How do you move the wailmer in Lillycove in Saphire.

How do you move the wailmer in Lillycove in Saphire.

THat's easy. It means that you have to first go to .... (forgot town's name) .... the town where you give the Devon Goods to the captain. Over at the dock building, there'll be a crowd. Go talk to the guy you gave the Goods to.

Then there's an announcment of the submarine getting stolen by Team Aqua. Then the Wailmer will move.

First, you have to go to Mt. Pyre (south of the Safari Zone that is left of Lilycove) to get the Blue Orb. Then, head over to Slateport and go to the harbor and talk to the Captain. He'll talk about Team Aqua for a bit, then you will be able to get past the Wailmer in Lilycove.
