For movesets, seek help in the strategies & Moveset board.
to get a strong pokemon, i no the way is keep battling, EV training & feed it vitamins etc...

But for me, i just keep battling :tongue3:

Well i had level 5 eevee i gave it 10 protein, carbos,hp up,iron and calcium! Till it wouldn't take any more,
It evolved into an umbreon at level 6 even tho his stats only changed by 1 point each did i do it right? Or should i have give it more protien than iron to get his attack up?

a pokemon is still restricted by its DVs, its species max, and its level. The difference in training won't really show until you get into the higher levels, when the point differential can be up to 64 points, I believe, in each stat.

And umbreon has horrible offensive talent.

So what should i have done?

Nothing. Umbreon's a defensive strategic pokemon, not a sweeper type pokemon. If you're gonna use it, don't use it for everyday sweeping purposes.
