Is it possible to breed a Beldum or Metagross with a Ditto?

As long as they have a gender, that's all the advice I can give since I don't really remember.

You can breed any Genderless Pokemon with Ditto EXCEPT the Legendaries.

So yes, you can get Beldum Eggs through Ditto.

Yeah, if you think about it it seems pretty weird.

Yes! Thank you! That means I'm not screwed for getting a good Metagross for the battle frontier

And thanks to all of you for replying so quickly.

I thought you couldn't breed metagross, metang or beldum. However I...never tried to!

You can. The only completely unbreedable Pokemon are the Legendary Birds, the Legendary Beasts, the Legendary Regi, the Terrain Legends, Mewtwo, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, and Deoxys.

Hold on...from what I've heard, it's impossible to breed any genderless Pokemon. I've tried breeding a Metagross with Ditto, but got no egg.

...:eh:

You can breed magnetons and the sort, so you should be able to get a beldum egg. Some pokemon just take more time to get an egg/hatch it so you might have to wander around longer.

Yes, Metagross and company are completely breedable through Ditto.
I know because I've pawned off some beldum eggs to my friends.

Thats cool, ive learned something new about breeding...i had always thought thats since metagross were genderless they were unbreedable...but now i knoW! Thanks.

BTW. IF you use a Cameupt or slugma while you have the egg with you, it takes a shorter amount of time for it to hatch. just fight a few battles and ride around on the mach bike for a bit. Ive hatched about 20+ eggs.

Haha, dammit! I always forget about that thing with the Slugma :dazed: It would saved me alot of time too... cuz I had to breed to get all 8 of my pokemon....... :dazed: I hatched like 100 eggs with Zangoose and Cyndaquil alone :dazed: (going for the shiny zangoose though  )
