im new to pkmn emerald, and i just have to ask: where are the HM remover? is it at the same place as in ruby/sapphire? if it is, i dont remember :goofy: . plxz help!!!

Yes there is a Move Deleter in Lilycove City i think 2 houses to the right of the Big pokemart.Hope ive helped.
