What will happen when you have all the pokémon? (cleared Pokédex) I think should I try that.

After getting all Hoenn pokemon in Emerald you get a Johto starter... I'm pretty sure I heard people saying that..

You don't need Deoxys and Jirachi to get the Starter, just the first 200. I think you get a "OMGGOODJOB" from Birch otherwise.

What about Sapphire? Johto starter means you can get Johto region pokémons?

I think no... Only Emerald has Jotho pokemon

Only Emerald has the Johto starters. Johto Pokemon are in FireRed/LeafGreen. :D:D I think Colluseum too.

You can snag the Johto starters in Colleseum. They're in their middle-evolutions, but you can always just breed them once you've traded them to your game.
