Just wondering, do you think Spiderman should be allowed on the Internet?

Yesterday, I was browsing the web and someone was making fun of Spiderman It really got me thinking. I'm confused to what it actually is and why they should be banned on the Internet. I thought it was serious because I saw it on the news too. Can someone fill me in?
