I had all poison type pokemon and i beat her easily. i confused her pokemon with crobat, icebeamed her xatu and claydol until fainted, then confused her lunatone and solrock while my tentacruel used surf a couple of times. thats all it takes
though i was lucky that each of her pokemon hurt themeselves in there own confusion every turn.

They are really tough in Emarald. It took me a long time until I defeated them. I just hung on and kept giving my pokemon potion after potion...

I have Emerald, and I was able to wipe out their whole team with Milotic + Sceptile... Their Pokemon being part Rock just kills them.
Dark and Water is the way to go, if you're having that much trouble. It sounds like your Swampert would be the best choice.

For the start send out a Grass Type and a Water/Ice Type.Forget Xatu for a moment and wipe out Claydol as fast as you can. When they send out Lunatone, let your Grass Type use Solarbeam if your opponent has already used Sunny Day.Otherwise you use Sunny Day and on the next turn use a Solarbeam. As for Xatu use an Ice Beam and he goes POOP!Next comes Solrock, for it use a combination of Solarbeam and a couple of Surfs and it goes POOP! too.
Hope I helped....

If you have a Super Rod then fish up a Sharpedo from route 113
