Pretty good Moveset, but I think this belongs in the Strategies and Movesets board.

Only a Mod can do it.

Again with Iron Tail bleh, to inaccurate for my taste i say that you should go with:

Raichu@Leftovers
Jolly Nature
Wish
Light Screen
Thunderbolt
HP Ice

Don't ask me why but i like this set, Set up Wish and Light Screen then switch out, all Raichu is good for really.

Timid > Jolly as Jolly lowers Sp. Atk.

Iron Tail is essential (in my opinion) if I come up against a Rock/Ground Pokemon. And Rain Dance helps the accuracy of Thunder. And Light Screen is just a good move for a Spec. Attack Pokemon such as Raichu, just explaining things out and why I chose those moves. Ever wonder of breeding a Pokemon just for contests? I think of doing that every day but normally I pay attention to Breeding, Secret Bases, and Contests after the Elite Four and Battle Fronteir. I only brought up the breeding on Raichu topics just now because Raichu is popular for Cool contests.

If you're looking to attack Rock/Ground Types, you need HP Water, which is supported by Rain Dance as well.

A good in-game set would be this:

Raichu
Ability - Static
Nature - Lonely
EV Set - 100 Atk, 250 Spd, 160 Sp. Atk
Item - Mystic Water/Leftovers
- Rain Dance
- HP Water
- Thunder
- Brick Break/Return/Something Physical

Keep in mind that set is only good for In-Game Play. I wouldn't suggest using it for Competitive Play.

Raichu
-sub
-focus punch
-encore
-thunderbolt

has always been a favorite of mine in competitive play

Im not gonna bother with evs as I am lazy, but youre gonna want to play to its speed and then give it a good amt in atk/spec atk
