stubborn and very independent. Not one to be stuck in a group of people, she takes the chance whenever possible to avoid a crowd, or get out of one. Despite this, she is the first to help out someone in need, though it is not without a snarky remark after all is said and done. Shay is bold, never veering from danger, and would take extreme risks to keep all that she has worked so hard to earn and set everything straight again. She adores her Pokemon with all her heart and puts them well before herself, even if they act as a disfunctional family. Shay is a great ally, but an even worse enemy to have. Her battling skills would rival the Champion’s if there was any to be hand in the present time. The true Shay is outgoing and more fun loving, but present times ask for her to act as her own leader without anything holding her down. Shay is not afraid to harm a foe, as she has growing tendencies to become violent at times for reasons she isn't aware of. If she tells someone to back off, you do it or get hit hard. You fight back, she fights back harder. You hurt something close to her, you've dug your own grave. Her team of difficulty obtain dragon Pokemon is a symbol of her own willpower and skill on it's own, never mind what she is capable of.

History: Shay was born in Blackthorn City, but spent most of her life traveling with her father to various regions of the world. Her father, one of the members of the clan that resided in the Dragon’s Den, was part of an underground organization investigating the government’s actions and the Legendary Pokemon disappearances. That entire time, Shay only knew travel, and moving was the best thing to do. She grew up physically fit, and by the time she was 6, found something that would start her on her new path in life. A Pokemon egg, unnaturally stuck under a waterfall she found. Taking it into her own care, she now knows that Pokemon to be Asharas, or Ashe for short. This prompted even more careful and cautious measures to be taken into while traveling, as Shay was unable to get a license for her Pokemon because of her father.

Years passed, and many revisiting of the regions occurred before Shay finally came back home as a young teenager. Sent to spend the summer inside the Dragon’s Den, she went through rigorous testing with her Pokemon, and learned of what the government had done to the world. Learning of this, Shay understood why her father had left her inside a mountain to hide from the outside world until he returned. Nearing the end of the summer, Shay was awarded the signature, special Dratini for completing her training. She refused to let them down, and was keen on helping with the investigation. However, her father would have had to decided if that was acceptable. Shay waited, but her father never returned. Shay never knew of her mother, so then had no further family to call upon. She continued to wait until the Dragon’s Den was compromised. A few, including Shay, managed to flee unnoticed by a group of ENDoG’s, who had completely shut down and closed off the cavern from any other public use. This prompted the teen to go off on her own to seek additional help, despite having no resources to go on.

Shay decided that her first order of business was to capture and train as many Pokemon possible to their full potential, despite not having a license, or any way of storing them. Shay was never to look at the wall of impossibility and just walk away from it. Along the way she met up with other run-away-from-society trainers, and created long distance pacts with them. Soon the small network grew into her own underground operation. They practiced battling, worked out portable storage devices for extra Pokemon, and began slowly investigating into the disappearances of the Legendary Pokemon. Shay looked for the whereabouts of her father on the sidelines and always went on her own around the regions.

Thus, she heard of the group of Freelancer’s from an old friend who sympathized after returning to a hub deep within Mt. Silver, where it was near impossible to get to from the outside. This group from all over was completely unorganized, and once you decided to become one, that was that. A completely underground group, with no stable groundings to go by. It was a risk that Shay was willing to take.

Pokemon:
Asharas/Ashe the Charizard
Seige the Ononokusu
Vio-Nai the Sazandora

Fyslow the Flygon
Ruida the Tyranitar

Bryn the Dragonite
Other Info: Shay has extensive knowledge of dragon related Pokemon and knows Mt. Silver like the back of her hand. Using her offensive legendary abilities makes her grow ruthlessly violent and protective, and her mentality is unstable that she often doesn't know she's even doing anything.

Legendary Mark: Giratina: Allows her to pass through reflective objects and disappear. This is passage into a sub-level of the reverse world that is not the true reverse world. Can only remain in said passage for a short amount of time.

Asking for more than one eh? One of the original players had Lugia for a mark. I will PM them about it and if they do not respond within a certain amount of time, that mark will be available.

Lugia: Cause White Squalls at will, stop them at will. Manipulate clouds to cause wind and lightning storms.
Suicune: Purification of liquids and walk on water, wind manipulation.
Kyogre: Aquakinesis, closer to larger bodies of water, the more powerful they are. Manipulate rain related effects.
Manaphy: Cause a 'Freaky Friday' between people, or see through another person's view on the condition they've met said person.

