Jack gives you the authority. You could do this just for fun but you cannot give money. Also, It's easy to tell who have the authority or not. They are usually posted about. Plus, tkae this advice "If you have to ask then you are not worthy for this authority."

Actually Cris. This isn't a rip-off exactly. The Pe2k newsleter has been dead. It's more of a revival.
