i remember hearing about it on the radio a couple of years ago; shall we say twothousandandeleven or twentyeleven in the new decade, personally, i will always stick to twothousandandtwelve, i am just more used to it

I say the long version usually, saying the second one wrinkles my brain a fair bit if you know what I mean. :P

I say twenty-twelve most of the time. If I'm speaking with a teacher or someone like that, I say two-thousand-twelve