Yep, I'm here.

Name: Derek Jones
Age: 29
Gender: Male

Appearance: Derek stands 6’1”, and has a fair skin tone. He also has short, black hair along with brown eyes. In the meantime, Derek has a strong dexterity and agility, though his body still shows signs of being scarred.

Derek mostly wears a white hoodie sweatshirt and a pair of black cargo pants. He also has a black sports watch, a pair of black sneakers, white socks, and a gold chain crucifix necklace. Very often, he uses his loose and heavy clothing to conceal his appearance, and make it difficult for others to recognize him. He’s definitely aware he’s in a world where Freelancers are as appreciated as thugs and criminals, and he knows flashing his face everywhere is going to get him in a jam for sure.

Personality: Derek has a very shadowy personality, very introverted and mostly keeps to himself. He doesn’t have too many friends and many wouldn’t really see him as charismatic either. Most of the time, Derek is just another face in a crowd of people, nothing to really look at or be interested it. Because of what Derek does, this is actually his cloak of concealment.

Derek doesn’t exactly have the cleanest record, as he has a bit of a criminal record from past vandalism. He’s also guilty of a lot of computer-related crimes, known for hacking ATMs, lock-picking restricted areas, and so on, but he doesn’t get caught and has a strong knowledge of how to disappear, blend in, and ensure no one ever sees him again.

As a Freelancer, Derek knows he’s already broken the law but this is essentially nothing different from what he’s done already. To him, he feels people have the right to own and raise Pokémon, even if its true people may never be allowed to battle with them again and its something that may never be socially acceptable again. He’s willing to forgo that, but he still feels the companionship and the bond that trainers and Pokémon can feel and build upon is something that should be allowed.

History: Derek grew up in an abusive family, though it was mostly his mother that treated him badly, while his father was too busy to ever spend time at home. The truth was, he knew his father hated being there. When Derek was five, his parents were divorced, and after many legal fights, his mother won full custody of Derek.

When Derek went off to school, he did whatever he could to avoid going home, such as signing up for countless numbers of sports teams, clubs, afterschool programs, and many more, often so he could simply avoid going home. And it worked, and as soon as Derek headed off to college, he was glad to finally break away from his family. In school, he majored in Computer Science, but wasn’t anything close to the typical geeky kind of personality that most people would expect someone to have in that field. Instead, it was more of a matter of patience that Derek had for machines, and his unconcerned attitude that didn’t care if he broke them, just so he could manipulate them however he liked. Eventually, he trained himself to be able to hack most electronic systems and securities, and by obtaining illegal software, he was able to make a generous living.

Now, Derek intends to use his skills and his wit to help foster the campaign of the Freelancers, knowing there’s no reason for people and Pokémon to have to feel the need to remain separated.

Pokémon: Ninetales, Dragonite, Raichu, Typlosion, Swellow, and Mightyena
Other Info: Derek is an expert when it comes to computer hardware, software, encryption, programming, and manipulation. However, he does try to avoid a direct fight whenever possible.

That may be the shortest SU I've ever seen you make...
Anyway Accepted, now the power of Ho-oh:

Ho-oh: Can use any ground substance to heal wounds, and only wounds, that would kill a person, completely. Wounds that would not kill a person/Pokemon are not affected. May also use the souls of those that were killed by the person for their own means. For a few moments.

I find that fits your character quite nicely. Now get outta my head. >/

Huzzah for newfound interest in the medical field.

Name: Dr. Harriet Arden

Age: 29

Gender: Female

Appearance: Most of ENDoG is united in their opinion of Dr. Arden's attractive looks, offset by a cold demeanor. She has light skin, and her hair is a natural bright orange-ish color, giving some level of emphasis to her amber eyes. She is thin, but not unhealthily so, and usually considered to be well-endowed physically. She sports a black suit with red pinstripe and a red shirt, unbuttoned a bit for comfort, black dress pants, and practical black shoes. She also usually wears a red tie hanging off to her left side rather than straight down. She wears a .357 Magnum clipped to her black belt, and also sports reading glasses in some situations.

Personality: Dr. Arden is often described as cold and analytical, as well as highly perceptive and intelligent. Her ability to piece together the truths of murders is astoundingly accurate, often down to the smallest details. She is not disturbed by the corpses she works with, suffering from a terminal disease herself, and as such is better at her job than some others may be. While she doesn't show her emotion often, she is by no means emotionless, but merely a bit withdrawn. She feels the government she works for is incorrect and, despite having enough evidence to have many suspected Freelancer put into custody, she and her partner withhold that information in the hopes they will be able to set things right.

History: Dr. Arden's career in medicine started with her role as a general surgeon. However, after a botched operation, she learned she had developed an unknown disease that would end her life in three years, give or take. Not wanting to operate on patients any further after almost killing her last one, Dr. Arden was transferred to the forensics department, where she was paired up with another forensic investigator, named James, who she came to nickname "Little guy", much to his annoyance. Under ENDoG (She had no choice in serving or not), she was placed on the duty of using the recovered bodies of killed ENDoG members to determine the cause of death and, if possible, the murderer, in an attempt to root out the resistance against the government. While the two have discovered much, and come close several times to getting a positive identification on several of the Freelancers, a lack of solid evidence has, thankfully, kept her from having to reveal their identities.

Ranking: ENDoG Forensic Investigator

Name: "Little Guy"

Age: 29

Gender: Male

Appearance: Little Guy (Whose real name is James) is a man of average height and pale blond hair, and just a bit more attractive than most men his age. His blue eyes are matched with a navy suit and a white shirt beneath the jacket. He has a portable computer that rarely leaves his side, and likes to wear red ties with his suit. Unlike his partner Dr. Arden, he prefers to use a black Desert Eagle as his sidearm, though like hers it doesn't see much use.

Personality: Unlike his counterpart, Little Guy is a bit quick to jump to conclusions about things, and fairly prone to missing things Dr. Arden would notice, though he is good at finding things she's missed, as well as examining evidence. He is a fairly calm guy himself, but he shows much more emotion than his partner, and isn't afraid to state his opinions on situations. he is more intelligent than he lets on, and is brilliant in the way of being able to talk his way out of most anything. He and his partner have something of a rivalry in their partnership, but some argue they are better at their jobs for it.

History: As another forensic investigator, James, known more by his pet name of Little Guy, was in the forensics field a year before he was joined by his partner, Harriet Arden. Though their personalities clash a bit, they have worked astoundingly well together in both situations of investigation and combat. Whereas Dr. Arden focuses more on finding evidence and putting together clues, Little Guy works more on examining the evidence for things such as fingerprints, chemical content, and other such things, though he has several times proven himself to be just as competent as his partner. He shares his view of the government with Dr. Arden, and has made a policy of not submitting anything less than hard evidence in their reports back to HQ.

Name: CR-12B

Age: Early twenties

Gender: Male

Appearance: CR-12B is a pale-skinned Human with slate gray eyes and an incredibly thin form, unhealthily so. His black hair is unkempt and messy, but none of it obstructs his face or eyes save a few strands hanging over his nose. His attire consists of a torn, tattered white lab coat and a form-fitting white outfit with thin black horizontal stripes down it, with black boots that reach up to his knees. He also wears an ID tag that once held his name, but has long faded, and his shirt has two buttons side by side on his stomach. CR-12B is branded on his right arm, hidden at most times by his long sleeved outfit.

Personality: CR-12B is a quiet, somewhat withdrawn man in his early twenties. He is very intelligent, and has a lot of medical knowledge, but he rarely shares what he knows. He holds a strong dislike for violence, and as such often refuses to engage in combat unless his life is directly threatened. His only real loyalty is one held to the hometown his fragmented memory can hardly recall and to devoting his medicinal skills to helping others in the best way he can. He tends not to talk a lot, but when he does, his voice is notably timid and uncertain. CR-12B suffers from amnesia to the point he cannot remember so much as his name, though his impressive medical skill and knowledge remain intact. He tends to act a bit cold on first meeting people, but he quickly warms up. Tends to reply to things he finds objectionable with sarcasm.

History: CR-12B is an amnesiac doctor previously affiliated with a hospital accused of submitting patients to immoral genetic experimentation. CR-12B is the sole survivor of an outbreak of a deadly biogas that killed everyone else in the building, the chain of events resulting in the building's central security computer being electrified and losing all data. With no way of knowing who could have caused it, CR-12B, with no memories of who he was or even if he had killed the people in the hospital, was put on trial for mass murder. With no evidence to make him seem innocent, he was incarcerated by ENDoG... until he was approached with a special request. If he would help keep the number of ENDoG members stable with his exceptional skills in surgery and diagnostics, they would reduce his 500 year sentence to only five years. With no real choice, he agreed.

