Storm Diplomacy, Test Sign-Up

I need to modify some of the rules a bit, so I'm conducting a test. I need some good members to join the test and play a mini version of the game giving feedback along the way. I will change the rules in the middle of the game, so if you think that would be unfair, then don't sign-up. This is a test to fix any bugs in the gameplay.

For the test, I will only be using the Kanto and Johto regions. Everything else remains the same except for the number of storms and nations.

I will be choosing people for the test that are both knowledgable and dedicated. If I don't choose you, don't feel bad. You can join the real game when we start it.

Note: I will considerably shorten the names if they are too long. Finglonger's name is okay, but whenever I reference to his country, I'll call it just Oceania.
