Why Hypnosis AND Poisonpowder? You probably want Sleep Powder over one of them, and Leech Seed over the other. I don't think Egg Bomb is a good move on it...

hmm....not really,but is just me.However:
Psychic with stab is very good,i like it
Hypnosis...well,it sucks for me.The accuracy is low,but it works.
Poison powder: why the hell have this if you use hypnosis?
Egg bomb: this really suck,even more than Hypnosis,for me.Normal type,bad accuracy,no stab and not very powerful either with Exeggturo stats

A good choice would be for example a basic Sunnybeamer that works fine with hypnosis.But,for a real moveset,ask to someother,i suck at making them

I'd replace Toxic with Sleep Powder and Egg Bomb with either Giga Drain or Explosion. Leech Seed + Sleep Powder is kind of a waste of his sweeping potential though; better tanky Grass types exist and his defensively weak typing doesn't help (the fact that his special defense is subpar also sucks).

Honestly, I'd go with Shadow Siren's suggestion (except with Sleep Powder... IMO Hidden Power Fire isn't great on Eggy).
