what do people mean by tile when you catch a feebas is it like the land next to the pond if not what are they??????????? please tell me

It means search every single spot when fishing.
One block of space where you can stand/surf on is a tile.

What you should do (and what I did) is start at the top of the route and fish 4-6 times each tile. Make sure in that time you battle 2 pokemon so either fish 4 times or battle 2 pokemon, which ever happens second before moving on to the next tile. Once you find the feebas tile, yeh will know

I've heard people say use the Old Rod... You might want to get more confirmation on that, though...

I only need a Feebas and a Milotic to finish my Pokedex on Sapphire, but I just can't find any Feebas...:angry:
