A Journey of Betrayal

[Suicune's Child]

This is an RPG about six trainers. In the beginning they don’t know each other. They meet up and decide to start traveling together. They become great friends and face many hardships together. Each one has his or her own dream. Two wish to be Pokemon Masters, one wants to be a Pokemon Proffesor, one wants to be a Pokemon Breeder, one wants to be a Pokemon Coordinator, and the other wants to enter contests, battle, and learn everything about Pokemon along the way. Even though they all want to do different things they get along great and start becoming well know trainers. Everything seems great, but there’s one problem. One of their group is a member of Team Fate. They earned their name by choosing the fates of promising young trainers. They lure them into traps that are virtually impossible to escape. Once they are strong enough they will take over the Johto region. There’s no way to tell if you have a Team Fate member with you. They are to good at hiding their true identity. Even if you know one among you is one of them, it’s impossible to figure out who it is unless they choose to tell you.

Ok this RPG will begin with everybody hanging out in a field somewhere near NewBark Town.

Description: Short dirty blonde hair, dark blue eyes, navy headband, navy and light blue fingerless gloves, light blue tank top, navy jacket, blue jeans, and navy and light blue shoes. She also has a navy backpack and a belt that holds her Pokeballs.
Personality: She's friendly with a good sense of humor. She loves a challenge and adventure is her middle name. She never gives up no matter how tough the challenge and will always fight even if she can't win. She's intelligent and a quick thinker which comes in handy when she's in a tight spot in the middle of a battle.
What you want to be: To enter contests, battle, and learn everything about Pokemon along the way.
RPG Sample: (Since I'm new I figured it'd be a good idea to put in an RPG sample as the plot is not the best in the world.) The dark forest was eerily silent as Okita walked along the well known path. The light of the setting sun drifted through the trees and cast strange shadows across the ground. But Okita wasn't worried. She had traveled this path many times before.

The last rays of sun vanished and the mystical glow of the bright moon appeared. But even so Okita didn’t stop. She had to get home soon. But, as she continued on, a cold chill crept down her spine. She looked around casually and quickened her pace. Anything could be hiding in the dense thicket of trees on either side of her. Her hand moved to the hilt of her sword and her gold eyes darted here and there.

All at once she heard a low moaning sound. Okita stopped, every sense on alert. The sound came again but louder. Goosebumps crept up her arms as she turned. Though she couldn't see anything, she knew that something was standing on the path a few feet from her. Her sharp eyes scanned the darkness trying to catch sight of what was there. But it was too dark. The minutes slipped by. Okita's hand never left the hilt of her sword.

Then without warning the creature bolted. Okita only had enough time to draw her sword before the creature was upon her. A razor sharp claw as long as a dagger ripped through the air. The sound of metal hitting metal rang through the night as Okita swung her sword to block. The creature leapt backward then attacked again. It swiped with its murderous claw again and again and each time Okita blocked and countered with her sword.

The ferocity of the battle continued until both Okita and the creature were exhausted. The creature leapt backwards into a pool of moonlight. Okita's eyes widened as she saw what it was who had attacked her. Her sword fell to the ground with a clang and she stepped backwards in horror. "Senora?" She whispered in a shaky voice.

Personality:Tyroq can never resist a challenge , he beleives in his team and always has.
He can get extremly angry , but Tries to be nice.If he loses a battle , he always asks for a rematch..
He tries too say whats on his mind , but he knows if he should say it , or just try and think of something else . Tyroq is very competitive and looks after his pokemon well , being a trainer for several years has taught him how much pokemon do for us.

RPG Sample:Tyroq is currently in the mist of the foggy , damp boundrys of New Bark Town forest , searching for his backpack which he lost the following day.

It's late at night , and hes thinking how much trouble hes going to be in when he gets back.
But as most trainers would , they would try and find their backpack with all his items in..
Tyroq was thinking to much about his mother , that he didn't think to use his pokemon , it would be a much easier journey.

As hes rumbling through the bushes he sees a figure , moving.
"Whos that?" Tyroq screamed
There was no response , as he crept closer .. He saw it was a girl , looking lost , staring at him..

Description: Extremely wavy ash-blonde hair, green eyes, a pair of gray jeans, a black hoodie, a pair of white tennis shoes, and a dark-green backpack.
Personality: Christine is the quiet, reserved type. She doesn't say much, but because of this, she listens, and learns quite a bit this way, and is always thinking. Christine's also a very good artist, with a very vivid imagintation. However, it can often run away from her. She's also very stubborn, and hates not getting her way.
What you want to be: Pokémon Professor
RPG Sample: Christine walked deeper into the forest, trying not to slip on the wet grass from the recent rain. The sleeves of her hoodie were pulled up, due to the humidity. She sighed, wondering how much farther she would have to walk to reach her destination.

