Hey just one question can u catch any of the legendary dogs in emerald? (raikou,entei, and i fogot the name)

no you can't, but you can trade them over from FireRed, LeafGreen, or Collosseum.

i already have an action replay but when i type in the code i dont no how to catch them cause i go in the water and grass and they dont come out