However, CR-12B does not believe in what the government is doing being right from what he has heard. After some time, he deserted the area he was working in, and disappeared from the general world. He discovered one of the Freelancers in his escape who was badly injured and, using medical supplies he had brought with him, saved his life. This, combined with the trust he garnered from the boy, made him the only one outside the Freelancers to know their introduction. However, several days after, he was captured again and brought back to ENDoG's headquarters, though he said nothing of the boy he had helped, or what he had learned. He believes he can help the Freelancers while still remaining loyal to his promise to do his best at preventing the deaths of the government troops, and is currently working on a way to go about helping them. As he is a convict, he is not allowed to carry a weapon, but it is argued that he could do more damage with a scalpel than most could do with an assault rifle.

Name: Crystal Momoyia
Age: 19
Gender: female
Appearance:
http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u186/Crystal-Momoyia/people/gals/anime_punk.jpg
Personality: Crystal is mostly kind and caring, but she does have a darker side, too. She really cares for those around her and tries to help out whenever given the chance. She's also competitive when it comes to battles and contests and would do anything noble and honorable to win, even if it is to give up and surrender to make sure her Pokémon are alright. Crystal is very open to new ideas and suggestions and will take them into serious consideration. When she has free time, she likes to train most of the time along with her Pokémon, personally getting into the training session. When she's not training she'll go out and hang out with friends, do one of her many hobbies, or will go out and party. She can be the action of any party if she wanted to. Now about her dark side; Crystal can be cold hearted and can hold a very strong grudge. If you piss her off, it could take a long time to make her forgive you. But other than that, she will put her life on the line when it comes to protecting those close to her and who she loves.
History: Crystal grew up in a home with loving parents and two sisters. Both of her parents were scientist, her father usually away from home while her mother, Cathleen, stayed home to take care of the three siblings. Her older sister was Keynoma, who was five years older than her and grew up to be a Pokémon Professor. Her younger sister, Kristen, is five years younger than Crystal and became a Pokémon coordinator. Crystal herself became a master trainer, soon becoming the Kanto Pokémon Champion.

On her journey through, however, Crystal was in a laboratory accident that left her able to understand Pokémon language and a heightened sense of Aura. She trained herself to use Aura Sight, when she can see miles around her just using Aura. She also can form her own Aura, similar to how Lucario can, and make some items like a staff or she can trap something into a box made of Aura, along with being able to tell if a person is telling the truth or not by reading their Aura. But she tries not to use her abilities, wanting to be like any normal person. She will only use her talent as an Aura user when it is called for.

During her stay in Johto, Crystal came across another trainer named Seth Black. They had become good friends, and they did end up in a relationship with him, but that all changed. He had tried to take advantage of her, and she didn't like it. That left her having a harder time trusting people for about a year. Not long after the break up, Seth started to stalk Crystal. Eventually they always ended up in battles. During one of these battles, Seth sent out a Houndoom named Surge. This Houndoom was able to use ice elemental attacks and fuse them with his fire-type ones, making a new technique all together. After a few of these battles, Crystal obtained Surge, and through tough training got the Houndoom to again trust humans and not be as violet as he used to. Now he and Crystal's first Pokémon, Persian, are her trusted and most powerful Pokémon she has, and the two are almost always out of their PokéBalls.

Crystal later figured out what it was that Seth had done to Surge, finding the old medical records and scientific notes in an abandoned laboratory. She was both intrigued and disgusted. She couldn't believe what Seth had put Surge though, which disgusted her, and she found it interesting that Surge could mix both fire and ice type attacks. She altered her training with the Houndoom to unlock more of this potential, coming up with more moves than just Ice-Flamethrower. All of these moves became signature moves for the Houndoom, and Crystal soon became known for not only being a master trainer, but for also having a very unique Houndoom.

After training for a few more years, she bumped into a girl named Shay. At first this girl was arrogant and stubborn towards her, but after some time the two somewhat became friends. It was from Shay that Crystal learned of an underground group called Freelancers. Crystal had already felt a disturbance in Aura and could feel that something was wrong, and from what she learned about this group that they were trying to restore balance in the world. Crystal had a license to train Pokémon, but she knew that if it was found out that she joined this group she may loose it and her Pokémon. But it was a risk she was more than willing to take in order to restore peace into the world.

