I remember when I played Sapphire you had to get something called I believe sandgoggles in order to get through Route 111. That was a real long time ago for me. Now I'm playing Ruby and have no idea where and how you get them, and it is driving me insane :( If anyone can let me know, it'd be really appreciated xD I've been at it for two days =x Yup, I'm purdy bad. I think u need to beat the forth gym leader then may will come out of a house and give it to u.

Yes you need to beat Flannery (Preferably, with Water or Rock Pokemon). Then when you leave, you run into May/Brendan, who will give ou the Go-Googles.
