Tips for catching the Regis?

I am currently here about to battle Regirock.

I've been wiped out of 50 Ultra Balls and 20 Timer Balls while trying to catch him.Any idea how to weaken him to the Red bar without knocking him out cuz I've got all LV70 Pokemon. :oops:

General Suggestion!! Works for every pokemon...

First use a fast pokemon, who knows a sleep inducing move like Hypnosis or Sleep Powder.
Then kick the opponents ass with your a pokemon he isn't weak or strong to.
Then switch out to a lower level pokemon, while he is asleep... And drain the last bits of HP from your opponent...

Don't let your opponent wake up, when your weak pokemon is fighting it...
Quickly switch back to the sleep inducing pokemon.

Well , i dont know any tips. Just i want too know how you get to regirock and the other two -_-

First thing you need to do is go to Route 134 on the diving spot in the centre of many currents.When you use Dive you will see an Exit.Exit and carry on South.You will see a cave.Enter it and surface.Read the Braille by clicking on the wall.Then put Wailord on top and Relicanth last in your Party.Then read the braille again and an Earthquake will occur,opening the doors for you to catch the Regis.

His cave is in the south of the Desert Underpass.Enter the cave.Read the braille and then take two steps left,two steps down and then use Rock Smash.A cave will open.Enter and you can Fight/Catch Regirock of Lv.40

Regice

His cave is on Route 105.Keep going down until you see a man running up the land surrounded by trees.Then go left and Surf up and you will see a swimmer(Female).Keep going up and you will see a cave.Enter it.Read the braille and then do a Clockwise Lap around the Cave sticking to the wall.A cave will appear and you can Fight/Catch Regice at Lv.40

His cave is on Route 120.When you enter the rainy area,keep going south,past the tall grass,bridge and the Bug Maniac with three Surskits.You will see some stairs.Go up,Past the tall grass and past a trainer dressed up like a Hiker.You will see a cave.Enter it.Read the Braille and then use Flash in the middle of the room.A cave will open.Go on and Fight/Catch Registeel at Lv.40

Currently I've caught all of them and come to the conclusion that Regirock is the hardest to catch and Registeel the easiest(IMO).

yeah. Know that relicanth you used to open their caves? If he was like mine, he should know yawn. That comes in really helpful.

What I did was similar to DU's tip
A Hypnosis for dreams, and a Salamence to kick it's butt and that Salamences baby Bagon for little tid bits.
Then my Aipom, who is a Baton Passer with Stat Moves, and I used all its stats upgrading moves and then changed the pokemon to a Scizor who also did the same, and 2 Ultra Balls for a chance, but they didn't work but 1-2 Timer Balls did.
Was hard, especially with it waking up every 5 moves.
