If you're like me, I typically buy songs by the album rather than individually. So, what was the last one you brought, and what do you think of it? And do you have a favorite track?

For me, it was George Acosta - PM Edition.

It's definitely pretty good, I like it more than All Rights Reserved and I think it's just as good as Next Level. There's a lot of junk techno out there that just hurts my ears, but the stuff George Acosta releases is some of the best I've ever heard.

Favorite track is Heaven [Jens O Mix]. It's just surreal.

As an artist, buying songs physically is silly. Listen to them on YouTube. Download them. If you want to give an artist money, do it directly, don't give to the middleman who takes most of it anyways. Get out to shows, buy the ridiculously over-priced merch. Just don't pay for art. Pay if you want to support the art (but only after you've experienced it).

That being said, I do buy local punk EPs and stuff, but digital distribution is far superior (and environmentally friendly).

As far as downloads go, UKF Drum & Bass 2011 (which I would have never bought nor listened too if there wasn't some free option first).

The last one I obtained was Daft Punk's "Human After All" album. It's taken me so long to track down a physical copy to add to my DP shrine. The songs are great, even though they might seem a bit repetitive. I don't have a favorite track, but 4 stick out for me.

I haven't bought any songs in a while, let alone whole albums. But I think the last album I bought a digital copy of was Safari Disco Club by Yelle. They've got some pretty great electropop.

I will arbitrarily link to Comme un enfant (http://soundcloud.com/yelle/comme-un-enfant) because I can't pick a favorite off of that album. ;n;

It's the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack. I love every bit of it. <33333
