ManOwaR, Skarm doesn't Roar Suicune, seeing how Suicune kills it with Surf after a few Calm Minds. Even if it doesn't OHKO, unless Skarm is a complete idiot and runs special defense EVs, it will still hurt like a ***** and 2HKO (dealing severe damage) after a Calm Mind.

If Zapdos and Suicune die, Skarm's a problem... although Skarm can't switch into Sceptile if he adds HP Fire, which would be recommended, seeing how SubSeed Sceptile is probably better than the Endeavor set for this team. That, and he'd probably be dead anyways if he let his Suicune (who is a ***** to kill) and Zapdos die.

Now that's out of the way.

Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers ** Sceptile2
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Punch
- Leaf Blade
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

Timid + Focus Punch + 0 Attack EVs = it won't do more than MAYBE 40% on Bliss, which sucks. Hidden Power Ice over Focus Punch, seeing how you can SubSeed and you get better type coverage that way. EVs are fine, set the IVs to 31/30/30/31/31/31.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 128 Def / 252 SAtk / 128 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Roar
- Surf

Nature and EVs are screwed up. First and foremost, CMcune doesn't need Modest or any of those vast amounts of special defense EVs. Calm Minds boosts those so they're less of a priority. 240 HP / 212 Def / 8 Spd is usually a good base to start from, and the remaining EVs should be divided amongst Speed, Special Attack and/or Special Defense. Bold.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 240 Spd / 240 SAtk / 28 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Thunder Wave = waste. Personally, I'd either use Light Screen over Thunder Wave, seeing how Boah rampages through your entire team, or use Rest, Sleep Talk, Thunderbolt, Hidden Power Grass. If your server has the XD moves added, Thunderbolt, Baton Pass, Substitute, Hidden Power Grass is also good. Hidden Power Ice isn't bad per se, but you 2HKO Salamence with Thunderbolt (and you're Timid so he can't switch in anyways) while Swampert just walls you outright. You only need 148-156 Speed if you run Timid; 156 Spd / 68 HP / 252 SAtk / 32 SDef is what I suggest if you want to be quick.

Hypno (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 152 HP / 106 Def / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Light Screen
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
- Wish

Calm nature. At least 228 HP, rest split in the defenses, with emphasis on your special defense. The set is fine, although Blissey works much better as a Wisher.

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Def / 242 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic

See, this is where I start to have issues with the team's construction. I understand why you'd use Miltank, but as a Heal Beller grinds my gears; if you need a Heal Beller and are not going to pair it with Shadow Ball or such, I'd honestly just use Blissey. Not only does Blissey provide Natural Cure (to absorb Will-O-Wisp and such), Blissey also takes special hits (which you need; Hypno is actually a bit frail). If you're going to use Miltank, use it for Curse and the stuff it does well - not as a physical Blissey because Miltank is not a Blissey and Miltank does not do the stuff Blissey does very well.

Crobat (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Aerial Ace
- Confuse Ray
- Quick Attack
- Sludge Bomb

Choice Band, Sludge Bomb, Hidden Power Fighting / Ground, Aerial Ace, Quick Attack. Adamant or Jolly but I'd pick Adamant.

After Suicune appears, skarm switches, so it only lets u use Cm once. i forgot to mention that if youīre facing Maggy+Skarms (which are very common) youīll have A LOT of problems, seeing how maggy can get rid of zappy. In that case, you should use HP fire in Sceptile, like Dragon seeker said, instead of Endeavor

Suicune without Calm Minds deal about 140 damage to non-special defense Skarm (slightly under 50%), whereas with 1 Calm Mind he hits for about 210 damage (assuming Skarm isn't an idiot and Suicune bothered to use 16 SAtk EVs). The first is a 3HKO, the second is about 60% of Skarm's health gone in 1 hit, which means after that, Skarm can't switch into Suicune on anything except Rest.

Maggy can't trap Zapdos and if Zapdos stuck around Zapdos would have to be very stupid...

That said, you need something to take stuff like Maggy better. Although HP Fire Sceptile works, you need a more reliable special sponge. Seeing you you use Suicune, I'd consider Blissey for Aromatherapy, probably replacing Miltank and Hypno. That opens up a slot, which I recommend for a normal resist. Metagross works well, here, since he also provides a Rock resist.

Fair enough, then. I agree: You should get wome good Physical sweeper, resistant to Normal-moves.
BTW, are you sure about the damage calculations with Suicune adn Skarms? I thought that surf deal with less than 140 damage.

I checked PsyPoke's calculator, they said Skarm with 176 (minimum) took ~140 damage (on average) from 220 SAtk Suicune (assuming the Suicune user spent 16 EVs). I'm not quite sure how accurate it is, but I saw a few battles and Surf held fairly true to the results (37% - 40% was tossed around in actual battles) so I figured it couldn't be too far off.
