Where do u catch them?

Do u have to beat the pokemon league so the guy will get out of the way of the entrance of cave of origin?

Alright, here's the answer: Enter Sootpolis City. Find the Pokémart, then go north from here and follow the path, until you spot Steven and another man, who will introduce himself as "Wallace", Sootpolis's Gym Leader. After talking for a while, they'll tell you to go into the Cave of Origin. XD

Well, since I'm very bored. Here is some help to anyone else.
If for some reason nobody knows where the Cave of Origin is, here is some details:

First you have to beat the Twins in "Mossdeep city Gym". After you've done that, heal yourself and whatnot, then head south of Mossdeep city. Get on a mon with surf, and keep swimming south until you see a dark patch of water. Now you use your HM 'Dive' Entering Seafloor.

Quote: "You'll want to swim south then west/east (depending on where you dived) for a while here until you encounter a cave entrance."

Alright, now you're at the "Seafloor Cavern". (Do all this yourself. Just make your way through, fighting Magma/Aqua grunts.)
After you've finished the Seafloor Cavern, you'll know that Archie will awaken Groudon & Kyogre using the Blue/Red Orb. Groudon and Kyogre will go crazy and disappear.

Okay, fly to Mossdeep City, and get back in the water. Surf south for a while, then go west. Swim around (go north a bit if needed) until you notice some white rocks surrounded by dark water. then go south and into the cave entrance. Here, surface to be in Sootpolis City.

The Cave of Origin is in Sootpolis City.

Groudon and Kyogre appear in new caves after you beat the Elite 4. You can find them by going to the Weather Institute, and talking to the person on the second floor. They'll give you the location of Groudon/Kyogre and say either there's extra amounts of sunshine or rain. I'd recommend catching Kyogre first, naturally... but Kyogre is harder to find, so it's up to personal preference.

You have to go to mossdeep city then surf up and then u have to find an area that u can use dive then when ur underground u have to surf a little bit down then u enter a little cave door thing. Then u use dive again and it will take to a place where there is a cave and thats where u catch him.

Actually, he's just like Groudon... he appears in various sea caves in Hoenn. If the scientist mentions droughts, it's Groudon. If he mentions rainfall, it's Kyogre. The place Pokemaniac mentioned was one of the locations. Good luck!

Well, it depends what version you're playing.

In Sapphire, Kyogre will appear in the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis.

In Emerald, Kyogre will appear in one of a number of random locations (one of them being near Mossdeep City).
