Whats the most funny, bizzare, hurtful, or anything else thing that has happened to you playing sports.


It hurt real bad when I was playing street hockey with my friends. I was going so fast I coundn't stop before I ran into a bush a got stabbed about a cm in with a branch. I still have part of the scab. :dazed:

Once with P.E. when I was 8 or so we got our hands on some balls and started to play soccer and basketball. When our teacher called us to sit down I started walking to them with a ball. But I didn't want him to see the ball so I trew with my back faced at the basket about the 3-points line over my neck. And kept on walking. Suddenly I saw everyone with open mouths so I asked why they were gazing at me. One told me that i true the ball in the basket from the 3 points line while i was facing them and not the basket. But then the teacher saw me and luckely he wasn't angry so we played basketball and soccer for the rest of the lesson.

During P.E. I nearly broke my hand when I was playing soccer. It was in a mitella for three weeks, and badly bruised.
I hate soccer anwyay -_-;.

We were playing volleyball in the gym, and some girls absoluety refused to even touch the ball, so I had to jump across our side in order to hit the ball over, only I sprained my knee and then slammed it on the hard gym floor.

Meh, it would have been better if they weren't even there.

Ok... I got one...

Our gym has a roof... we were playing volleyball... I hit it, but the volleyball got stuck on the roof between one of the scaffolding... the varsity player in our class decided that the only way to place it down is to also hit it... problem was, the ball he threw was also stuck... so there's 2 volleyballs stuck on the roof... it took us almost the entire P.E. period to remove it =P

I remember way back in 5th grade when we were playing a soccer game in gym class...the ball dived right into my face and left a huge soccer-ball mark. :doh:

I remember hurting someone. ^^

In Y6 (5th grade) I was selected for the school's Tag Rugby Squad. The objective was to tag the opponents. I broke one of their player's arms. ^^'

Well, if Extreme sports count....


One time I went to Mount Snow for a day of skiing. Well at the time I was a Rookie skiier so I only went down lower Blue squares and green circles. I saw a map and found a nice trail the lead from the top to the bottom called Sunspot. I thought:

"Well, with a name like that, how bad could it be?"
And went to the ski lift without reading the difficulty.

Well, I get off the ski lift and go down the Trail marked Sunspot.

I learned some things that day.


Dont judge a trail by its name.
Always double check.
Wet snow SUCKS for skiing.


It turned out to be a steep Blue Square. I crashed. I burned. It was called

It was called Sunspot because of the fact the sun shines on it a lot and makes wet snow. :oops:

While I was snowboarding I tried to do a trick off a snow ramp but fell face down on my head and had to stay in bed for a couple of days.

Most of those are pretty funny to think about. I don't wan't to share that I got hit in the... :dazed: ...with a soccer ball when I was 5 or 6 or something.

Here's some of my stories...

I juked a guy playing basketball, and made him fall down to the ground, without any physical contact. Everyone had a good laugh out of that.

In hockey (with rollerblades), I was goalie, and I scored one all the way from my goal. My team was losing pretty badly, no offense, and my defense just wasn't there, so I was angry, and so when I blocked one of the shots, I took a few steps to the side (to find a good path to shot at), took the shot and to my surprise, it actually went in. It made a wide turn right into the goal. Still lost that game though lol.

In baseball, I was playing catcher, there was a play at home. And this guy, probably like 100 pounds bigger than me, was running right into me. And the first thing I thought about is "uh oh, here it comes." He collided right into me with no slide. I got back up, and I was little dazed. I asked the ump if I got the out, he just looked stared at me, and everyone else was too. I guess it looked really bad, and it happened really fast, but I was ok.

This one soccer game, our goaly was out of the net, and the ball was right on our line... a player came from the other team only to tap it in... and it was raining like crazy, with mud everywhere... I ran as fast as I could, and litterally plowed the guy to the floor, and he was soaked in mud... and injured cause he had to be carried off... and the Ref said Play on lol :oops:

The other day I was playing basketball and this short guy named Benjie (he's 14 and he comes to my waste! lol) came up to me and tried to get the ball from me. He went down for it on my right when i had it there and I switched it from the right to my left around my back and hit him in the back of the head with the ball and he fell down. I took half court shot and made it in for the first time! YEAH!

In the same day Ryan comes up to me and tries to go for the ball on my left. I start to take it to the middle and stop halfway, switch it from my back in between my legs, spin around and I was right behind him. Hit him in his face cos he turned around when I was trying to hit him in the back of the head and busted his nose.

Day after that Benjie comes up to me again and tries to take the ball away again. I put the ball behind his head and with both hands and use the hand the ball wasn't in to push his head down and I jump straight over him while making the three point shot.
