Ok, I just added Lileep to my party in Pokemon Ruby version. But i need to know what moveset to use on him. I already used TM Giga Drain on my Tentacruel on accident, so I can't use that. Any suggestions?

If you want some damaging moves, you could try this:

Cradily@Quick Claw
Relaxed/Sassy
252 HP, 252 SpD/D

Rock Slide/Ancientpower
Giga Drain/Sludge Bomb/Solarbeam
Mirror Coat/Confuse Ray
Recover

Ultimately, the move choices are up to you. I prefer RS/SB/MC/R...

Ok, i'll try a few of those! But i just need to know something. Please don't laugh at me, because I've never really known about them...but exactly what ARE Ev's, how do you tell what they are at currently, and how do you raise a specific one? Thanks! ^^

EVs or EPs (whatever you want to say) stand for Effort Values or Effort Points. Basically, when you fight certain Pokemon, that Pokemon will give your Pokemon a set amount of Effort Points/Values for your stats. Blissey, for example, would give your Pokemon I think 3 Effort Points in HP for your Pokemon. You Pokemon can only have 510 Effort Points in total, and a max of 255 in each stat. 252 are required to max out that stat. So let me give you the run down:

Charizard with max genes and no EV/EPs @ level 100, its stats are:

HP:297
Attack:204
Defense:192
Speed:236
Special Attack:254
Special Defense:206

If you want to know about genes (IVs) ask someone else, I dun know much about them. Now, here are the max stats you can have with 252 EV/EPs in each stat (do note that you can have only a max of 510 total and 255 in each stat, but 252 is required to max out that stat):

HP:360
Attack:267
Defense:255
Speed:299
Special Attack:317
Special Defense:269

So as you can see, without EVs/EPs, his stats are drastically low :-\

Pokemon IVs in RS are different from those in RBYGSC.

RBYGSC
Each pokemon has the following Genes to determine stats:
HP
ATK
DEF
Spec
Spd

Each is a number from 0 to 15. The Base and max stats you see on a pokemon are ALWAYS Based on max IV. IVs are assigned when you first meet the pokemon, and cannot be changed.
At max stat, a base 100 HP would be 403 @ 15 for HP DV (they didn't usually call it IV back then.), 401 @ 14, 399 @ 13, etc. Every point less than 15, you lose 2 points off the final max stat for that pokemon. Eg: DV 0 is 30HP less than a DV 15 pokemon in HP. (Mew @ 403 HP vs 373 HP). This stat is final no matter how much more you train. Hidden power is dependant on your DVs, both in type and power (Type is determined by the atk/def DVs.) A shiny pokemon is gotten by having an XAAA DV set, where X (the atk DV) can vary, while the rest must be 10 (A). Also, Gender is Atk DV dependant. Most pokemon are female when its atk DV is 7 or under, but some have it higher, some lower (higher, 12, iirc. Lower, 1 <snorlax, ALakazam>, and then there are ones who are always of a certain gener).

RS, FR, LG
Special DV is split in to SpA and SpDef. So you have 6 different IVs now. Instead of 0-15, you have 0-31, making the values more diverse. Each point in IV controls only 1 point in final stat. (DV 30 in HP results in a 403HP pokemon @ Base 100, while DV 31 gets you 404.) (Remember, RS stats are all bumped by 1 point). Again, Hidden power is dependent on the combination of your IVs, and they cannot be changed. It's set when you meet the pokemon.

Gender and Shiny are not dependent upon IVs in RS.
