I reserved it on Gamestop, which was the closest store to my house. I was so lucky they still has Bonus Discs, because some stores were out of them. As Mario said, those are the features of the bonus CD. The game preview is very cool as well as the movie's preview. I cant wait for both of them!

Another good thing! You'll be able to get the pokémon that appear on the other version...you know, like if you have sapphire: zangoose, seedot...groudon...etc.

I can't wait to catch Houndour, although its fairly difficult to get it into a Ruby or Sapphire games. First you have to catch Houndoom in Pokémon Colosseum, then you have to purify it, then you trade to Ruby or Sapphire with Gamecube Gameboy Advance cable, then finally you breed it! Its a long procedure, but I'm willing to go through it!

I can't wait to catch the G/S pokemon. And walk around Oore. I can't wait to just walk around the 3D Pokemon environment. I just find it really cool that a Pokemon RPG is on GC so we can see all the Pokemon in their worthy for.

Ultimateshadow, I live in Holland and I think there will be a bonus disk :) There was a bonus disk for pre-ordering Zelda too (I have it ^____^) And a bonus disk when you pre-ordered Mario Kart (my friend has that one) so why shouldn't there be one for colosseum?

I recently got my Jirachi to level 100 and I luv his doom desire and wish attacks! Jirachi is so cute. Of course he is NO Celebi or Mew but he is still cute

I am still working with my Jirachi. It is at level 40 right now and has the Macho Brace so his stats will jump faster.

Hopefully they will do some sort of Bonus feature with Mew and Celebi.

Nintendo says that we'll be able to transfer some Gold/Silver Pokémons from Collosseum to Ruby/Sapphire. But what about the Pokédex? Will we get the national dex while doing the transfer?

Yes, once you trade a pokemon from colosseum to r/s, you will get the national dex right away. Oh yeah, for all those people that didn't get the bonus disk for colosseum because they didn't have any more, wherever you reserved it (I reserved mine at gamestop too, but i don't think it matters where you reserve it, toys r us, etc) go back some other time before the game's released. The same thing happened to me because they didn't have any more and I went back twice and they said they didn't have anymore. But they got more in and the third time I went I finally got the bonus disk. so just go another time and maybe they'll have them. (oh yeah, you could probably call and ask if they have anymore too) :mrgreen:

Ah, 11 days and counting. I can't wait for this game to arrive. The screenshots got me looking at it closely, and then the movie on the bonus disc got me extremely excited.

I got ripped off when i Pre-ordered it. I did it at amazon and i didnt no the Bonus Disc wouldnt come right away. Its gonna come with the game i think. *sighs* now i wont even have time to train jirachi becausei will be to busy playing Colessium. I still need the dumb GBA-GC link. I read in the Nintendo Power Magazine, all about the Collosseum, and I cannot wait to purchase it! The official name, according to the magazine, is Orre, not Oore, like we had previously believed. And, anyway, the Story Mode looks awesome! I haven't gotten a pre-order, so, I'll just have to try my luck at it.

I personally think the RPG mode is gonna be kinda weird, so i'm not looking forward to that. I thought it would be like the gameboy games on the gamecube, but when i found out that all you do is run around "purifying" the "evil" Pokemon...my hopes kinda got smashed :wall:. So now i'm just waiting to see all the R/S Pokemon in 3D!! Now i'll see to-scale models, and all that jazz! I got the disc, and i have Jirachi, but since Jirachi is a legendary, he just rots in the PC...and the preview wasn't that surprising, since i had already downloaded the movie off the internet. And i'm not a big fan of the Pokemon Theater Movies, so the disc ended up being a large dissapointment...i thought it ment a DEMO when it said "preview" -_- But at least i have a for sure copy now o_O

I may be incorrect, but I was told that the Espeon and Umbreon in the game the same gender. That means you can't breed Eevees. :boohoo:

Mizu, I think I read different. I not trying to start an arguement or something, but I thought you would be able to trade pokemon from collosseum to r/s. Otherwise, there would be no other way to get them. I'll email nintendo just to check.


P.S. Pokemon colloseum will be compatable with fr/lg when they are realeased, and will be able to trade fr/lg pokemon to colloseum. Or else, there wwould be no way to catch all the pokemon in r/s and fr/lg. what kind of pokemon game would that be???

I read this on the regular pokemonelite200.com page, and clicked on the link to colosseum. And this is exactly what it said where it says story mode-

Pokemon Coloseum will also feature a Story Mode (RPG mode), in which you can capture Pokemon in the game. The main character rescues Pokemon that has been driven to evil. You "snag" the Pokemon to cure the Pokemon from it's evilness. Pokemon you capture can be sent to your Ruby/Sapphire game. Pokemon unobtainable in Ruby/Sapphire can be obtained through Pokemon Colosseum :biggrin: :biggrin:

Even if you couldnt trade them to Ru/Sa it wouldnt matter. FR/LG is comign around ther corner. You can send them to FR/LG to Ru/Sa (if any1 will still play r/s when fr/lg comes out).

You can trade the purified pokemon from Colosseum to your GBA pokemon games. That link proves it :wink: I cant wait to get those G/S/C Pokemon!

No offense, but I hate how people buy the game and the guide in the same day. Just buy a gameshark or something. It's about the same. I mean a guide just makes it boring and makes it lose it's greatness. You don't have to think with a guide, cause when the smallest obsticle is in your way, you just look it up anyways. I just don't understand that. It's a game to play, so play it. Why do you need a guide? :neutral:

I was surprised, Toys R Us still had a huge stock and I kick myself for not ordering the Jirachi disk for it would be useless to buy Colosseum without the Jirachi disk. I'm also saving up to get Gamecube and monitor, got laid up from a bike accident so got to work a little extra hard. I got the Colosseum books, man, the graphics to me are awesome. Maybe it's when the Pokemon moves around it doesn't look right. SLight bummer is you need to play the story through, get 47 shadow Pokemon, defeat the big boss before you can even trade, and nope, no gamesharking on this one. But man, with limited and no trades, this one's going to be a challenge. Wish you can capture a few of the RS Pokemon.