Yes I did, well okay here it is:

Name: Samuel Ressopo

Age: 28

Ranking: Major

Gender: Male

Appearance: He has a black bandanna around his head and a yellow one around his neck. He then has a yellow shirt with red pants. He also has a red coat that reaches to his knees. He then rolls the sleeves to his elbows showing a scar. He also has black gloves on his hands. He then has black boots and two silver earrings. On his right he has one sheath with his sword. On his back he has his hidden blade. Then inside his coat he have two Desert Eagles equipped with a silencer a handler and a different shot which is the speed of an AK47. He is also '5'8" and weighs 185 pounds. He has red spiky hair.

Personality: Samuel Ressopo is a natural born leader. He is very smart to the point where he can use anybody and complete a mission. Samuel Ressopo is also resourceful using anything he can put his hands on. Samuel Ressopo is also able to pilot and fix anything in a given time. He is also brave and daring trying everything until he can get it right. Samuel is very social making him kind among his teammates. But among other people such as his enemies he is very bitter. He is rarely ever scared.

History: Samuel Ressopo was born in Jublife City. Unfortunately the way he was born wasn't all the way good, since his mother was raped and didn't want anything to do with him. So soon Samuel was living on the streets fending for himself. He was recruited by a young boy named Felix into a gang. This gang stole and kilt people for food and money.

Samuel Ressopo soon bested Felix and became the leader, no one in the gang seem to be mad at it too. That was when Samuel received his first Pokémon a Pichu. Samuel showed affection to it and it quickly evolved into a Pikachu. One day while robbing someone he didn't know that it was an ENDoG.

The ENDoG soon came into a locked fight with no weapons between him and Samuel. This man's name was Richard Ressopo. After their fight that Richard won, he adopted Samuel as his son seeing all the talents that he had. Secretly he taught his son about flying a plane, cleverness, and fighting.

In the process Samuel received the rest of his Pokémon team. When Samuel was 19 he officially joined ENDoG. Samuel quickly moved through the ranks and became a Sergeant. His skills in fighting, piloting, driving, and his cleverness unlike no other gain him respect from even people above him.

Samuel soon took the test and went to the ranks of a Major but his test was like no other. He was in a simulation room and the things went wrong so instead of being tested for a Major he was tested as a General on levels exceeding like no other. Samuel passed with flying colors and went to the ranks of Major. He did have the opportunity of becoming a General but decided not to.

Samuel then started to take secretive missions in spying on this group called Freelancers. He was even able to become acquainted with them and have his own mark which he rarely ever uses (Mew). Samuel then started getting bored and started training different Pokémon for special missions. Yet soon he was called again to capture the remaining Legendary Pokémon which he is now doing.

Name: Robert 'V' Coldfire

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Appearance:
http://i405.photobucket.com/albums/pp132/silentshout/vforvendetta.jpg
Robert stands at 6ft tall (minus the hat) and has a lightly muscled build. He almost always wears his white Guy mask in order to not only conceal his identity, but also to hide his badly burned face. The eye slits allow his blue eyes to see what's around him. He wears an all black outfit along with a cloak. His belt buckle is square and has a dull copper appearance to it. attached to the back of that belt, hidden beneath his cloak, is a belt bag containing his tools of the trade: lockpicks, a card reader hacking device, a computer hacking device and an air gun with several tranquilizer darts. For the more dangerous battles, he has a set of black throwing daggers. The long straight brown hair is actually a wig as his original hair was burned from his scalp.

Personality: Robert has a very strong sense of justice. Ironically however, he uses criminal means to reach his justified ends. He often uses the phrase 'one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter' to describe how he works. He cares deeply for his Pokemon and for all Pokemon in general. He is very tactful and plans things out, sometimes months in advance, setting every action up in order to accomplish a greater goal. Having a strong love of theater, he often makes little scene quotes before or while battling.

History: Robert was born and raised in Pallet Town, Kanto. As a boy, he often helped out the town's Professor in caring for the ranch Pokemon. Like any other child, he loved hanging out with his friends. When he turned the age of 10, he set out on his Pokemon Journey with a Charmander as his beginner Pokemon. Robert traveled throughout Kanto and Sinnoh, striving to become a top coordinator as well as a great trainer, attending both contests and gym battles. He made many friends along the way.

Fate had a different plan for Robert. When the ENDoG set fire to Viridian Forest to 'purge the plague', Robert was trapped within. But even then he did everything he could to save the forest Pokemon. In the end, as he was trying to escape the forest himself, a strong flame engulfed him. Robert fell into the river after several minutes of stumbling around with his eyes closed and frantically swam for the other shore. Writhing in pain, he looked back to see that the Pokemon he had helped were being slaughtered by men in uniform.

He received medical treatment from the Viridian Hospital, but nothing could be done about the cosmetics of his face and hands. After hearing of what had been going on, Robert set out to train himself and his Pokemon towards their new purpose: to save the legendaries and take down the corrupt government. After being taken into the Freelancers, Robert set himself to task in learning the arts he once would never thought he would ever do: lockpicking, hacking security systems and media, fighting with daggers, using guns and many other tricks of the criminal trades. Unlike the other Freelancers that hide in plain sight, Robert operates in secret, keeping his identity hidden at all times and has been seen as the 'face of the Freelancers'. Calling himself 'V', he seeks to unite the people of the land to rise against their government and to see it as the true evil that it is.

Robert has met his time-lord benefactor and sees the current state of events as one giant production with an open ending. One path, the path of the government, leading to the destruction of all life. The second path, the path of salvation and self-government, leading to the peaceful ways of old to rebuild a brighter future for pokemon and people. And for him, he veiws his role in this play as a catalyst, not causing the change, but being the guiding hand to help the people realize their own power and their own hearts.

Lilly (Female Gardevoir)

These have been edited into the list but just to make sure they are seen:

Latios: Ability to see through another person you've made contact with. Capable of telepathy and reading other's thoughts.

Jirachi: Can bring objects in a form of teleportation from an entirely different location to you. Eg. A car from a parking lot into the forest you are in. The size varies on how much power you use.

Zekrom: Electrokinesis, can generate electricity and store it, or unleash it in a stormy fury. Too much electricity taken out or taken in can lead to temporary nerve paralysis.

Arceus: Capable of using any and all universal type abilities one at a time at a much higher level of power than what any other Legendary had.

Mew: Able to look like any other Pokemon except legendaries, able to learn to do anything rather swiftly due to an increase in intelligence.

Darkrai: Inflict paranoia onto others, can use a form of hypnotism to influence others into doing simple things, or thinking simple things.

Victini: Make the improbably happen, 'turn the table's' change luck and circumstance so that it benefits or hinders another

I'll pick out Zekrom, Darkrai, and Mew out. Reserve me, as it's hard to make Three Chars at once.

EDIT: Keep the Zekrom Reservation. I'll need special confirmation on His personality.

The other two are right here!

Name: Jack Fallows Everet, Aka Blizzard
Age: 17
Gender: male

Appearance: He's got A freaky, darkened, and terrifying Blood red eye, and a Sickening dark purple Eye, Right and Left respectively. He's got very dark skin, Dark Cardinal hair, and Has Black Clothes-Black Jacket, Black Jeans, and Black Gloves. His posture is semi-athletic, which is a euphamisim, as he's incredibly strong, more than his posture let's on. He's rather lanky. He stands at 6-foot-2.

Personality: A very manipulative and clever person, Blizzard is almost toomanipulative to trust. He can make mentalities go 180, Twist you in any direction he pleases, and force insanity. Overall, he's your above average crime boss, even though he's never led a criminal organization. He's got a relationship with someone called "Avalon," But the relationship is unknown to all but Blizzard. He's masked such emotions like sorrow, anger and jealousy, along with his stress, in meditation and death. His attitude towards the law, good or otherwise, was demonic-they are practically arch-nemesises. He's a predator by nature, regardless of if he's hunting prey or wooing them.

History: Actually, The only information about Blizzard is that he is an assassin, with a murder streak of over 1 million, and He's been sent to the Freelancers on someone's request. Who's request it was remains a secret. Everything else about Blizzard remains a secret as well...Save that he may have been a part of Team Rocket at one point, but it's uncomfirmed. His Antagonization he gives towards the Govorment wasn't cause of his joining the Freelancers, but rather something else uncomfirmed.

It is known that he is a master Rapier weilder as well as the only user of the Permafrost custom sniper rifle, and Knifes; throwing or otherwise. He's also a master of the criminal arts, and as previously mentioned, is incredibly clever and conniving.

Pokemon: Wevile, Houndoom, Sazandora, Zororak, Tyranitar, Sharpedo. Wevile and Zororak look like Blizzard, with the weirded purple left eye, and the bloody darkened red eye.

Mark: Darkrai: Inflict Paranoia onto others, can use a form of hypnotism to influence others into doing simple things, or thinking simple things.

Other: Blizzard is A contortionist, and due to birth defects has had his heart behind his Lungs rather than right in front of his chest. Both are advantages in combat and other things.

Name: Karazin Zyniz
Age: 15
Gender: male

Appearance: Pink Skin, Short Jeans, and Brown hair. That's the basics of it. He's got brown, curly hair, and is stubby. He's got a Yellow t-shirt, and he's freckly. He wears sandals. Oddly, he's faster than anticipated. His short jeans look torn, as do his T-shirt. He is a very confused looking person, even though he's rarely confused at all.

Personality: Lazy as heck, he's actually ignored by the ENDoG's sometimes because he's too lazy to even run sometimes, and they go away, wanting a better challenge. However, he's ridicuously smart, despite all looks, and wasn't even sent to school because he knew so much. the other half of the ENDoG's are breathing down his neck because of this. His social skills are very off, however, and he's somewat shy. He actually sleeps 18 hours a day, similar to an Abra.

History: Actually, nothing noteworthy has been a part of his history, other than the raising of his beloved Psychic types. He's one of the best Psychic type trainers in the world, but he was never interested in being a Gym Leader. His parents are rather rich for not having to pay for tutuition.

The only noticable issue in his life was when he joined the Freelancers, getting a Psychic message from Mew, pleading with him to assist. He obliged, after getting around his speech issues, and actually being able to communicate, knowing that he was risking his trainers liscense and his freedom by doing it. He's had contact with Mew before, and intends to keep her up to date with the information of The Freelancer's status.

Pokemon: Alakazam, Espeon, Metogross, Claydol, Spiritomb, Starmie. Alakazam is precious to Karazin, so don't attack it unconditionally.

Mark: Mew: Able to look like any other Pokemon except Legendaries, able to learn to do anything rather swiftly due to an increase in intelligance

Done!

Well, when I said personality, I meant history...but regardless of that minor error, well, here's the third SU.

Name: Issac Voya-Aka Icarus
Age: 14
Gender: male

Description: The immediate term that comes to mind is "Short" When you look at Issac. He's very small for someone his size. He has yellow hair, which, oddly (as he doesn't dye hair) can be blueish at some spots. His eyes are an electric blue, and seem to pop regardless of what he's wearing. He's slightly freckly. He always wears something with either blue or yellow in it-Generally a blue and yellow T-shirt and short jeans.

The real noticable feature (if he isn't wearing gloves) is a mark on the back of his right hand. Even though it looks more like the sun, the immediate thing that comes to mind is stars. It glows orange, but only sometimes. Icarus is curious as to why it's there at all, but it's been there since birth. He generally wears gloves as a result-it's a feature few can forget once they've seen it.

Personality: Bold, Issac is a little antisocial at times, and may have slight issues when meeting people for the first time, but will not stand for injustice or unequal treatment, regardless of who-or what-is being mistreated. He is passionate about protecting Pokemon, and if anyone questions it they'll be hurting. However, few have seen Issac around ENDoG's: Mainly because most veiwers were ENDoG's, and they still are, save the part about them being dead after a few minutes. This is a whole new level, even for Issac, and he's really kind towards most Freelancers because of the fact that the Freelancers generally take towards his ideals.

History: Issac grew up in Goldenrod city. His Father served in the army as a Admerial for the Jhotonian Army by then. He got his first Pokemon at the age of four via the Military-A Bagon, which Issac adored. Issac trained it with love and compassion, quickly evolving it fully into a Salamance, and then consider it at full streangth, in the course of four years-all before Legal trainer age at the time.

When he became ten, He set off, to conquer the Jhoto Leauge, catching a Flaffy, a Dratini, a Shiny Magnemite, a Pikachu, and a Gible in the process. He eventually got into the semifinals, only to be defeated by a trainer from Hoenn. He then took the leauge challenge there, Evoluting his Pokemon into their fullest forms in the Process, and making it into the Semifinals, only to lose again. Regardless, he was still top-notch.

Shame the Hoenn Leauge that year came with the beginning of this whole issue with the Legendary Pokemon.

