I have thought about this for a long time and I rekon it is Areial Ace. It is a strong move and never misses. I dont know if it misses when they accuracy lowering attacks.
I know I have made spelling mistakes sorry about that.

How is Aerial Ace the best move? It's power is only 70. Besides, it's not that great of a move in competitive play.
I'm not sure what the best move would be, seeing as how the most powerful moves have their setbacks (Hyper Beam is a good example), so it's pretty hard to say. One of my favorites is Surf, which is probably the best Water move around. Combine it with Rain Dance, and it does double the damage. Hydro Pump has terrible accuracy, which is why most players prefer Surf.

Actually, it's base power is 60.
There is no best move. =\ Different moves fit different pokemon better.

If you have spelling mistakes, get a dictionary and fix them.
The best pokemon move?...It's hard to say. You would have to do sometype of best move for each type thing. I would go with Earthquake.

As everyone has been saying above, there is no best move. It all depends on your perspective, I would think Focus Punch. And it can do serious damage if: 1.) You do not get hit, 2.) The Pokemon is the same type as the move, 3.) It is super effective, and 4.) It get's a Critical Hit

Beside the fact that Earthequake is not affected by flying I have to agree you are could be right there Charizard.

Pokemon types get in the way as well.
I would say (at the moment for me) that my Rayquaza's Icy Wind is the best. It seems to KO any pokemon it touches (which may be influenced by the fact he's lvl 75  )

The best pokemon move has gotta be metronome because it user uses any move which any pokemon knows.

Yeah the problem with metronome is that it could be a really bad move like growl or scratch or something like that.

Yea, I agree there really isn't a best move, but some are definitely better than others.
Having said that, I think Explosion is an awesome move. If you're about to die anyway it lets you (most of the time) take the other pokemon down with you.