"...I knew I should have taken that turn when I passed it, earlier... Now I'm never going to get out of here," Christine muttered to herself. As she walked onward, she heard a noise. Christine gasped in fright, and screamed as she slipped in the grass, rolling on down a hill, until she came to a stop.

Christine stood up, clothes soaking wet from the fall, and was about to swear. But she noticed that she was at the edge of a road, with a sign indicating that her destination was straight ahead. She smiled and ran to it.

Pokémon:

Aerodactyl

Aerodactyl was Justin’s first Pokémon. He was caught by the man who took him in, and given to Justin as a present. Aerodactyl is very short-tempered, and extremely powerful. Angering it could be fatal. Aerodactyl is also very close to Justin- they are almost like brothers.

Venusaur

While under the wing of Team Rocket, Justin watched target practice frequently. One day, he found an injured Bulbasaur near the site, and nursed it back to health. It decided to stay with Justin, and it became his second party member. Venusaur is mainly used to immobilize enemies with its wide range of poisons and spores. It is light-hearted, and quite friendly.

Starmie

Justin’s fourth party member, Starmie is very tough. It was caught during a battle with a another Trainer. It aimlessly wandered into the crossfire, and Justin quickly captured it before it was injured. Starmie has a “never give up” attitude about everything, and is always trying to improve itself. It was also integrated with technology, and the tip of it’s arms are completely mechanical, causing anything that comes out of them to have twice as much power.

Blissey

Blissey is an invaluable member of Justin’s crew. Blissey helped Justin while training on Mt. Battle. At one point, Justin had broken his arm, and Blissey was able to fix it. Eventually, the two became good friends and joined the party. Blissey is just what the team needed; a “mother”. Blissey is like an over-protective mother, always looking out for her “children”. She taught many things to Justin, like how to fix broken bones, and cure things like the flu.

Gengar

Gengar was captured during Justin’s second visit to Mt. Battle. After losing a challenge, a careless trainer abandoned his Gengar, and left him on the mountain to die. Gengar, who was too weak to gather food, was on the brink of death. While Blissey was out getting food, she came across the Gengar, and brought him to Justin. Together, they helped the Gengar survive. Out of gratitude, he joined their party, and proved to be a powerful asset, especially when it came to special attacks and shields.

Ditto

Ditto is the most recent and final addition to the team. After watching a recent Mt. Battle challenge, he noticed that Ditto’s invaluable ability to transform came quite in handy. He quickly traveled to Fuchsia City in order to catch one. Ditto has a care-free attitude about life, very much like Justin. Ditto also loves to play pranks on his fellow teammates. However, comes time to battle, Ditto is ready to go.

Description: In his human form, he is merely 5' 2". He has black braids, hanging down on all sides. He always wears his black trench coat, and is almost never seen without it. He also wears a pair of sun-glasses at all times. He is not very muscular, and actually looks quite weak. However, being a Black Belt in several Martial Arts, he can easily take on a fully-grown Machoke. His trench coat serves as his “backpack” holding everything from Poke balls, to a small first aid kit.ustin is strong and compassionate. However, when something makes him angry, he turns into a totally different person. He is very skilled at computers, Pokémon Battling and most of the Martial Arts. He is almost always seen in front of a computer, hacking something, or fixing a server. When he’s not doing near a computer, Justin is practicing his martial arts, or working on a battle strategy. His age often deceives people and people take him for a stupid-little kid. In reality, he is smarter than most adults. When Justin wants something, he is 100% determined to get it, and will do anything to get it. He also has a tendency to put team mates and friends before him, which often gets him hurt.

What you want to be: I REALLY wanted to be the guy who does everything, but since thats not an option anymore, could I simply be a breeder who is also very skilled at battling?

The following is a sample from the WAR Season 4 RP.

NAME: JUSTIN
CODENAME: PAPERFAIRY
TEAM: DARK ANGEL RENEGADE KNIGHTS
LOCATION: VICTORY ROAD, EVER GRANDE CITY, HOENN REGION

“Let’s finish this up Starmie. Use Thunderbolt.”

The purple star Pokémon shot electricity from its tips, striking the enemy. It was a turquoise colored Pokémon, about two feet in height. Its hair was yellow, and it had large red eyes. After the electricity surged through its body, it quickly fell onto the floor. It was unconscious.

“That was quick. Good thing too.”

Suddenly, something in Justin’s pocket began to beep a familiar tune. The song was known to many as the Pokémon League theme. Justin reached into his trench coat, and pulled out a purple, rectangular device. It was a Nintendo DS. On the cover, the following words were imprinted into it:

He flipped it open, and the top screen displayed a message. The message had a picture of a Starmie on it, and small blue bar near the bottom. On the left side of the bar, it read: Level 82. The right side of the bar read Level 83. The bar was about six sevenths full. The message said:

Starmie has gained 56 Experience Points from battling Machop.

“Hmph. Worthless.” Replied Justin.

As he was about to place the machine back into its rightful place, the device beeped again. Justin sighed, and flipped it open again. This time, the words LUNCH flashed on the screen. He nodded to himself, closed the DS, and put it away.

“Sorry Starmie. Training is over.”

Justin then held out a small sphere, and tapped the sides. It shot out a red laser, which made contact with Starmie. The light engulfed Starmie, and brought it back into the ball. Justin pressed a button on the front, making the ball grow much smaller. Justin placed the ball inside his coat straps, and continued walking forward.

Ever since he joined D.A.R.K., Justin stopped training at Mt. Battle, and began training in Victory Road. Many of the Pokémon were quite powerful. However, some of them like the Machop he just battled were not enough to reach Justin’s goals.

He began walking towards the left most walls. On the ground near the walls, were four squares arranged in a Dance Dance Revolution format. Justin placed his feet on the respective squares, and began moving them from one square to the next. He suddenly stopped, and looked around, making sure nobody was watching. When he was sure, Justin jumped. This caused the floor underneath him to give away, and Justin fell downwards into a long, silver tunnel. After landing, Justin stood in front of two metal doors. The walls around him were all composed of dirt and rock- 100% natural. Justin approached the doors in front of him, and a small port came out of the wall. Justin pulled out his DS and plugged in into the port, via the recharge socket. Using the DS touch screen, Justin typed in the following words:

Upon typing this, Justin took his DS out the socket, and the port went back into the walls. Another object came out of the wall, which was a keypad. Justin quickly punched in 031792, and hit a large green button that read ENTER. Suddenly, the keypad receded into the wall, and the two metal doors opened up.

“Welcome to the D.A.R.K. Headquarters.” Announced a mono-tone voice.

“Now for the cafeteria…” Justin thought.

RPG Sample: The Roughterrain League by IT

SKy was still walking in the cave. His battle had not taken a lot of time. Suddenly, he heard the echo of a shout! "Oh no, that must be Joel!" Sky shouted as he ran as hard as he could. The faster he ran, the more longer it seemed to take. "What? The last time I was in here, it took me a few minutes to get to the other side!"" Sky yelled. "Whatever, I gotta find Joel, he could be in trouble!" Sky shouted as he ran forward.

He then saw a light at the end of the tunnel but something was blocking it! It was a Golbat! "Move Golbat, I gotta help my friend!" Sky debated but the Golbat didn't budge. "Well I'll have to do it the old way!" Sky yelled as he threw out a pokeball. It was Absol again! "Absol, use Quick Attack!" Sky yelled. Absol moved out of sight in a blink and tried to hit the Golbat but it dodged and Absol fell outside! It looked shaken from the fall so Sky returned him to it's pokeball and readied another.

"Go Umbreon! Tail Whip then Pursuit!" Sky shouted. Umbreon whipped it's tail at Golbat, causing it's defence to lower. Then it shot out a triangle thing at Golbat. It tried to run but the Puruit attack followed and hit. Golbat fell to the ground and Sky jumped. "Yes, you did it! Now we gotta go!" Sky yelled as he started to run outside but a loud screech could've been heard. "Huh, what's that?" Sky questioned as the assumibly-beaten Golbat flew up. "Oh no! Umbreon!" Sky yelled. Umbreon jumped out and used Quick attack but hit the cave wall when the Golbat dodged. It then flew up to Umbreon and bit him angrily!

"Oh no! Umbreon get up!" Sky shouted but it was no use. Umbreon had fainted. "But that was my strongest pokemon!" Sky said backing up to the wall. Just then, Houndour came out from it's ball and used Ember on the Golbat! "Thanks Houndour! I thought I was bat bait!" Sky shouted as HOundour smiled. "Now, the only thing I can do is catch it! Sky shot out a blue and white (Atleast that's what I think it is) pokeball, it was a great ball at the Golbat. The greatball sucked the Golbat in and fell to the floor. It rocked once, twice, "Ping!" The echo could be heard from the other side.

