Dewgong @ Leftovers
Substitute
Surf
Ice Beam
Signal Beam/Anything

EV train max Attack and Spc.atk
Or if you don't choose Signal Beam, go with Max Spc.atk and Max HP.

Dewgong with Life Orb
Nature: Docile
Attacks:
- Headbutt
- Icy Wind
- Signal Beam
- Lick


Icy Wind a couple times to slow the opponant down. Lick to paralyze them. and Headbutt for lotssa damage.
