How do you get the trainer cards that everyone has in their sigs. And what's VPP?

to get a Trainer card request to someone or make yourself(i take TC requests) and vpps are vpp that you get by going to the group...

To make the VPP thing simpler, it stands for Virtual Poke'mon Pet. You have to go to the Poke'mon Role Play board and ask for one in the VPP thread.
