(1) Single Battle, 3 Pokémon each.
(2) DQ: Five Days
(3) Damage Caps: None
(4) Restrictions: No OHKOs, no moves that only inflict statuses (i.e. Growl, Thunderpunch, or Coil, etc, are fine; Toxic, Hypnosis, Thunder Wave, etc, are not.
(5) Arena: Koopa Cape
Remember Koopa Cape from Mario Kart? Yeah, the fun aquarium-like part is where this all goes down. All racing has been called off, but occasionally some idiot who didn't get the memo will blaze by. There's also a small chance a Pokemon will bump into one of those electrified poles and be paralyzed.
(5% chance each Pokemon will be Paralyzed each action; 5% chance each Pokemon will be run into at the end of each round. Treat it as STAB Steel type; Physical; 40 BP with 2 Attack.

Signature Move: You've Called Down the Thunder
Description: and this Pichu is not happy with you. Whenever he is especially T.O.'ed, Pichen can use his tail as a lightningrod to draw a huge thunderstorm near. He lifts his tail skyward, his cheeks crackle and glow, and clouds gather. Though he never uses this to directly hurt the foe, the summoned storm shoots lightning from the sky for 2-5 rounds, even after the rain has wandered off. The lightning bolts strike randomly, with a 55% chance, per every round, that the foe will be struck. These bolts do 5% damage per hit, and are unaffected by type, except Ground, of course. This move also makes it rain while it is in effect. Pichen cannot use this move again because of how much electricity he uses.

Effects: It begins to rain, and this move can hit once every round.
Usage Gap: Once per battle.

Fake Out, then Thunderpunch. If he goes for Protect or Detect or whatever on your Thunderpunch action then I want you to use Double Team instead. Protect yourself against Ground Type moves on the second action.

As the two Pokemon were released from their Pokeballs, the electric type immediately took a fighting stance. The Buizel, acknowledging the opponent's stance, began to circle around the area in the water, trying to create a swirling whirlpool. However, suddenly, the little Pichen dove fiercely at Cascade, catching him completely off guard. the attack dealt a reasonable amount of damage, and also hindering the water type from completing its attack sequence. [Buizel - Whirlpool, FLINCH]

Cascade sighed as he gained control of his body, flinching was not a nice feeling - never would it be. He began to swiftly circle the aquarium-like arena, creating a gushing water vortex to form. The whirlpool kept on growing, swirling round and round, faster and faster as it enveloped the small Mouse Pokemon. Pichen yelped as he was taken aback by the water's current. [Buizel -3 Energy/Pichu -10HP]

The little electric mouse pushed himself against the water, to little avail. He was able to move though, his small fist glowing brightly yellow as the whirlpool moved closer to the Buizel. The water type waited, doing his best to brace for the impact as the trapped Pichen swam across to the other side of the battlefield. Within a few moments, a very wet and tired Pichu made it to is opponent, giving his all as he struck Cascade with all his might. This caused the Buizel to wince, electricity surging through his damp outer portion. Suddenly, the whirlpool's current became faster, slashing waves over the small Pichen as Buizel jumped back to avoid his own attack. [Buizel -13HP/Pichu -10 Energy, -6HP]

However, in this case, I am assuming Pichen is/was on the surface of the water (Correct me if I'm mistaken). Deals 6HP damage after every round.

Use Aqua Ring for your first action. Afterwards, use Ice Punch if he tries to get in close with a physical move or Surf if he tries to use a ranged attack (special move).

Buizel began the round by summoning droplets of water from the area around it. The water was suddenly attracted to Buizel and flew towards him, joining together as their path intertwined. Soon, three rings of water surrounded the orange Pokémon, which would heal him whenever it was required. Suddenly, a kart flew back on the track - thinking quickly, Buizel jumped out of the way. Unfortunately, Buizel jumped backwards and into an electrically charged fence, causing it to paralyze the water type.

Pichu, amused by the show before it, began to laugh and clap its paws together. Everytime Pichu's paws touched, Buizel's began shimmered a white sparkled, as if it were a vampire in the Twilight series. Buizel suddenly lost control of its will, and was strongly tempted to use Aqua Ring again.

Buizel never got the chance however, as the paralysis from the fence had finally set in, leaving the water type without usage of the majority of its body - the spirit was willing, but the flesh was weak.

Pichu, highly amused by Buizel's fate, began to run around its opponent, dashing quickly as it began to give off the illusion that multiple copies of it existing. Buizel's fears were confirmed as Pichu slowed down, revealing it had indeed cloned itself into three identical copies, with one of the trio being the real Pichu.
[Double Team; Pichu: -4 Energy, +2 Clones]

Unfortunately, this tactic did not save Pichu from the ongoing damage of Whirlpool, as the water around the mouse's feet swept the trio off their feet and violent whipped them around, leaving them damaged and dizzy.

Buizel hitting the fence rolled a 5, where anything higher would have resulted in nothing occuring. Then it's paralysis roll was 2, where 1 would have allowed Buizel to use Aqua Ring.
