Even though we don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Finland and I have no clue what you do on Thanksgiving...Thanks HKim! I'm thanksgiving today.:tongue:

and IT, Thanksgiving is a holiday based on people being thankful for crap and eating a lot of turkey, stuffing, corn, etc.

it was made to sorta honour the epople who founded the massachusetts bay colony and all the hardships they faced. It also goes into there relationships wth the Native Americans, and how well they got along(sure they did). Of course this was only just after they founded the colony. Within 20 years they hated eachother.

No its the fourth thursday in november.....

oh well. maybe on every holiday we can have classes to teach others abotu different cultures..... on the other hand.....**** that

wwhhhooo thanksgiving. I love this holiday cuz the dallas cowboys play every year. GO COWBOYSS!! KILL DENVER!!!(and i like turkey)

I don't exactly celebrate these kinds of things, but my family likes to go overboard with the food...

Mine is turning sucky though but yeah. The turkey was very good.

Happy turkey day to all! There's nothing like getting fat off of good food and losing all your money in the family poker game. Visiting, celebrating longtime traditions, nothing can beat this time of the year. Nothing brings family together like thanksgiving. I wish that you all had a great day today. To those who couldn't celebrate this great day with others I express my deepest sympathy for you. So to all a goodnight and may you work off all that excess fat!

I don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but i really do wish you all Americans and non-americans a happy Thanksgiving, praying that the world would really live in peace and celebrate an internation Thanksgiving one day, sitting all on one table sharring food, cultures and smiles instead of sharring hatered, war and guns.
