I really can't tell you anything else but to keep practicing using the Mach Bike, that's the only way to do it. Plus, get truckloads of high-level Repels (Super or Max Repel) so the wild Pokemon don't distract you as you try and perform the quick turns and handling of the Mach Bike.
Good luck, I didn't find it so easy myself either, but that's the only way to do it.

My best bet is to practice on the cycling road until you have 0 mistakes and finish it between 9.00 sec.- 10.00 sec.

I didn't find it that hard...what you should do, is every time you get over a small part of the cracked floor, save your game. So that way if you stuff up and fall through you don't need to start all over again.
You really just have to keep trying. Elmo's idea of practice is probably a good idea if you're having great difficulty.

Persistence is the key. When you come up to a new bit, look at what's there, and then plan how you're gonna do it. It will take lots of tries, so keep at it and you'll eventually get to Rayquaza

you have to have somewhat fast finger and be able to turn well. if you want practice without all those wild pokemon bothering you, try that bike path under mauville city.
Practice, practice, practice.
I did it for myself eventually and did it for my sister a little while after. It is extremely frustrating and annoying, especially the last bit, when you have to fall through the two in the middle.

That's similar to what I said :\
It took me about seven tries to get to Rayquaza.
Good luck, y'all.

Dude, stop being a n00b and listen to what we said in the thread you made. Just for this, I won't bother to say it again.