He was challenging the Isshu Leauge by this time. However, he saw something that was confusing to him then, but if reminded of it now, would tear him to peices. Zekrom was being dragged away, by some weird men in militarial suits. when he approached the men and asked them about what the heck was going on, They simply said that it wasn't his Combee's Wax-until he mentioned his Dad was an admerial in the Jhotonian Army. They then pointed him to his father for answers, stating that "He should know."

Confused, he ended his Leauge challenge early and went back to Jhoto, only to see worse sights; The Forests being burned by men in the same suits. He headed back to Goldenrod city, to his house. His father was wearing the same uniform as the one who dragged away Zekrom and the ones who were burning the forests.

The following conversation was almost turned into leathal confrontation. When his Father explained what the Govornment believed, and that he compleatly agrees on that this would be the best course of action, Issac protested, saying that if the Legends weren't there to keep balance, then the whole world would fall apart. Issac and his father then got to shouting when his father let it slip that he ordered the forests burned, with Issac saying that he hated him and that he should die. His father retalitateded not to long afterwards-physically. Issac attacked his father in every way he could, and it was seconds away from the duo bringing out their Pokemon when Issac's mother came into the doors, forcing both to drop arms against each other, and allowing Issac to run away.

For two years, he's been on the run. finally, he reached Mount Silver, where he discovered the Freelancers. He got his mark, from the only legend that Issac ever saw-Zekrom.

Pokemon: Salamance, Aramparos, Dragonite, Shiny Magnezone, Raichu, Garchomp. Salamance is seen out the most, and the wings are oddly yellow over red.

Mark: Zekrom: Electrokinesis, can generate electricity and store it, or unleash it in a stormy fury. Too much electricity taken out or taken in can result in temporary nerve paralysis.

Other: His father, despite the incredible amount of evidence against it, still thinks that Issac is just upset over the Legends, and is still searching for him, so he can forgive him. Issac doesn't forgive his father, however.

Pickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepi ckme...(etc)

Name: Setracsed (pronounced as written), nicknamed Set.
Age: 1 year old (kidding, 17 years old)
Gender: Male
Appearance: Set has a tan complexion from being out in the sun for most of his life. He has a deceptively spindly frame (deceptive because he can swim a marathon and flip the majority of people on their back in 3 seconds flat). He has hazel eyes and brown hair that is unintentionally an afro. His eyes always have a glint in them, and it looks as though he x-raying the person in front of him. He wears glasses with a thin, black, frame, but he is not blind without them.
Personality: If there is one word to describe Set, it is CUNNING. He has knowledge beyond knowledge; he is a polymath. He has Holmesian abilities, being able to deduce from a marinara stain on a shirt not what the person ate the previous day (the duh part), but also where/when they have traveled and what direction they were facing during their travels. He has a computer-like exterior, however, if he is someone's friend (which can take over a decade), he is willing to do whatever to help them; killing seems minor to him in such situations. As such, he considers betrayal to be the ultimate sin, and he will ruthlessly destroy anyone who has betrayed him.

History: Set is a mystery's mystery. He appeared out of nowhere to the Freelancers when he was 15, he stayed with them ever since. He was at first refused by the Freelancers, however, when it was shown that he had Uxie's mark, he was accepted. He plays mastermind for the Freelancers, pulling the strings and fudging the circumstances so that they would come out on top.
Pokemon:

Blaziken (Male):

Blaziken is (according to Set) Set's first Pokemon. It is perpetually happy, and a bit of a joker. It knows:

Swords Dance
Blaze Kick
Sky Uppercut
Stone Edge

Metagross:

Metagross is Set in a different body. When it feels it is right about something, it sticks to it. Cold, Cruel and Calculating, Metagross knows:

Magnet Rise
Meteor Mash
Zen Headbutt
Earthquake

Parasect (Female):

Parasect is the oddball of the Group. She is just as adamant as Metagross, with the two frequently arguing (Parasect oddly evenly matched with Metagross). She knows:

Spore
X-Scissor
Seed Bomb
Cross Poison

Kingdra (male):

Kingdra is Set's trickster, pulling things out of its sleeve that are unexpected. It never gloat over a victory, and is quite compassionate. It can preform:

Dragon Pulse
Surf
Agility
Rain Dance

Legendary Mark: Uxie (proposed power: near encyclopediac knowledge of everything humanity has discovered so far; Psychic prediction are slightly more precise than average)
