Surly Professor is the challenger, while Bronislav84 is defending for Pika Gym.

The Challenge

432x130 sized banner with Pikachu. Colors used are Green and Cyan, and for an added challenge, no Filters allowed. Brushes are fine though.

I thought Surly didn't have Photoshop. =P

Ok, they both got the green and cyan down. Bron's banner has pikachus that don't have smooth edges, and the text isn't all that great either. Even though Surly's has no text at all, he pulled his off much better. It's all pixel art, but it was very well done. Bron's is just some pikachu's stuck on a banner while Surly's has meaning. Great job Professor Surly. ;) You did great too Bron. ;]

Surly's is just priceless. The edges of the Pikachus in Bron's banner are very rough, and don't really blend well on the banner. I also think Surly did a better job of handling the green/cyan theme with a very creepy and original idea. The pixel art is just wonderful...

I voted Surly. Sorry Bron but the green in the left pikachu's eyes put me off.

I voted for Surly Prof.'s, because, it was all done by hand, no stock from what I see. I love the little Pichu in a beaker. xD And from the looks of it, he didn't use any advanced programs, just made it look like it was. :) It's wonderful.

Brons was okay, but not too interesting...

Whoa. Sorry, Bronislav, but the edges are really choppy. Those Pikachu are ripped, recolored, and stuck on a background. Surly's banner looks more like a picture, with no visible text, but it's executed well.

Indeed, but I do know Photoshop incredibly well, and whatever can't be drawn in Photoshop gets done in Flash.

I'm definitely not a push over if that's what you're thinking. :devious:
