Welcome to the NEW VCP, hosted by me. I HAVE recieved permission from LJM to host the new one, and believe me, this one will have some SERIOUS changes. Here are a few:
1. Credit WILL be given where credit is due. The old VCP threads gave almost NO credit with many idea to VPP, and even called it VVP once. Then, LJM went ahead and made ChibiPets. Now, I know Max and Ygseto are not idiots. If they were, VPP would not be stickied today. Max and Ygseto would probably be able to tell that VCP was retarded and almost made VPP look stupid. VPP was the 12 yead old product, VCP was the 3 year old product. Heck, Max or Ygseto could even be reading this thinking, 'My thoughts exactly.' That is all going to change. If something is taking too long or being put off, it is dropped. Like the Hall of Fame for the first post. Pfft. It was only updated when Nick the Angelic reminded LJM 1,000,000 times! Well, enough of this. Just expect BIG changes.
2. You thinking, 'Yeah. BORING. Same old VCP. EEEEEEASY.'? I know. Only 100 posts per VCP. Then, with the special effects, 50 at least. And LJM really had a racket going there. She gained 6 levels per post! SHE WAS FINISHING AT LEAST 4 PER DAY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Now, why does this all matter? Because, of course, change. C-H-A-N-G-E. VCP will no longer have the silly little 'effects'. It will be tough, it will take a while, it will not be so fricking EASY. One post per level. How hard. VCP will take more posts. Trust me.
3. VCP will talk about ONLY VCP oriented things, and NOT be as spammy. Believe me, I love fun as much as the next person. Just nothing too stupid. 'Kay, good, moving on to the rules.

Hello! Welcome to VCP, which stands for Virtual Cute Pokemon. This RPG is a lot like VPP, but with minor changes. In other words, VPP is the main, older thing, and we are the alternate thing! Make sense? I knew it would. NOW FOR THOSE !
1. Your pokemon levels up one level every 3 posts. It is the same amount that VPP requires, but 2 isn't quite enough, and 4 is a little intimidating.
2. You may have any number of pokemon, but you get one only after your other one is at level 100. Then, you must request your next one.
3. Your first pet must be normal colored, second can be shiny (one in the games), and after that, you may have a special colored!
4. Normal people cannot accept anyone for VCP's, mods can accept only normal people(NOT each other), Vice admin(see number 9) can accept everyone but his/her self and me, and I accept everyone including myself!
5. The 5 mods may request to ban you, but they must either go to me or the VA to tell me what it was you did.
6. When you get your 10th pokemon to level 100, tell me or a mod. You will be presented with the option of a legendary of your choice EXCEPT for Mew, Celebi, or Jirachi. Then, once you tell us which legend you want, you may have that legend as your 10th VCP once you get our permission. You must have permission to get a legend. To get Mew, Celebi, or Jirachi, you must have completed 20 VCP's. And if you don't want a legend for your 10th(or 20th) VCP, you can not say you want it for your 11th or 12th, etc. You may get a legend every 10 VCP's. Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi may only be obtained every 20 VCP's. (I'm planning ahead, aren't I?)
7. Cheat Once, Warning. Cheat Twice, 1 month suspension. Cheat 3 times, you are banned from the VCP,
8. NO, AND I MEAN NO, FLAMING OR BASHING WHAT-SO-EVER!!!
9. Now, this is brand new to everyone because of the numerous changes. I will be picking 1 mod to be a vice admin! Vice admins can accept everyone but me. It's picked by me! DO NOT, mods, PM me saying, 'CaN i Be ThE nEwEsT vA?!?!?!?!?!!?!11111111!!!!!!!!!1one1111!!!!' Do that, you are demoted from mod.
10. Hall of Fames are, of course, allowed. But please put VCP in there somewhere, so as not to get it mixed up with VPP.
11. We all love that you know how to talk jUsT lIkE tHiS or can do chatspeak. Be do it here, and goodbye.
