When your Sad how do you cheer

yourself up?

Hm. A very good question indeed. Sometimes I talk to someone, but most often I'll just go for a walk or lie on my bed in silence.

I'll play games, especially fighting games. They can help me forget things. :)

I handle my pets. They help me reach an emotional connection that I can't reach with humans.

Trolling? How so?

"In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response..." - Wikipedia.

Subtle trolling isn't as pronounced. Here's a good example (http://cdn2.knowyourmeme.com/i/000/117/989/original/Smiling man.jpg?1303992758).

Yeah, I will go outside, then look up in the sky and take a deep breath. And I will go to my friends and spend a lot of time with them(^^)

I look up to my friends for advice when I am feeling down. If unsuccessful, I occupy myself with things that I like to do, such as listening to music or drawing.

Talk to the people I like and feel most comfortable with. A very small number indeed.

In school: I hang out with my friends, mainly because they can't stand a day without cracking a joke or two.

If alone: I play Interactive Buddy or Computor Smash. They really get your mind off things.

oh and maybe even ragdoll games

Well, I usually listen to music, read, write, draw, play video games, watch tv/movies, or I facetime my friend from my ipod. I like to express my emotions through my artwork and my stories. For example: in my Hunger Games story, when I was super upset for like a week or so, I made it the most bloody-thing ever. ...Gotta love bloodbaths(: But in my drawings, I try to make it as detailed as possible, rather than making it depressing.

Talk to people via Facebook, Email, or Skype (usually results in a ragefest about how much I hate people). If that doesnt work I play music or go on Youtube.

Talk to your friends because they're the people that will make you happy:D If your alone then listen to happy songs that make you wanna dance, you'll be happy after listening to them. :-)

I have some anger issues, and when i am really ticked off I will probably just hit something like my pillow, desk chair, (I once smashed my fist on the glass of my desk, almost broke it and my hand), but I find just hitting something helps me release anger caused by things that happened each day

EDIT: I also find that playing distorted electric guitar or soft acoustic helps me feel better, or just playing music off my phone. once I was annoyed at dad, hooked my phone up to the surround sound system and put on as loud as I could an eminem song with lots of swear words just to annoy dad, did the trick I felt better and got even

Make things explode in a video game.
