Ok, I missed these Shadow Pokemon:

Remoraid
Stantler
Croconaw
Quilava

I picked Bayleef so thats why I missed the other two. Is there any way to get those four back? Right now I just finished the Shadow Pokemon Lab stage and the Realgam Tower just opened.

Right now I just finished the Shadow Pokemon Lab stage and the Realgam Tower just opened.Don't worry about Croconaw and Quilava.You see them after the tower in the team snagem base.And the other two I'm not sure but I think you see their trainers in the base to.(I missed some Pokemon too and found them in the base)

Oh yeah, and I also missed Makuhita, but I'm assuming I can get one of those in the base too.

Yeah you are able to get the Shadow Pokemon you missed after you beat the game. Beat the game and get the Shadow Pokemon you missed and make them good. :cool:

Do you need 47 Shadow Pkemon before you get the last Shadow Pokemon(Forgot its name)from your clone?

You need 48 because there are 49 shadow pokemon. And the pokemon your talking about is Togetic.

If you do not miss any Shadow Pokemon and catch all 6 at that tower, there's your 42, then you have Smeargle, Ursaring, the 2 remaining starters, Shuckle, and Togetic, there's 48. I think Plusle is the 49th you are talking about since it went to your PC.

There is only 48 pulse is not a shadow pokemon it is a gift.

Ho Oh is the 49th Pokemon ONLY if you win at Battle Mode and have open space in PC.

And if anybody wants to train RS Pokemon, trade after beating Evice.

The missed Pokemon: You'll probably encounter them after you beat Evice, just backtrack to the areas where you first fought to get them. Use Normal moves/sleep/paralyze move to get them.

You can find a big guide HERE (http://www.serebii.net/colosseum/2ndpokemon.shtml) for finding back the one's you'r missing, they don't always get back at the place you fainted them