"Alright! Now where's Joel?" Sky asked as he went out onto the ledge. Then a few peices of gravel fell on him. Then a Golem landed beside Sky. "Golem! Where's Joel?" Sky asked as Golem pointed up. It was pointing to a ledge a few metres up. "Ok!" Sky yelled as he put some gloves on he took from his backpack. He then started to climb up, hoping to see Joel ok.

Her jacket was wrapped around her waste because of the warm weather and she was leaning against a large oak tree at the edge of the meadow. "It's nice day. It's also nice here. Maybe we should take a break from training and everything and just stay here today. We can take a little vacation. I'm sure the Pokemon wouldn't mind. Chikorita, Arcanine, Flygon, Dewgong, and Misdreavus seem to be enjoying themselves." Arcanine, Chikorita, and Misdreavus were chasing each other around, Flygon was doing loop-de-loops high above them, and Dewgong was swimming lazily around in the lake on the other end of the meadow. "What do you say?" She asked turning to her companions.

Starter: Umbreon (i know Umbreon Shadow has one but i love this pokemon so it would be great if i could also have one, please :sad: :rolleyes: :smile: )

Umbreon is Jacks trusty sidekick, a loyal companion and a serious, hard, until the end fighter.

Wigglytuff

Wigglytuff is really smart and is very useful for it can learn a wide variety of moves.

Houndoom

Houndoom is Jacks fire type pokemon. It has alot of strength and speed but defense is Houndooms weak point, a hard hit and its all over.

Raichu

Raichu is a tough all around fighter and has alot of electric power and defense.

Pelliper

Pelliper has very keen eyes and is a fast flyer. Pelliper being flying and water type is a great addition to the team.

Linoone

Linoone is very funny and sneaky. Jacks linoone loves items and new gifts, as well as food.

Description: Jack is really wild and likes to have fun. He loves to play with pokemon alot, and wants to be a really great coordinator.

Personality: He is fashionable and but really doesnt care about fashion. However he does care about hygine and so he does wash alot and likes to take bath's.

What Jack wants to be: A pokemon coordinator.

Rpg Sample: The man threw a pokeball and out came a flareon. I decided to use my Linoone and so i yelled," Your turn Linoone, shadowball," my Linoone fired a black ball of energy and it hit the Flareon. The flareon countered with a flamethrower." Water pulse," i yelled as linoone fired a ball of water energy, the flamethrower was blocked by the water pulse as the battle got intense.

Anyway, here I go!

Sky looked around at the luscious grass in New Bark Town. He was born in Ecruteak but he moved to Little Root in Hoenn and now he moved back to New Bark. He was tired of all the moving and never go to have real friends. He didn't want to become a pokemon master, just to learn all about them. He sent out his Absol and stroked his white fur. "Hey, Absol. Your hon is looking very sharp oday!" Sky complimented. Absol howled lightly. That meant he was flattered. Sky looked around again and saw an opening to a field. Absol lead the way and there was a girl with her pokemon there. "I'm sorry, I didn't know someone else was here. I'll leave." Sky said

Tyroq flied away on his Scyther, out of the woods.
He was still puzzled about what that girl wanted.. but he just thought he should leave it.
After flying out of the wood on his Scyther, he saw one of his friends.. Trista, so he flew down towards her.

"Hey Trista, whats up?"

Trista turned and smiled at Tyroq. "Hey Tyroq. Nothing really. There have been too many battles lately and I think a good break is deserved." She nodded to her Pokemon who were all either playing or just lying around. Her small Chikorita walked up to her and grinned.

"Chiiika."

"I'll play later." Chikorita nodded and curled up beside Trista.

"Hehe" Bulldog blushed.

"Hmm,Scyther , Golem , Hitmonlee , Crobat , Blaziken and Blastoise, play with Trista pokemon would you? ^^"

Christine sat with her back to a tree trunk, reading a book and absentmindedly petting the Growlithe beside her. The music she had was blaring in her ears, and she was so caught up in her book that she basically had no clue of what was going on outside of her own little world.

'Pick... The flipping... scorpion...' Christine thought, quickly flipping another page. Suddenly, she felt her Growlithe nudging her arm. She turned off her CD player and put the book away, then looked up to notice Trista and Tyroq. She got up.

"Hey!" Christine yelled, running up to then and waving with a smile.

"Hey Christine hey Sky!" Trista called happily. The friends had traveled together for a while now and had decided to visit Johto. They had split up for a while on the way there. They all had something to do so it had been a while since they had seen each other. Though they hadn't been supposed to meet up until later she was glad they had run into each other here.
