Ignoring, the stats(really aren't that helpful to know for the games)

everything but Dynamic Punch and Magnet are good.

Items that power up attacks stink unless they are used in conjunction with reversal.

and dynamic punch... no.. no clue what to replace it with.

How about Ice Punch?Good against grass Pokemon.And why the h*** do you have Magnet on Ampharos? It does bugger all.Equip it with Leftovers or an annoying item for your foes.Otherwise pretty good.

Ampharos can't use Ice Punch.
Something on the lines of HP Water would be better to be supported by Rain Dance, or HP Ice to fend off Grass AND Ground Types.

AMPHAROS - STATIC
@ Leftovers
~ Substitute
~ Focus Punch
~ Thunderbolt
~ Thunder Wave

You could also use some moves like Counter, Fire Punch, Hidden Power Grass/Ice or Reflect/Light Screen. Go crazy.
