Just registered here, and thought I could start by posting a ingame team I am working on right now. I only need to get the Bliss done, make a new 'Zing(I THINK i will, ain't sure yet...) and learn Machamp substitute and focus punch(got both moves ready, but I haven't got any chances to trade it over from fire red to sis' leaf green and emerald yet). Also, I am considering changing out Weezing for a Forretress/Skarmory, since I has used it on ALL my teams in about a year or so now.

Skarm go away. Fires off focus punch HARDER than Mewtwo fires off psychic(about ofcourse, ain't sure if this is right, but I didn't get any complainments on the norwegian pokemon forum) 150 STAB 225+394 atk=619, while Mewtwo STAB psychic 135+447 sp.atk=582. Might OHKO Skarm if it ain't having too good IVs, and if I can get in a punch on the switch, rock slide will KO next turn ^^. Thinking about giving it liechi berry(if I can get one, that is). God, I love her.

I am really not sure what to do with her. bold&ice beam is the usual, but it's only one gu that uses McGar, and she ain't really scared for the usual Gengars. Dusclops might be a little problem, but I ain't going to send her out to Dusclops if I don't have to... and I have a impish Bliss with HP-IV 27-30, so I am thinking about using her as a mother, and use a Roselia I will breed out with 28-31 in defense as a father, but I CAN get a bold one with 27-30 HP too if that is something that I HAVE to use.
Also, how could a CalmCune work over her? If I'll ever get one, that is.

Ice beam
Rest
Rapid spin
EVs: defensively spread out. Made it 8 months ago, and I have trained 20 pokes or so since then, so I really don't remember them....

Well, rate please.

Edit: thinking about switching out Clay and Zing for Venusaur and Steelix. Steelix for having a phazer and a ground-type, and Venusaur for... having a Venusaur. Vulva rocks. And with sleep powder, I might be able to get up a sub on Machamp, or at least a free switch to one of my sweepers ^_^

These are all quite old standards really, but a good effort team-wise. I'm not the best of the best with movesets but I'll offer my wisdom anyhow:

Aero- That's cool, it works.

Machamp- You don't want any speed in there at all. Get some EV's in defense, maybe taking a few from HP. Otherwise it's good.

Zam- Predictable. Calm mind isn't really all that good on Zam since it's so fragile to physical hits and probably won't have enough time to use many. You could just stick the other punch on in its place.

Keep Weezing, it's cool, but you might wanna get fire blast or something instead of explosion to deal with skarm. If so you'd have to tweak EV's a little for more damage.

The bold Blissey is more versatile. Use it, if you can. The EV's are ok, but if you do use ice beam, put the S.Def ones into S.Atk.

Claydol's cool but you could get a venusaur in there with lefties, careful nature, and
sludge bomb
sleep powder
synthesis
substitute/something else, I forgot the standard though.

Hope I've helped a little.

I'm thinking about Vulva(last one is leech seed), but then I won't have any grounds to deal with t-wave haxx :/ Though, I have Bliss, so I'll try. I ain't sure if it was speed Macha had, made her about 1 1/2 year ago. But the speed is 53 or something, so she should be pretty slow. I might just go for thunderpunch on Kazam yes, I don't think I has ever used calm mind outside battle frontier.

Machamp needs enough Speed to outrun Weezing.

Zam- Predictable. Calm mind isn't really all that good on Zam since it's so fragile to physical hits and probably won't have enough time to use many. You could just stick the other punch on in its place.

Calm Mind is awesome. A common switch for Zam is - when Blissey/Lax/Regice are dead - is the opponent's water type. And those don't pack physical stuff (save for Swampert). Calm Mind Alakazam beats the crap out of Milotic if something is not already asleep.

Blissey's EV spread works better with 252 Defense. The rest split between HP/SDef, with the major emphasis on HP (on Netbattle, it's like... 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 SDef).

Your team looks like a typical hardcore stall team, which is fine. Skarmory is standard (with Claydol and Blissey) for hardcore stall, but Weezing is cool for Will-O-Wisp. Provided you keep Weezing, use Rest. Weezing - from what I can tell - is your primary source of physical defense, so blowing him up = bad.

Vulvasaur... maybe. Might work, but Rapid Spin is important to stall based teams. Then again, if you wanted to go blatant sweeping, I'd just use Vaporeon or Jolteon to Baton Pass Substitutes to Machamp, rather than rely on Sleep Powder. This is because as soon as you use Sleep Powder, the opponent uses Switch, which is - in fact - the most used move in the game. And Machamp gets no Sub (unless they switch in Blissey, but that would be stupid... Blissey dies painfully to Venusaur).

If you want a Steel pHazer, use Skarmory. Steelix isn't great. It could work, maybe for beating Boah, but if that's the case, just use Vaporeon / Milotic / Swampert / Water type with lots of HP and Special Defense.
